Hi all! As the title suggests, I have set this up as a space for those of us who are TTC and in that long wait between ovulation and when AF is due!
So, to kick us off... I have been TTC #2 since November. Had one chemical in that time and now well into the TWW with AF due on Tuesday! After spending a lot of money on early tests / having the disappointment of a chemical I am now avoiding early testing and will instead wait until AF is late, but zero judgement on anyone who likes to test early - I totally get the urge!

Look forward to hearing from others who are also on their TTC journey!

@buckingmad amazing! Always reassuring seeing it in words. Who have you booked with for the early scan?
I’m good thank you. Had a 43 day cycle last month, but I’ve been taking some different vitamins and got a peak OPK today at cd16 so heading into the tww

@GemLou88 i used to have really long cycles but they definitely shortened a little once I started taking seven seas pre conception which I think is because of the b6. Long cycles are rubbish. Takes so long for it to all come round again.

I’ve just booked with a local company. But I used window to the womb with my daughter who are nationwide I think and they were good.

I’m doing good thank you, like @buckingmad I’ve booked an early scan, through Window to the Womb ❤symptom wise just tender breasts and more spots really! Feels surreal but the initial anxiety has passed Xx

I’m 5 DPO and had a little cramping this morning. Trying not to symptom spot but it’s so hard!!!

forgot to post here but I actually got my BFP on Tuesday and it’s just been surreal since 🙈 lines are getting darker by the day. Have not long booked an early private scan for a few weeks, as I’m approximately 5ish weeks! X

Cd4 here just ordered some cheap ovulation and pregnancy tests for this cycle after going through 9 cycles without any testing.

Sorry ladies, I am being a right div reading back through all the original posts on this thread. Even the ones before I joined. Just to read symptoms before BFP! I’m 8dpo and had negative tests yesterday and the day before… I know, it’s a tad early. I’ve had cramps on and off and had extreme bloating on Sunday/Monday. Period due Saturday/Sunday. Not much discharge and had tender boobs but they don’t feel so bad today. I hate the TWW 😔

@GemLou88 no news here either I'm afraid - not actively trying at the moment as if it did happen the timing would be terrible (Boxing Day if I'd conceived last month and a due date of my best friends wedding at which I'm a bridesmaid if it happens this month). It's been really nice not fussing about it for a bit to be honest!

AF is due this weekend - not tracked anything this month and as far as I know didn't DTD around the time ovulation was due so whilst it's possible this month, it's unlikely unless I ovulated late. Will probably look to try and again properly next cycle.

Hi @peaky297 I had my period last week and am just entering my fertile window now. I have bought some supplements recommended by an acupuncturist and I have improved my diet since last Tuesday… I have been reading about foods that balance hormones so am trying to work on as much as I can! A friend lent me her ClearBlue Fertility Monitor, which is basically like their usual OPKs I guess, but trying lots of new things this cycle to try and increase our chances. Still having acupuncture as well X

It all went a bit quiet on here - how are you all? @BabyShackDoo @GemLou88 how are you getting on?

I took some time off TTC as I was driving myself mad. This month was our first month back trying and I've finally got my bfp! Still fairly faint, but 100% there on all tests. Going to try a digital tomorrow 🙏

Hi Peaky, congratulations! I got my BFP as well! I’m 7 weeks tomorrow. I had a scan last week and saw the baby and heartbeat so trying to stay hopeful x

@GemLou88 @sashastuck I did get my positive digital this morning saying 1-2 weeks, but tonight I've started having pink spotting 😭 it's not much but I'm terrified it's the start of a MC.

Don't know what to do with myself

Hardly slept last night and couldn't stop checking - thankfully nothing further so far since - one to keep an eye on. I know some spotting when early on is common, but I didn't have it with my first so I am panicking a bit. 🫣

Hiya! I hope it is ok to join in here! I’m in my 2nd month TTC my second child and currently at 8DPO! The wait game really sucks! Trying to stay open minded but I know implantation is usually 9DPO so the bloating, gas, night wee’s and crazy dreams are all probably the heads up that AF is on her way 😩. I’ve had no implantation spotting or sore boobs and I’m going to try not to test till 10DPO x

keep us update @peaky297 , I have read that it is common for spotting as well. Could you phone the early pregnancy unit? Maybe they will offer a scan in a week or so? I phoned mine and they offered me one at 7 weeks but after I had some stomach ache and cramps that caused anxiety they got me in at 6.

How exciting! Congratulations ladies! Stay strong and try not to worry too much. Easier said than done I know! It gives me hope! Really battling with my head and heart at the moment! My heart tells me it’s my month, I did everything I could, there’s every chance I could be pregnant and to stay patient, but my head is trying to convince me I’m out! No tests done yet, today is 9DPO and I jumped out of bed to pee straight away so I didn’t get tempted to test 😂
