@LuckyMoonstone 🤣🤣 it's super creepy..he produced it in the middle of a restaurant after me saying I was cold and him getting me a Ronaldo hoodie. The entire restaurant was in stitches..one time I've been glad to be on AF 😂

Had my scan today before I see the doctor next week they've left tissue in there 🙄 she said it's small about 3mm but it has blood flow to it so hopefully that will come out with AF she said my lining looks a crappy shape and it has a lot of old blood and clots in it so can't wait for that to arrive 😂 she did say I'm about to ovulate probs in about 4 days there was lots of good looking follicles or eggs whatever they are at this stage. which I did think it might be soon because cm has started to look fertile. Obvs we won't try now we did dtd last night but since I have that product I want that out first. Other than that she said uterus looks good it's free moving so nothing that looks like endo

@bringmearainbow oh god hun. They scanned me so much to check blood flow but there wasn't any. Hopefully it comes out with next AF. Did you take another test?

I had to go for a 'wound assessment' appointment today. My burn is infected 😢 got antibiotics and a dressing

@MrsJGrealish I took one this morning still super super faint positive but I imagine that won't go now until af has been 🙄 hcg is obviously low enough for my body to kickstart ovulation so that's all that matters I suppose. She said I should have another scan after af to check it had gone. oh lovely that's crappy but I gotta say I'm not surprised that looked soooo painful ❤️

@bringmearainbow I've no idea why I shared that. This is not ttc related at all. But god this year is crap so far 😭

@MrsJGrealish you can share anything you want with us ❤️ and yes it has been crappy but surely it's got to be on the ups for us? It can't just continually be crappy that's what I think anyway but I'm ever the optimist 🙊 probably be my downfall 😂

@bringmearainbow I can't believe they left something behind again! Thank goodness it's small though this time and that you know about it. Fingers crossed it goes with next AF. The new doctor sounds really on the case.

Palermo is... interesting... The walk from the train station to our apartment was rather eye opening. Traffic is INSANE. There are no driving rules here and everyone goes around with no seatbelts. Very scary. The streets have narrow pavements and there's rubbish everywhere. We're on the edge of the Old Town and it's a little nicer here but still leaves a lot to be desired.

In hindsight I maybe should have booked somewhere in the downtown area even if it is a 15 minute walk from the historical sites of interest. We contemplated giving up and moving to a new apartment but decided to give it a day first to see if the proximity to the old town attractions is worth it.

Apartment is clean and comfortable though so that's good. Neighbours across the street are soooo noisy however. They had their car blaring base music yesterday afternoon and we had to get our apartment owner to ask them to turn it off. Husband said they came back again last night.

@TheBirdintheCave honestly I was laying there like again 🙄 ffs! I could even see the blood flow to it on the screen clear as day. Still like you say new doc is on it which makes me feel like there's a plan I can move forward with. Told hubby last night that there's no dtd 😂 good job he's busy with other things this weekend! Oh no really that's disappointing I hope the noisy neighbours don't keep you awake too. I have to say when we did the amalfi coast we did a day in amalfi and it was absolutely disgusting but the other towns around it that were maybe not as popular were beautiful

We've booked a new place in the downtown area and are moving there when G wakes up from his nap. Turns out husband couldn't sleep as the car people came back around midnight. I was passed out and didn't hear a thing.

Fortunately we will get our money back from Booking.com so it should only be £100 or so extra at the end of the day but worth it for us to feel like we're actually having a holiday.

G is being a ratty bum as well. I think he can sense the tension.

Having a much better time here now :) We went to a beach town yesterday which was quaint and beautiful and saw an art nouveau house this morning. Got a tour to the ruins of Agrigento booked for Monday as well :)

I think the weather is a couple of degrees better at home however and the rain forecast still won't shift for one of our beach days 😒

Husband and I dtd last night which may or may not have been dangerous as I've not been tracking whilst we've been away. 😅
