Hey,

just thought I’d start a thread for those in their TWW.
I’m 1DPO - looking for people to chat to and just keep each other company as title states.

last month I was super patient during my TWW and fully waited until 12DPO and tested once.
I just have a feeling this month I’m going to be super impatient and need people to tell me off and not test early lol.

if you’re joining, what DPO are you and any symptoms?

@DHB oh I’m sorry to hear, is AF late yet?
move just been reading another threat and people are telling the OP to take an ovulation test and if it’s a positive that can determine pregnancy quicker. Maybe give that a go?
this part of waiting for my fertile week will go fast as I’m working flat out, sorting stuff to go on holidays on Sunday and we’re starting to pack up our house so we can move into our new house when we get back. Then fetile week is expected while on holidays.
Hopefully my TWW will go in fast because I’ll be busy with the new house 🤞🏻

@Nmmck93 Well it’s my first ‘proper’ cycle after my MC bleed in March, so it might be that, I might not have even ovulated, who knows! So based on cycles before then, AF should have been here yesterday and I usually start with brown spotting first for maybe a day, sometimes two 🤷🏼‍♀️

I’ve heard about the OPKs picking up pregnancys but I’m too scared to do that because if it’s negative, I’ll be so upset 🫣

@DHB oh could be your body regulating! I hope she comes soon or you get your BFP! Yeah don't do it if it'll upset you. I had a massive cry to myself when AF showed up because I had so many symptoms and spotting that I convinced myself the negative tests where wrong and I was pregnant.

Our bodies are so harsh to us! 😭

I was reading about ovulation spotting, and some say they get it around 2-3 days before they ovulate, so I could even be a few days out and if that’s the case, I’d only be 9dpo today. I think I can only really wait and see if AF turns up now.

Oh no bless you :( and we were laughing and joking before too. It’s cruel and it’s so a draining time isn’t it, waiting for AF, waiting for ovulation, the pressure of DTD at the right times, TWW and then testing and waiting for AF again :(

as AF is coming to the end I'm here telling myself I'm going to be so chill this month for the next round ... next joke? haha

@Suz1211 My af is ending as well. I did my last cycle in a relaxed way which resulted in me ordering a bunch of tests for this cycle.

I’m on holidays during my predicted fertility week of the 15th to 20th.
i don’t get back home until the 25th which gives me 5dpo then I’ll be home to all my tests but I think I’m going to have my partner hide them and not give them to me until at least 12dpo we’ll be pretty busy because once we get back from holidays we love into our forever home so a lot of moving and decorating and stuff so hopefully my mind is kept insanely busy my entire TWW. 🙈
I started Macca root today, so hopefully that helps and I get my BFP this next cycle.

8 days in to my tww and i caved and tested this morning obviously bfn im mad at myself but its so hard. Im off for next two days. With nothing to do. And car in garage. Any positive thoughts apriciated. Its gonna be a long wait

@TictacAmi sorry to hear about your BFN; have you tested again since it has AF shown?

@DHB just checking in, any update?

Im not due af till 17th i naturally have a long cycle. Its my first iui and i was on low doses i had 2 good eggs on scan. They almost canceled me as a third egg was so close too. Doctor went ahead tho. Test is due on 16th. I havent tested since as i know its too early. Ive an early test stashed for a few days time. Keeping positive and busy is all i can do

@Nmmck93 I had some light brown coloured what looked like lining 🤢 this morning, then we DTD and straight after I’ve now got light red blood so I’m assuming AF has now showed her ugly face and we will try again this month. I’m hoping that I just didn’t ovulate due to the MC because we DTD every other day so surely I would have caught as I’ve caught first time so far, so now I’m trying not to panic :(

Aw I really hope you're okay & have some answers soon! Taken anymore pregnancy tests? It puts you through the emotions doesnt it.

I'm good, just waiting for fertile week. I'm praying that it comes as predicted by Premom starting Monday! 🤞🏻 I started Macca root yesterday along with every other vitamin I've been taking already.

@Nmmck93 Well, I started but they were all practically 0.0 somethings every day until CD14 which is when I stopped as I forgot to take them with us when we went away! So I’m starting again this month and hopefully I’ll see an increase. I did another HCG today just in case and still negative. My period was 3 days late but I think it’s the MC messing my cycle lengths up sadly!

Hopefully this month is our month 💗 You’re quite a bit further ahead than me now!

@DHB oh I remember you saying yeah. I swear by the easy @ home tests for ovulation I take 1 a day until around CD 10 then I take 2 a day. I've just received another batch as I need to take loads on holiday with me to make sure I catch my peak.

Aw I know; except my first month TTC I didn't ovulate until CD18 then last month was CD14 hoping this month is CD14 aswell & this month i'm going to keep taking OPKs until i know I have ovulated.
Started BBT this morning aswell; feel like im setting myself up for failure with that 🙈 im usless at sticking to it.

Part of me thinks, shall I just stop stressing over it all and go with the flow, DTD every couple of days and see what happened, or whether I should keep this ovulation tracking up 🤷🏼‍♀️

Oh did you? It does vary doesn’t it. Do you get any of the other ovulation symptoms? I can’t track BBT unfortunately as I work shifts so wouldn’t be accurate for me :(

@DHB yeah I order mine on eBay but they actually come in an Amazon box lol.

oh I know what you mean, a lot of people say once you stop stressing and try to put it at the back of your mind that’s when you conceive, I’m sure it’s easier said than done though.

I do key ovulation pain right on day of ovulation.
ah I’ve set my alarm for 7:30 every morning from here on in to check my BBT, it’ll be easy Tuesday to Friday but the weekends and mornings of holiday I don’t know if I’ll stick to it so I’m not going to over stress about it.

@Nmmck93 Ill probably order some just in case and see how I go, but last month I felt crap as it only went from a 0.0 to a proper number, once!! And then today I tested for old times sake haha, and it’s 0.11 so its odd! AF is just light brown again now, so hoping it cracks on by tomorrow else I’ll be fuming again.

@DHB aw I hate seeing the low numbers, I'm cd6 today and mines is 0:14 yesterday was 0:13 so I've got a way to go before peak but I only test once a day until maybe the weekend then I'll double test. I can't test Sunday evening as I'm travelling and don't get to the resort u til 3am Monday morning so I'll doubl test again from Monday right through.
Hopefully AF comes quick and you can move onto next cycle aswell 💜

@Nmmck93 Its off putting isn’t it! Plus mine were so up and down last month month, whereas I’d read a lot about peoples’ slow increases, mine were practically zero all the time!

Hi all so im 10 days in to my wait and did an early predictor test today it was bfn
Im really hoping someone was give me a positive story.
Ive had almost no symptoms bar cramps all the way through and tender boobs today.
Anyone have a positive story.
Trying to remain positive as ye say in until af rears her ugly head

I'm on another thread and someone tested 10/11dpo and was a BFN - she tested yesterday on the day AF was due and got a strong positive!

You honestly are not out until AF shows up.
The TWW is a killer. You just have to try your best and keep busy. I have no will power not to test when on my TWW but on my next TWW I'm going to hold out until AF is due before testing. I think it'll be easier rather than seeing a stark negative test.

When is AF due?
