@MrsJGrealish half 5 on Thursday so DH can come. I do feel a bit sick in the mornings still but not as strong as last week, last week was the worst so far for nausea.

@LuckyMoonstone i don't even know how to make you feel better ❤️‍🩹 I really hope everything goes well 🙏 Its amazing how strong we are (bar the odd breakdown and rant)

No AF yet or even brown cm and I've a funny taste in my mouth that's making me feel sick. No doubt I'll do a test a day till it arrives. DH home for going away tomorrow (he's a late packer) he's talking about sharing a bottle of wine later and I suppose I might as well 🤷‍♀️

@MrsJGrealish thank you lovely it’s just my hormones I guess. Don’t know how I’m going to get through 3 days of work 😩 well those symptoms sound good! Hopefully your line tomorrow will be darker. I wouldn’t worry about having some wine at this stage. I had a few drinks 2 days after I got that first positive test. I was bleeding and not feeling optimistic that the pregnancy would last, but also felt like drinks at that point wouldn’t do anything harm to a viable pregnancy either. You aren’t even at the usual 2 week mark that other women would test and I’m sure plenty of them drink in the tww!

@LuckyMoonstone I was scared to post about the wine in case someone got offended 🙈 but if we lived our lives not being normal 2 weeks outta 4 it wouldn't be a life.

Defo hormones the little dicks. Emotional is good even though it's making you feel sad. So whenever we had the big talk he said he's happy to try until March (which is when I wanted to stop anyway) but I said after that I needed him to get a vasectomy. I think I've been through enough. I mean I really have and he agreed. The doctor was rang (literally I had to do that🙄) and he got a call from the clinic today. I've never seen a man look as terrified in my whole life 😂 he stared at it and the call rang off. And this is why men don't give birth. Chicken shits

@MrsJGrealish 😂I hope he takes the call eventually.

We just had our second (expensive) consultation so now we're getting an IVF timeline plan written up. We can start at the start of my next cycle, hoorah. I'm also having a blood test for clotting disorders to rule that out. I'm just itching to get all of the next appointments booked in.

@TheBirdintheCave that's great news! I think it helps making a plan and letting someone else do all the thinking. Good luck with the clotting blood test too, hopefully it will all come back negative. Did you ever get your NK cells tested?

@MrsJGrealish have the wine. Life is too short, especially if you're still feeling poorly. I think you are being totally reasonable asking for a vasectomy after everything and it's really not that major surgery anyway. I know so many men who have had it and it was really straightforward. Did he call them back?!

@LuckyMoonstone I know that feeling all too well. I was a mess going to my 10 week scan, literally couldn't focus on anything and felt like the inevitable was about to happen. My symptoms have been really up and down this pregnancy so I assumed that was telling me something. I went to both scans feeling completely fine, no symptoms at all. Now I'm 13 weeks and feel horrible, been feeling grim since 10 weeks! Just know you're not alone and it's completely normal to feel that way. Are you having much nausea / vomiting?

@TheBirdintheCave oh that's fab news that they can start soo soon! Will the clotting tests come back in time? I feel like private anything is really the way to go now. And it's so sad. I paid £400 getting DDs ears suctioned. Waiting list was 3 years🙄 But the child couldn't hear a thing. How can that be normal? Can you have one last natural cycle? Xx

@bunnykins123 oh wow a 52hr labour! That sounds hideous...@MrsJGrealish how u feeling? I think for 12DPO that line is looking ok?! I've never had a positive before AF fwiw. If u need wine 🍷 tonight, absolutely have it. I found out I was PG with my 2nd after a boozy holiday..no harm done! But he is a little terror 😆 @LuckyMoonstone everything crossed for Thursday lovely! I don't think that fear of scans ever leaves...😘 @TheBirdintheCave that's super exciting that you are all set for IVF pretty much 🤩 how u feeling about it all? X

@MrsJGrealish I hope he picks up the phone next time and gets it sorted 😅 yeah it’s just hormones. @bunnykins123 just nausea, I never actually throw up with pregnancy sickness. Well sometimes just when it like comes up into your throat a bit 😅 but it’s not as bad as it was last week. I don’t remember ever feeling particularly sick with my last pregnancy that got to 16 weeks, unless I’ve just blocked it all out as a trauma response 😆

@calimc83 I'm surprisingly chill 🤷‍♀️ it hurts a bit to walk with the back ache but I feel that might be old age rather than covid 😭😅 I'll not dwell on that too much 😂 doing a bit of online shopping atm always cheers me up

@TheBirdintheCave I am so glad you've got a plan moving forward and some answers. We will be going down the same route in the summer if I haven't gotten pregnant by then. I think we will need the works (if I get enough eggs anyway) so will be good to hear your experiences 🥰 xxx

I'm going out for DH birthday tonight and I'm eating all the Thai I can fit in my stomach 😂 not sure on wine in the thai it's probably iffy 🙊 might stick to vodka tonic

@bunnykins123 I’ll be 10 weeks and 1 day but that’s going off how far they told me I was at the last scan, could move again at the 12 week hospital one

@bunnykins123 indeed I did..had 2 glasses. Then felt a bit off. DH away tomorrow so spent a quality 4 mins with him 🙈 I'm such a selfless person because I couldn't be bothered 😂 but it is Valentine's Day tomorrow.

He's never had covid he literally could be taken away for a science study 🤣

@MrsJGrealish Hope you're feeling better today! The results should be back in time yes, I'm hoping they're done this month. Not sure if we'll get one last cycle yet. I think we will as there was no mention of me starting medication until I get my next AF.

@FfayeN I will relay all the info I can :D I've been watching the documentary made at my clinic and the egg collection process looks... interesting... they'd better knock me out for that 😂
