Hi all! As the title suggests, I have set this up as a space for those of us who are TTC and in that long wait between ovulation and when AF is due!
So, to kick us off... I have been TTC #2 since November. Had one chemical in that time and now well into the TWW with AF due on Tuesday! After spending a lot of money on early tests / having the disappointment of a chemical I am now avoiding early testing and will instead wait until AF is late, but zero judgement on anyone who likes to test early - I totally get the urge!

Joining in with maybe a daft question. Got a peak fertility on clearblue yesterday - DTD but any point doing it today? Like how long do you have?

Hey @Pineappleapple I haven’t used Clearblue ones before but if the rules are similar for all OPKs, defo do it today! Think you’re meant to ovulate 12-36 hours after?

@Pineappleapple, I agree it should be the same as OPKs 12-36 hours later. But when I’ve used them it tends to be 24-36 hours later.

@GemLou88 I'm so sorry - I totally missed the test picture!! I absolutely see a faint line too, the only thing I would say (and I really hope
I'm wrong!!) is be careful with those FRERs as they've got me with Evaps once or twice.
Really hoping its your month and that it will be a stronger line for you tomorrow!

No idea what I'm doing - still no AF flow, but equally I think it's been going on too long to be implantation at this point. Think AF must be taking her time to start, but if nothing proper tomorrow will test again just in case!

I couldn’t find any suitable posts to join, until I spotted this one ❤️! We weren’t actually trying to conceive and I’ve not been following my dates for LMP precisely.
my LP was - 30th(I think), and I had ovulation pain on the Thurs 13th, and real cravings. DTD 13th and 14th- and I’ve been having headaches, vivid dreams (about growing flowers, weirdly), cramps, light spotting abs what I think is IB since Weds, very bloody moody, and gassy (🫣). I’ve just got this feeling that I’m pregnant (have 2x DD already). I’m pretty sure that would make me 8dpo (if I actually ovulated on the 13th), I took a test yesterday and that was BFN, it think it would be too early to tell? Idk - I’m symptom spotting all over the place, but it’s defo too early for AF to start, and I don’t usually spot before period.

sorry - I guess I’m just here to get my feelings out! 🫠

@peaky297 thats why I’m not getting excited about it. I know it could be an indent. See what tomorrows test shows.
It could still be implantation bleeding. Some ladies last as long as their normal period would.
Hi@Mncrmum if you are 8dpo it could still be too early. It’s so hard not to symptom spot. Fingers crossed for you and keep adding to the thread your symptoms and any more tests you take

AF arrived (I presume, as it’s pretty dark red!) although she’s about a week early which is really unusual. So maybe it was extra strong PMS this month? 🫠

Aw sorry AF arrived @Mncrmum. I feel like the body tricks sometimes us when it knows what we want the outcome to be, it’s so annoying!!

@GemLou88 are you testing today? Good luck!!! Hope it’s a lovely positive. Same for you @peaky297 if AF doesn’t show properly, how odd!

I’m 5dpo and both my BBT and RHR took a very small dip today. Too early for implantation so it’s just disheartened me a little but I know it’s extremely early…. Also I think I’ve woken up with a UTI. Happy weekend lol! 😁

Morning everyone. I'm out! Woken up with bad cramping and AF is officially here! Looks like she was just teasing me with the spotting 🤪🙈

So sorry AF has arrived everyone, it’s all one big head f*ck the two week wait. My period has stopped now, when I use tampons it seems to finish earlier. 4 days instead of 5. So my fertile window is next week and then it all starts again. Please can we keep this thread going? I know I was a latecomer but it’s good going through this with others going through the same.

Definitely AF here. CD1 of cycle 6. Here we go again

Hi all, apparently 3 DPO for me. I’ve decided to stop BBT for this cycle now. Started to get really confused when my LH started to rise again after I received my peak. Trying not to symptom spot/think too much into it and just see how things go.

It really does help reading about your experiences. Makes you feel less alone in this crazy TTC world!

Now, I really don’t know wtaf is happening 🫠. I swear AF was arriving, as I wiped this morning and it was bright red (not too heavy), and now I’m back to brown (like powder coffee bits, IKYK) - I feel really sick (which I dont usually get with AF) and have bad headaches. I’m bone tired and already in bed 😂

Will do love - nothing when I wiped this AM. My cycle must be really out I think, as I’ve just calculated my last period as 27th March, so when we DTD I don’t think o was in my fertile period now (14&15th April). Who knows 🤦🏻‍♀️. I’ll do a test today/tomorrow x

Day 39 of my cycle here. Multiple negative pregnancy tests. Can only assume I didn’t ovulate. Almost 2 years TTC baby number 2. It’s really getting me down now 😔

@Mncrmum sorry if I missed it, but do you use anything to track your cycles? You never know, you could have ovulated when you DTD, the waiting game is so long!

Hi ladies, hope you don’t mind me jumping on!
currently 8DPO today, approximately o’d on the 15th April. TTC #1 and I think we are on cycle #5? 🥴 (I’ve lost count).
done a POAS about half an hour ago and BFN. I know it wasn’t FMU and 8Dpo is still early but I had a horrible wave of nausea last night, paired with a horrible headache and weird, small little cramps on my left abdomen/groin area this morning.

i to an 8Dpo today my test was also BFN but I never expected it to be anything less, only symptoms I’ve had in the odd twinges in my hips and lower tummy on and off since ovulation,

I’m hoping I have just tested to early but kind of already feel like I’m out

I have been trying for #2 for a year now. Had a missed miscarriage in December and it took 5-6 cycles to catch. We’ve been trying again since Feb x
