@MrsJGrealish 🤣🤣 I thought about having a candle bath tonight but I've got a comfy spot on the sofa and I can't move🙊 ooh take that nice 😍 I'm having wobbly moments and ok moments. I've almost booked a private scan about 6 times but I don't book it I get to basket then I'm like nope you can do this 😂 I have felt very sick since Thursday though so progress 💪🏼 i don't know whether to be worried about the thyroid or not I've read articles that say early pregnancy suppresses it anyway and then others that say it can cause miscarriage and I'm like did it cause the other 2 🤷🏼‍♀️

@bringmearainbow how many weeks? I don't know what i would do tbh. Your last experience of private scan was awful 😢 nausea increasing is positive..but I know you won't believe til you see. Have you never had bloods done pregnant b4 with the last miscarriages? Maybe you said my head has been all over the place ❤️

@MrsJGrealish 7+2 today I'll wait it out I just have moments of weakness it's not worth spending the £80 I just need to be a bit patient 🙈 not my strongest point when it comes to babies though 😂 by the next scan I would be 8+4 and that's got to be a pretty definitive answer by then. No I never had any tests which is why I just don't know what to think about it. Im sure the endocrinologist will know luckily I have private so will get in quickly

@bringmearainbow glad to hear the sickness is catching up with you 🤣.
Re the thyroid, just get a blood test done as soon as you can.
I was told to increase my dose of thyroxine by 25mg as soon as I'm pregnant as the body does require more.
Re miscarriage and thyroid, it would only be caused if your levels were TOTALLY out of whack, I am sure my first one was, or it caused the issues with my thyroid, but my TSH was 19, rather than the level it should be at 1-4.
If it was that high you'd notice it in yourself but I'd get a test to be on the safe side 😊. It's an easy fix if its found to be slightly elevated 😘 xx

@MrsJGrealish Take That we're amazing weren't they! I've avoided baths, my body is like that of a hippo at the moment and not in a pregnant way so I can quite embrace it yet 😂 xx

I've have the worst headaches the past couple of days, almost at a migraine which is rather unpleasant. Scan tomorrow morning and just hoping all is still ok. Next week I'm off to Croatia for a couple of days with my best friend but the weather looks shite! Typical 🙄 x

@FfoxRedN lol solidarity in sickness 🤣 how you been feeling lovely? What time is your scan tomorrow? GP sent me for another blood test which I presume is more thyroid related but I'm not sure if she will give me the results or if she will pass it onto the endocrinologist. Annoyingly I'm waiting for the doctors secretary to get back to me so I can give her the bupa info so the doctor can write the referral 🙄 she only works part time so will now have to wait until Tuesday to attempt to get hold of her again. It's never simple is it 🤷🏼‍♀️ and good news my Chinese stayed where it was meant to 😂

@bringmearainbow if you're on the app you'll be able to see your results even if they do go to the endocrinologist which is good 😊. At least they're checking it all out.
It's strange, last weekend felt fine, this week I've had the worst headaches and they peak at the end of the day. I just hope it's all the hormones. Scan is at 09:30 😬.
Not gonna lie what you ordered from the Chinese is exactly what I'd have ordered! I'm so happy for you it stayed down 😂. I've not actually been sick...almost a couple of times mins 😂😂 xx

@FfoxRedN I have the NHS app but I can't find them on there when I click on results it's like a section that wants me to input the results 🤷🏼‍♀️ weird. I had a migraine on Thursday my head was pounding from wake up until 6pm hopefully it's just hormones for you because headaches are zero fun! Oh that's nice and early I've got so much crossed for you ❤️ that's my go to Chinese order 😂 all my faves

@bringmearainbow mine is under 'GP health record' and then 'test results'. But sometimes you have to ask them for full access and then refresh the app. They should give you them over the phone if you ask anyway. I don't actually feel as nervous at the moment but I'm sure tomorrow I will do 😖 xx

This actually sounds divine! We had a bbq earlier but now I'm peckish, might go for a cheese and pickle roll 😬. All the healthy stuff 🤣.

@FfoxRedN oooh yum I love a cheese roll we've done nothing exciting today other than the Tesco shop 🙄 it was honestly the nicest thing I've tasted in ages hubby looked at me like I was nuts 🙊 I think I might have to get some more mash for just incase 🤩

@bringmearainbow honestly the 1st trimester I ate absolute junk. Super noodles, buttered pasta, jacket potatoes - I couldn't stomach much. So mashed potatoes with pickled onions sounds good to me! 16th isn't too far now, I think your best just to wait for the NHS one (if you think you can handle the wait!)

@FfoxRedN I ended up doing that. I think there must be a new version or something but it was playing up for days!

@bunnykins123 I'll def wait as much as I don't want to I will 🙊 I just have to get through the rest of the week and we go away on Saturday until Monday for our wedding anniversary so in reality I have no time to even go for a scan 😂 I've made and eaten dinner so that will keep the yuk feeling at bay for about 20 mins think DH is happy it's the first dinner I've been able to cook for about a week 😅 I'm absolutely huge already 😳 don't think the two stretchings it had last year has helped in anyway whatsoever in that dept

@bringmearainbow I think not having time for scans are a good thing! It's quite easy to get completely consumed in the 1st trimester. I found evenings much worse, even after eating. Always had a box of crackers / crisps to hand. Are you going away anywhere nice? Haha I also think the bloat is normal - I looked 20 weeks just down to water retention!!

@bunnykins123 were off to north Norfolk it's not too far a drive for us so perfect to go for a few days. Salt and vinegar squares are helping a lot atm 🙊
