Checked this morning and temp is up today so I either O'd yesterday or Friday. Either way I should be safe :)

Opk is on the rise think it will peak later tonight. Least I won't have long to wait for AF now not that I'm in any hurry to DTD DH has annoyed the F out of me right now 😂 hopefully he'll be back in my good books soon 🙄

I had an absolute meltdown on Friday. Was at work and refused to go home DH was annoying me so much 🙈

@MrsJGrealish honestly he doesn't usually irritate me it takes a lot 😂 but he's being a selfish knob atm 🙄 lol I dont have the luxury of work today I wouldn't really want to stay there either 😂 I'd have to find somewhere to escape to

@bringmearainbow tbh it's been one thing after another at work too. 2 calls to HR, one to my duty manager all the while no breaks on Friday. With a line of scripts to approve. I think I just had enough. Meanwhile he's sat at home sunbathing ordering me to sort the kitchen drawings out?? No fecking chance love

Hopefully AF comes soon and is heavy. Will they scan to check it's all gone?

@MrsJGrealish sounds like you need a weekend away with no annoying people 😂 a nice spa weekend with myself and a book would be bloody bliss 🙊 I'm seeing doctor on Thursday. The sonographer said we should rescan once af has been so I'll see if the dr mentions it and if she doesn't will say something and get booked in. I don't want to go ahead with TTC if it's still on there. We will likely have to pay for it as I think bupa might not cover more than 1 but tbh I'm over waiting for nhs

@LuckyMoonstone nope. The heat in this room is dreadful. Bring on the thunder 🙏 can't even sit in the heat with the gammy leg 🙄

My DH just gets horny. Which is great in the lead up to fertile week not so much today. He's been super nice to me since i didn't come home on Friday 😂

@MrsJGrealish urgh I know it’s sooo hot in our bedroom, storm didn’t bring down the temperature at all, it was just there to entertain us. The rest of this week is going to be hot too 🥵 haha he’s scared you’ll do a runner again 😂

@MrsJGrealish yes total dejavu 🙄 I actually couldn't listen to it I downloaded it on audible and I listened to 15 mins I felt like the whole thing was a bit woe is me. It might be a different read than a listen but I'm not sure if I can bring myself to try and read it 😂

Today G is a demon child who has made me totally rethink having a second child. He is generally a good toddler so lord knows how awful having one who doesn't sleep and kicks off at the slightest thing would be like.

Hey ladies well got my blood results today. Positive for protein c which is the blood clotting one so will be on clexane can't wait to inject those everyday for 8 weeks, my rheumatoid factor was also high which she said is something to do with autoimmune disease. She did say because I still have that bit of tissue it might be worth redoing the rheumatoid one in 4-6 weeks but in any case it's treated with steroids like my high antibodies. So going forward I will have my period repeat the ultrasound to see that hopefully there's no tissue left once there's no tissue do a repeat blood test for the rheumatoid factor and then see her again with the results. She's prescribed me steroids, blood thinners and progesterone for next positive. It's nice to have some answers

I know this isn't the same and is the probably the very least I should have done but whenever I had my wound assessment a doctor was called in and she was young and keen and really easy to talk to. I told her about my progesterone worries so I was in on Tuesday doing 21 day bloods. My progesterone is good and high so I'm defo ovulating. So although no further forward, it would take a private consultation now, it's something that always bugged me. X

I shouldn't have tested because I'm only CD23 and I'm pretty sure I didn't ovulate before CD16 (but ran out of OPKs before I could confirm) but I just got the biggest fattest indent ever on an IC (I mean, literally, it's 2 super thin lines where the dye has caught either side of a glaring snowy white sandwich) 🙈😂🤣

Oh yeah I can see two lines, that’s so weird!

@TheBirdintheCave ooh yea that's not good timing 🙈 is it a def you don't want another or just a bit of fear that ivf won't work?

@MrsJGrealish thanks lovely ❤️ it's nice to have some answers even if the meaning of them sucks. I was doing some reading and apparently hypothyroidism and rheumatoid arthritis can go hand in hand which sucks. Looks like I have a long road ahead of body management for the rest of my life which feels very daunting. I'm so happy that you're blood results were positive and you are def ovulating. Do you think you'll do some private investigations or just leave it?

@bringmearainbow It's just getting to the point now where I can't imagine going back to square one with my body when I'm already not happy with how I look. And G being out of nappies now is so nice. Returning to bottles and nappies and no sleep just seems silly when we have a good life now and all of that is behind us.

@TheBirdintheCave I totally get that lovely it's hard when you've turned a corner and it's a bit easier now to go back to all the new baby things. What did your scan say today?
