Tracking BBT - TTC

Hi everyone! It's our second cycle TTC and first cycle tracking my BBT and I find it all so interesting, I'm learning so much about my body that I didn't even think of before. I'd like to see others graphs that are TTC and how their graph reflected a BFN or BFP. I'm 5DPO and temperature dipped yesterday but back up again today.

@Ttcsecond woohoo hopefully it keeps going up tomorrow! Oh really, that is annoying. FF looks a lot easier to read as well.

Yes me too, I'm alright at the moment but I'm definitely symptom spotting even though it's far to early but every niggle I'm questioning what it could be 😅.

Morning! @Ttcsecond really weirdly I also had a big temp drop at 3DPO today, it went below cover line so I'm just hoping it goes back up again tomorrow. Did an OPK just to check I wasn't ovulating and that's as negative as it could get 🤷🏽‍♀️

I did take my temp at 5am whereas normally I do it between 6-7 but not sure that would cause that big of a dip! how are you doing? X

That’s funny we both had the same thing. And I took my temp an hour earlier that day too.

Mine went up again today. Highest it’s been at this stage compared to prior months. No symptoms to speak of. Woke up today thinking it was Wednesday so was very pleased to realise it was Thursday.

Definitely Thursday thankfully! I'm off from this afternoon until Tuesday so I'm hoping I don't obsess too much, although I feel a lot more relaxed this time round (she says, fussing over the 3DPO temp drop)

I had it I think 29th April which was 8dpo which was when I had to leave the gym early cause I nearly passed out 😂. I have no idea what caused that! X

Sorry I meant to attach my chart and forgot.

I’ve got an exercise class tonight to keep me busy. But need to make some plans the next few days to keep my mind off it all. I’m feeling ok. No symptom spotting, just feel normal. I am feeling like this isn’t my month for some reason, maybe just to protect myself from crushing disappointment again.

I wonder if you’ll feel the same around 8dpo. Did you get any implantation cramps?!

That's good you've got a class tonight. Do you know what, I feel the same as you. I just feel like my temp isn't being as straight forward as I'd like it to be and maybe I've missed O by a day or so, I don't know maybe like you, it's the save myself the hurt. I really hope this is it for us though 🤞🏼

So I can't remember what day it was but I had really intense pinching in my uterus one evening I think that was 6dpo but I can't remember. To the point where it stopped me in my tracks but then if I had a chemical did it even implant? I'm not sure. I know I'll be looking out for all of this in a few days, 🤷🏽‍♀️ xx

I do vaginal measuring so my temp are very consistent without fluctuations but I had a 0.2 dip today at 6 dpo not sure if that was a faulty measure or maybe implantation. I’m getting impatient now.

It could be implantation. Fingers crossed it is! Can definitely understand the impatience 🤣. Do you have an idea of when you are thinking about testing?

I don’t test it causes me so much stress. Af is due on 5th if I’m late I’ll test.

We're all due around the same time for AF, fingers crossed it doesn't show for any of us!

I excluded yesterdays temp drop as it was making me nervous every time I looked at it 😅 I've been doing a lot of googling and it does say it's due to a second oestrogen surge/corpus luteum but it makes me feel better to hide it haha. Temp jumped up today though which is nice to see, 4DPO 🤞🏼

It also moved my O day which I don't think it right, I'm putting it back on CD21 to go with my positive LH test the day previously and negative on CD21

after the dip yesterday my temp went back up to where they were previously. I don’t have any cramping or anything just sore boobs but I had that since ovulation.

Here's my temps so far this month in comparison to last month, temp went higher today. Only 5DPO though (O is showing wrote date on NC as it takes 2 days for mine to rise)

No symptoms here at all. I feel like this month is not my month 😔. My temp is going up but no implantation dip.

I’m 8 dpo today had another dip not sure what’s going on.

@Ttcsecond morning! some people don't have an implantation dip! You do have a small dip on 6dpo which ties in nicely.

I also feel like this month isn't my month, nothing really going on but just have a gut feeling. Temp rose again but still such early days it could go either way xx

Had some cramps/sharp pains today. Probably doesn’t mean anything though.
I don’t know whether to test tomorrow. I don’t have ant FRERs, only the boots own brand ones.

@Ttcsecond right this is weird, so have I but I'm only 5DPO so I really don't think mine will be anything. This is what I logged earlier. Id maybe leave it a day or two just because if it was implantation today for you it'll take a couple of days for hcg to rise xx

@Ttcsecond morning, not feeling positive at all, had no dips in my temp and it's continued to stay high, would've expected a dip now but nothing xx

Same here, my temp is just staying consistent and no symptoms. Feels hopeless. But you’ve still got time for a dip and not everyone had one xx

@Ttcsecond I have no symptoms etc either. Your temp is still high which is good.

How long is your LP normally? Do you have your graph from last month? Xx

I do but using the other app. Although looks pretty similar to this month 🤷‍♀️

My LP is usually 14 days so still got 7 days til AF. Xx

@Ttcsecond hmm it does look similar but that's a positive. Yeah you've still got time for temp to raise etc/get symptoms. 7dpo is still so early! Keep me updated xx
