Tracking BBT - TTC

Hi everyone! It's our second cycle TTC and first cycle tracking my BBT and I find it all so interesting, I'm learning so much about my body that I didn't even think of before. I'd like to see others graphs that are TTC and how their graph reflected a BFN or BFP. I'm 5DPO and temperature dipped yesterday but back up again today.

Took an easy at home test which is the most negative test I’ve ever seen 🤣. I know I’m not pregnant. But like I said I’m healthier now so will be even more healthy for trying next month.

@Ttcsecond 9DPO is still early, when is AF due? You've still got a few days haven't you?

I woke up at 530 again and did my temp which is 36.52 but then fell back asleep for an hour and it was 36.68 again which is the same as past two days. I've stuck the lower one in as that was the longest I was asleep for.

I also just know this month it hasn't happened for us 😔 apart from the few bits that happened the last few days I.e pulling/lightning crotch there's no other symptoms. I just feel gutted there's so many positive stories after a CP and it just hasn't happened xx

@Ttcsecond looking back at last months graph my temp was 36.68 the whole way through until I started spotting. Maybe that's just my base temperature 🤔 I haven't got a graph to compare it to as I only started tracking bbt last month xx

AF due Sunday so yes got time but in my heart no it’s a nope this month.
I’d say your graph looks promising though. Got everything crossed for you xx

I've got a few cramps going on in my ovaries this morning but I think that's normal for me. I do have sore nipples when I squeeze them too, I had this last month and as soon as my cp ended my nipples weren't sore at all. I just don't know but I just think I'd have more of an inkling now at 7dpo xx

I’ve got some twinges today. In bottom of my back both sides. But could just be from going on a run this morning. Last month I had sore boobs with my positives which disappeared as soon as AF arrived. Not really got that this time.

I have got a wedding and a hen do this month. I guess the only positive in my tests being negative is that I can have a drink. But obviously would have preferred not to be drinking. Xx

@Ttcsecond pms and pregnancy have such similar symptoms though don't they, what I'm experiencing could just be my normal but my normal since being off BC I'm still learning.

Well done for going for a run, did you have sore boobs before you got your positives?

I know me too, I have a family wedding next week too and would love to have a reason to not drink but if not then I'll be drowning my sorrows xx

Hi all - hope you don't mind me joining in 😊 I'm new to charting and ovulation tests (photos of my chart and tests below) , and just wondering when if anyone can give me some advice as to when I may have ovulated? I got my peak on cycle day 13 according to my ovulation test. And then my temperature jumped up on cycle day 15 - so is it likely I ovulated on cycle day 14? We only were able to have sex on CD12 and CD14 so I'm a bit worried we missed the egg. Any help would be appreciated!

I am certainly no expert but I would say yes you ovulated on CD14. That’s a nice temp rise you have there 😀.

CD12 and CD14 are probably the best days so I would say you’ve covered. Hope you get that positive test this month.

i don’t know if it was before or after I got a positive. Didn’t write it down from last month annoyingly. And to be honest they could be a bit sore now because I’m constantly checking if they are sore 🤪. Xx

@Ttcsecond me too! 😂 my partner asked why I was squeezing my nipples earlier I had to say I had an itch 🤣🤣🤣. Let me know what your temps like tomorrow xx

Good sign that your temp has gone back up and very early for a positive. What tests are you using?

I took another easy at home test this morning. Not even a hint of a shadow but that was expected. My temp has stayed around the same level as the last few days so no increase indicating implantation xx

@Ttcsecond just the cheap online sensitive ones, they're 10miu/ml. I don't want to waste loads of money on expensive tests until I know for certain there's a line. I spent a fortune last month 🤦🏽‍♀️

The temp I took this morning was around 5:15 again so it was earlier than normal.

Not everyone gets an implantation dip, I've been googling my life away recently. 9DPO for you today? Still not out yet and 9DPO is still early - maybe I should take my own advice!!! I'm due AF on Sunday so maybe I'll just wait a few days to see (who am I kidding) Xx

Good idea re the expensive tests. I’ve just been using cheap 10 ones too. And yes take your own advice, it’s very early so you’re not out yet!

I‘m 10dpo if I ovulated 24 hours after peak, 9dpo If I’m clutching at straws and was 48 hours after haha.

I took my temp at 7am. But had been awake at 4am and didn’t sleep great after not so not the best reading. Couldn’t be bothered to do it at 4am. Xx

@Ttcsecond implantation can happen anywhere between 6-12dpo right? So it might be (fingers crossed) your temp shoots up tomorrow?

How are you feeling? Any niggles etc? I feel completely normal bar the sore nips and a few pulling sensations but nothing really to report. I do have quite a bit of creamy cm which I had last month too.

How do your graphs look previously when AF has arrived? Xx

@Angelselevenx yeah it can but usually before now isn’t it.

I felt a bit crampy yesterday but could mean nothing. I don’t really have graphs for below AF as I get fed up and disappointed so end up giving up. Will try to keep going this time.

I would say sore nips can definitely be a early pregnancy symptom. Was it 10dpo that you started seeing a line last month?

Tempted to not do any tracking next month. I know roughly when I ovulate so could just go by that. Will see if I can actually do that though.

my temps ended up stabilizing and are still up today at 11dpo and I had some left side pinching yesterday. But I’m still fully expecting for temps to drop tomorrow and af to arrive on Friday.

@Ttcsecond try keep temping just so you can compare if needed to in following months.

9DPO I had the faintest of faint lines but I had to edit the shit out of that photo and then 10dpo it was more obvious. I found this when looking yesterday. You can see 9 was literally not even there and then 10 only slightly of a line.

Re the sore nips, I remember last month when I squeezed them they were more tender then soon as the cp passed I squeezed them and they just felt numb/normal. But it's also a sign of PMS, I'm really not hopeful to be honest I had a lot more niggles etc last month.

I know what you mean by not tracking next month, I thought about that but I just think I'm in to deep now and don't want to miss a month not giving it my all 😂😂 xx

I’m 12dpo and temps dropped a bit so expecting af on Friday.
