Ovulation date 25th or 26th March - TWW thread

Hi ladies, who would like to join a TWW thread. My ovulation date is today or tomorrow ❤️

Month 9 TTC baby number 2.

I have a 1 year old who took 16 months to conceive.

I’m 29 and my hubs is 31. We know my husband has a fertility issue so we’re aware it could well be a long road ahead. Not that it makes TTC any more bearable. Every month is depressing when AF arrives!

Would love to share in the TWW with some others!

@TTC53 yea I just got to a point where I was getting so disheartened I needed to just chill out, hope you get your lh surge today, my cycles are fairly short, around 22-24 days so once I get to day 20 I think I may possibly take a first response if I’m feeling any sort of symptoms, I really do want to try hold out until af is due but I think if it’s negative then il know rather than holding out hope x

Hi ladies can I join? Peak ovulation test on the 25th of March and I believe I ovulated on the 26th of March if my ovary twinges and basal body temp are anything to go by! Only dtd on the morning of the 25th though so one day before ov.. so hoping that i just might have caught it in time.

Ovulation date was yesterday. Ovulated extremely late in cycle this month day 41 so dont know I'd that will affect the likelihood of it working
I'm 37, trying 17 + years with one chemical in dec
He has morphology issues and I have pcos and have only recently began ovulating on my own

Positive OPK yesterday so should be ovulating today. AF due 11th April so looking forward to having a handhold from this group 😊

Convinced myself I was pregnant last month but managed to hold off testing until AF. Sounds awful but I'd got myself so anxious about trying to hide early pregnancy in work/visiting family (running out of meetings to be secretly sick etc) that it was almost a relief when AF came! So trying to take a much more chilled approach this time as we really do want to have a little one! Maybe it was just the hormones 🙈

@Mummy1502 well done for taking a step back from testing for ovulation. I totally feel this too. I have been obsessed with tracking ovulation when I was TTC before. I don’t feel I’m so bad this time, but I was a few months ago. Again, like you, I had to take a step back from it before it controlled me! Sorry to hear you’ve had such a tough time. 2dpo and I'm driving myself insane already 😂 needed to wee twice during a meeting just now and convinced myself I'm pregnant even though in reality I drank 2 massive coffees just beforehand. This is going to be a long 2 weeks......😆

Hello newcomers 😊 it's so lovely to have a network of supportive females who understand what we're going through.

I got my LH surge this morning wahoo. Although my CM seems to have instantly dried up so I'm not sure what's going on there. I think I'll carry on with BBT until I confirm three higher temps then stop. Last month I drove myself mad taking my temps and getting hopeful when it rose towards the end of my cycle - turns out going to bed with my dressing gown due to a cold night has a massive impact 😅

How is everyone today? I’m super tired, no idea if I ovulated or not, first month not using opk’s, however we dtd cycle days 3,4,6,7 and 9, missed yesterday which I feel like we should have dtd and not sure if today is going to be too late, worried I’ve not covered enough, I usually get a positive opk day 9/10 so assuming I ovulate day 10/11 going by my previous cycles, there was me saying I was going to be more chill this month 😂 x

@Mummy1502 you dtd a lot more than I did so I reckon you stand a good chance 😃 I'm just feeling absolutely knackered today but I know that technically speaking there's no way I would have symptoms right now so trying to push it to the back of my mind. I can't believe I'm only 3dpo, time is crawling right now 😫

@Stillwinston we normally do it more than that 😂 I’ve had to have a nap today I’m so tired, I seem to get like this around ovulation so normal for me, hoping it’s a good sign that I have ovulated, it’s hard not testing, I’m still cramping today so maybe today could be ovulation day? It’s gonna be a long wait for me too x

@TTCing we dtd 5 times in my ‘fertile week’ however, according to natural cycles app the first two times were ‘low fertility’ so who knows - still trying not to think about it and pray for a little egg to stick. Hoping this is your month too lovely 🙏🏼

You too @EllieBelly93 ❤️ . I now know what it’s like to be obsessed about constantly tracking bbt and counting down the days 😅. My period is due next Thursday but I can’t even bring myself to do an early pregnancy test due to the sadness in my heart if I see the negative result. Sorry for sounding like so negative, I just have these thoughts constantly in my head from having a traumatic past year 😢 keep us up to date and vice versa x

in my head, I feel kind of rational this month as I’m just convinced this is not my month for my bfp! I am fully expecting AF and then to begin month 10 of TTC! Wow, that has gone so quickly this time around!

@TTCing it’s hard to not get your hopes up isn’t it but at the same time you really want it, going by my previous cycles I think I’m 1 or 2dpo today trying to keep myself busy x

Can I please join,

although I am not test for my ovulation the apps are telling me between 22nd and 24th so dtd 3 times in and around so hoping we have done enough,

im 32 partner already has 2 older children, this is our first month trying

today is between dpi 6-8 and I’m going insane, I feel a little sickie today but nothing major, 🤞

4Dpo here and every little symptom I’m having I’m convincing myself it’s early pregnancy symptoms even though I fully know there’s no way I’d be able to tell at this point lol 😂 how’s everyone else feeling today? 💗

Feeling okay, no symptoms to report other than massively tired but that’s normal for me just after ovulation, I’m only 1 or 2dpo, I didn’t use opk’s this month as needed to stop being so obsessed so I’m just guessing from my other cycles x

I'm feeling horrible but that's because I've picked up covid 🙄 at least I can dismiss my "symptoms" as just illness now

1 dpo for me and temp has started to shift up. Earlier than last month which is good so I can stop temping in a few days so I don't obsess like last month. Now the dreaded wait begins for me, thankfully busy at work to keep my mind occupied

Hi I'm 2 dpo ovulated early on cd 11 and dtd on days 5,7,9,11 still think it's not enough. AF is due on the 12th which is my birthday also ovulated on our anniversary. After 8 months trying I'm not holding out much hope.

@Kirstyddd definitely best to hold off until AF is due if you can. I've never managed it myself though and am a serial tester from 8dpo onwards 😂

@emmatcc1 it took us over 2 years to conceive our son so I totally understand your disappointment. Unfortunately it doesn't get any easier as the months go by but we're all here to offer moral support 👍

I bit the bullet and ordered some test strips,

im just preparing myself for the worst,

im Starting to think that because I don’t test for ovulation and I went off the app im already out because im seeing most people have been ovulation at day 20 and I was way before that according to what I went with my app

the not knowing I think will be worse for me
