Ovulation date 25th or 26th March - TWW thread

Hi ladies, who would like to join a TWW thread. My ovulation date is today or tomorrow ❤️

Month 9 TTC baby number 2.

I have a 1 year old who took 16 months to conceive.

I’m 29 and my hubs is 31. We know my husband has a fertility issue so we’re aware it could well be a long road ahead. Not that it makes TTC any more bearable. Every month is depressing when AF arrives!

Would love to share in the TWW with some others!

@Kirstyddd It could be that you ovulate later in your cycle than you think. What time of the day are you doing the tests? Apparently afternoon is typically the best time to do OPKs x

@Kirstyddd hey! My lh tests done this last cycle and freaked me out 😅 but then around cd14 evening I got a slightly darker one again and cd15 morning a peak. It can suddenly darken so don't stress you're still early in your cycle 😊

@Kirstyddd pre mom app is so temperamental depending on the lighting. It looks like you've taking it in really bright lighting which it struggles to pick up. Does the line look any darker to you in person as you can either amend it on the app to the line darkness or take the photo in another light. I tend to scan it a few times to ensure it finds the correct average.

@Amber125 I'm sorry that this seems like such an uncertain time for you right now. I really hope that it's just because it's a faulty test, try doing another one later

I think I might be nearly there today,

my test strip looks strong so I might peak later today,

bonus because I can dtd for a few days

I just wanted to quickly come back and update the thread to say at 17 dpo this morning I finally decided to test and got a bfp. (My lutual phase can sometimes be 16 days) This is the first time I've ever got a positive so I'm over the moon.

I wanted to update symptoms (or lack of) and anything I did different in case other people read this.

• I noticed the tiniest amount of pink blood after dtd on 10 dpo. Maybe something to do with implantation.
• I've been having very mild af cramps on and off and into my lower back
• painful boobs
• I ate pineapple core on an empty stomach on ovulation day and for 5 days after (only thing I did differently this cycle)

Absolutely no difference in cm, cervical position, fatigue or sickness. Also worth saying that painful boobs are typical of my usual cycle so that also wasn't anything different.

All of my on to the next cycle ladies, when do you predict your fertile window will be?

I’m expecting my fertile window to begin on Saturday 22nd April and for my ovulation date to be the 27th or 28th April. Although it might be different due to my chemical pregnancy.

I’m feeling a bit down about things. Like I have a really heavy heart since the chemical. Always that constant ‘carry around’ feeling. I feel like just giving up but I know I want to keep going. Shall we start a new thread for the new cycle or continue on here? X

@TTCing hey! I'm not technically out yet but I'm almost certain I am. I can't see myself getting through today without AF starting with the intensity of these cramps and negative test still on 16dpo and cycle day 31. If I do come on today as suspected I will be expecting to ovulate around 30th april-2nd may so similar timing to you. As soon as AF hurries up and shows face I'll happily jump on a new thread with you and any others who need to keep trying x

With you all the way @TTCing - my clue app is estimating my ovulation around the 22nd April. Would be more than happy to jump on a new thread as it's great to be able to chat with others going through the same thing.

Also - sending you big love ❤️ the 1st period after a loss is always the hardest as it's just such a visceral reminder. We're all here to support xx

Im in the fertile window now (although need to get our arses into gear or nothing is ever going to happen 😂) but happy to jump on a new thread to keep me sane during the tww @TTCing

I don’t know weather I’m already over thinking things but if I did indeed ovulate yesterday and me and the OH did the job the night before and was successful, is the any possibility I could be seeing symptoms already?

I have woken up today with the strangest cold, come out is the blew

@TTCing Thankyou! Keep this thread, I’d like to see when you all get your bfp’s, with regard to ovulation after chemical, mine went back as normal but others have been out by so many days, I would just track your ovulation and go from there, hope you are feeling better x

Thank you @Stillwinston ❤️ I really appreciate it. are you feeling energised for the next fertile window? The two week wait goes so slow but the fertile window seems to come around so quick! It’s good that your ovulation is due around the weekend?

@Kirstyddd implantation doesn’t happen until 6dpo at the earliest. Implantation usually occurs between 8-12DPO I believe. So no, you can’t be experiencing pregnancy symptoms before 6dpo at the earliest. However, it would be quite unusual to implant at 6dpo. I think you’d most likely start experiencing pregnancy symptoms from 8-10dpo.

For those of you that got your bfp... My app predicated I was due AF on Friday however if my cycle is the same length I would be due today. (However I ovulated a day or two earlier this month confirmed with lh tests and bbt). I'm still getting negative on internet cheapies even today at 16dpo. I did do 2 frer around 12/13dpo but stark white. I've been cramping a lot today, I'm expecting a heavy period from the pains and my moodiness! After being out for a few hours and feeling some wetness in my panty liner I wore for some protection, I expected to come home to af but instead it was thick cm?

I feel like maybe the stress of ttc may be delaying the af but also confused about the thick cm?!

@Ttcmumma have you got any early tests you can do? X

@Mummy1502 only internet cheapies here at the moment. Can't get out with poorly ds today but think I will need to grab one of those if af hasn't arrived by tomorrow!
