Tracking BBT - TTC

Hi everyone! It's our second cycle TTC and first cycle tracking my BBT and I find it all so interesting, I'm learning so much about my body that I didn't even think of before. I'd like to see others graphs that are TTC and how their graph reflected a BFN or BFP. I'm 5DPO and temperature dipped yesterday but back up again today.

Yes she arrived Sunday 5 days overdue but only just made it out of hospital today due to pre eclampsia. Elise was 7lb 8oz and we’re so in love.

@Ttcsecond congratulations, how lovely for you all. Sorry you had pre eclampsia, glad you're home and hopefully resting up. How was your birth? Aww I'm so made up for you, what a lovely name 🥺

I'm okay thank you, on cycle 13 now which just seems crazy. Had my referral appointment and been prescribed letrozole. Dr believes I've got low progesterone and not ovulating as effectively as what I should be (with the spotting and short LP as well), thinks this will give it a good boost 🤞🏼 xx

erm the birth was an experience 🤣. Went into labour about 1am. Got to the hospital at 3.30am and was 4cm. Managed on gas and air til 8cm and then had the morphine. Baby was then born quickly at 1.30pm. I was in a lovely midwife led room with an inviting birthing pool. But then my blood pressure crept up so had to go to consultant led ward which wasn’t as nice and had to be on a monitor so couldn’t move about. And had to have surgery after for retained placenta.

Really hoping the medication is the answer for you. Have you been able to take it this cycle? Xx

@Ttcsecond oh bless you, that sounds quite the experience! Did the birth go to plan apart from the few hiccups? How has your first reacted to their little sister? So lovely.

I hope so, no I haven't I was 2 days before ovulation at my appointment so I have to wait until cycle day 2 of next cycle 🤞🏼🌈 xx

So nice to hear from you. Sorry it took me a while to reply, I’ve been struggling a bit with anxiety and PTSD so my brain is all over the place.

she is wonderful but not the best sleeper so very tired and my first seems to have forgotten how to sleep too. Such fun. The smiles and giggles really help with the sleep deprivation though.

How are you doing. Is the medication helping? Xx

Hey @Ttcsecond oh I'm so sorry you're going through a tough time. It sounds like you're absolutely smashing mum life of two though. How old is little one now? Glad the smiles are helping.

I've actually just had a positive test yesterday (cycle 17 cycle 4 of letrozole) but unfortunately they're lighter today so I think I'm having my second chemical. Just got to wait for AF now. I have a review with my fertility clinic this month though so I'll see what next steps are xx

I pray that it’s not another chemical for you. My tests got lighter with my current little one and it worked out, hope that’s the case for you too. How many Dpo are you?

She’s nearly 5 months now. Time has gone so quickly. Xx

@Ttcsecond did you, I'm 12dpo though. I had a vvvvfl evening of 10dpo, darker yesterday morning and then lighter this morning so I don't think it's good news. AF was due yesterday but not here yet but no doubt it'll be here soon. It was the first cycle after my Hycosy as well.
