I think your plan sounds really good. And a 7 week scan should give you some reassurance as well ☺️ Did you decide to continue testing or have you stopped? I agree that reducing work a little would be good for you as well, remember you saying you were working really hard! Hard work can be super healing when we need to escape from things and keep busy but good to give yourself some rest and give your body some TLC now ☺️x
I'm an emotional wreck as always 😂 When midwife asked if I needed help to cope with anxiety, I said I could manage on my own (also I appreciate NHS is already stretched and private counseling didn't help at all), but coming to realise now that I really can't cope on my own but at the same time, it's only me who can fix things.

LuckyMoonstone · 11/02/2023 13:56

@monsteramunch 7 weeks is a good idea, not too long to wait and you should be able to see everything nice and clear :)

ScrantonDunderMifflin · 11/02/2023 14:28

@LuckyMoonstone agreed. I know 5-6 week scans often only stress people out but 7 week should be very clear. With measurements and HB okay at 7 weeks, there's 90% chance of pregnancy ongoing! With good measurements and HB at 8 weeks - even higher, 98% chance.
Sorry if this wasn't relevant but wanted to share in case it helps someone, certainly helped me at the time.

calimc83 · 11/02/2023 14:55

@bringmearainbow ahh that's annoying...try squeeze a quickie in if u can 😆.@bunnykins123 ha ha defo no one my DH will watch..I usually save it for a night he's working! How are u feeling?! Have u any more scans coming up? @TheBirdintheCavethe clinic seems amazing! You'll be in good hands there...Alex Jones really grates on me though! 😆 x

Girls I'm pretty sure i may be pregnant and have covid 😭 Body aches scratchy throat yesterday, I went to bed early last night and woke at 7am literally unheard of for me. I did an OPK and it came up unusually dark. Thought right ok thought I had an FRER I don't🙄 so used 2 ICs. There's a faint line probably camera unworthy (I'm 10dpo) Tested negative for both yesterday but I came over really tired and slept most of the afternoon. Woke up feeling worse. And took another covid test positive. With my covid booster I had an early miscarriage/cp at 5ish weeks. With actual covid I had a chemical at 4 weeks. I have ache on one side of my lower pelvis that is totally different to period pain. It's really weird...frers coming Monday from Amazon. I'm freaking out. And DH blissfully unaware 'sure you're off next week don't worry' Sorry for the rant 😢 and I'm probably panicking over nothing.

@MrsJGrealish It must be beyond stressful to have to worry about COVID when you're already (very understandably) anxious about the pregnancy too. I would just want to say that what happen previously likely wasn't related to COVID or booster but rather was a coincidence.
Lots of rest, lots of fluids, let your body relax and fight this beast off.
And tentative congratulations ❤️

MrsJGrealish · 11/02/2023 18:02

@ScrantonDunderMifflin covid and me don't mix 😢 I would upload the tests too but I'm not sure they would share well. It's more a feeling like sensitive nipples now and again but no actual sore boobs. I don't get sore boobs this early. And the weird tummy thing. Honestly it's like someone has punched me there. And the exhaustion but that's totally covid 🙄 thanks though 😘

ScrantonDunderMifflin · 11/02/2023 18:10

@MrsJGrealish if you want to upload your tests, everyone here has very well trained eyes ☺️x I know we're all different and every pregnancy is different but many people don't feel symptoms so please don't worry about it (I know it's easier said than done!). If tests show you're pregnant, then you're pregnant regardless the symptoms ☺️

MrsJGrealish · 11/02/2023 18:21

@ScrantonDunderMifflin okay literally negative yesterday though.

I can see them and especially the e@h one!

LuckyMoonstone · 11/02/2023 19:14

@MrsJGrealish you need your eyes testing gal those lines are so obvious 😂 congratulations!! But sorry you have Covid 😫 I understand your worry, you are associating having Covid with your MCs. I really think they were coincidences. Pregnant women and women TTC have always been allowed to have the jabs. But I totally get the anxiety as you are drawing from your own experiences

LuckyMoonstone · 11/02/2023 19:15

Definitely did not expect to see that when I logged in! Chuffed for you

MrsJGrealish · 11/02/2023 19:32

@LuckyMoonstone I know but the thing that I did and I'm scared. And I haven't told DH just panicking solo atm 😫 you know how many FRERs I ordered..? Four. Why do I need 4? The covid thing is totally freaking me out. The 5 week loss was 3 days after the vaccine and my pregnancy symptoms were so strong then nothing 3 days later. I used the easy@home to watch levels drop every day. Sad times 🙁 i totally know I being ridiculous btw. And apologies to anyone reading this.

LuckyMoonstone · 11/02/2023 19:37

@MrsJGrealish it’s a toughie becuse your feelings are totally valid but literally all you can do right now is wait and see. Which is shit I know! But let’s see what happens each day, if your lines get stronger despite the Covid then we can assume for now that it’s not affecting the progress. Well at least you can do a FRER a day until Wednesday 😅 do FMU each day and keep comparing lines

LuckyMoonstone · 11/02/2023 19:38

Also I had absolutely no line on an easy@home at 10dpo so yours is even more impressive 😅

calimc83 · 11/02/2023 20:25

@MrsJGrealish ohhh ohh ohh! That's a definite positive ( on both tests! 🙈😬) tentative congratulations! Tbh I have had the same thoughts as you re covid. I blamed covid for my 2nd MC however I have absolutely zero evidence to back that up! It was the 2nd time I got covid and tbh I just felt a bit knackered. Didn't have a high temp or anything...am I right in thinking u already take aspirin? As I'm sure I read somewhere that covid can cause slightly sticky blood so the aspirin can help with that. Try not to stress toooooo much ( easier said than done) you'll find soooo many threads on MN of people who have gotten their BFP and also tested positive for covid and had zero issues xx

TheBirdintheCave · 11/02/2023 20:27

@MrsJGrealish Omg I definitely see those lines! Congrats to you lovely! 😬 So sorry you have Covid though. I really hope it's mild for you. Take it one day at a time and try not to worry too much xx

Indianna2006 · 11/02/2023 20:29

@MrsJGrealish 😱😱 those are definite lines. Tentative congrats.

totally understand your worry and freaking out. Like @LuckyMoonstone said all you can do is wait each day and see. I can see how past experience will make you feel that way. But more than likely it’s coincidence even if ppl correlate it to that. As early losses are so common. And so is keep catching covid tbh
Rest up. Drink lots of fluid. And we shall all keep our fingers and toes crossed 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼❤️
vent away when you need to though. Anxiety and past experiences can be really triggering. Xx

MrsJGrealish · 11/02/2023 20:41

@calimc83 yes I'm on aspirin 😊 I heard a story yesterday about someone who had a leg amputated after the Astra Zeneca vaccine 😱 clots. I'm a clot risk anyway so won't be skipping any doses. I politely refused my 4th booster 😅 so one day at a time. Thanks😘 though I'm actually refusing to believe it atm. This will be my third infection. Perks of the job🙄

MrsJGrealish · 11/02/2023 20:43

@Indianna2006 @TheBirdintheCave thanks girls ❤️❤️ xx

bringmearainbow · 11/02/2023 21:04

@MrsJGrealish ooooh what a treat to open up to ❤️ I can see the lines! So sorry you have covid though 😩 I'm the same as you me and covid don't mix well and I have definite thoughts of covid and mc but as others have said lots of people are absolutely fine so you gotta take each day as it comes and you know we're always here if you need to vent or hand hold

I'll give you a giggle for your Saturday night. Got my new box of easy at home opks and pt. Decided even though AF is most def in the house I would just do a little check to make sure 😅🤣 and of course it was stone cold negative. honestly there is something wrong with me I'm sure

MrsJGrealish · 11/02/2023 21:38

@bringmearainbow 🤣🤣 I think I've tested every day (bar one maybe) since 6dpo so I'm with you there. Got so fed up seeing negatives thought I'd pee on an OPK just for the sake of seeing 2 lines then my day spiralled. From the moment I ate an entire carton of Philadelphia in half an hr I had a feeling. The last midwife told me viable embryos are resilient so I've just gotta think of that. And if it's meant to be it will be. F**king covid though, really?😡
(Also I've done that too, just to check, especially after @LuckyMoonstone's experience that's not crazy at all 😘) xx

Indianna2006 · 11/02/2023 21:53

@MrsJGrealish I think that Midwife probably has a fair point. I do think the right healthy embryo is pretty resilient. And you worry so much about X,Y Z cause losses etc and was it this or that. but ultimately it’s more than likely inevitable as it just wasn’t right somehow either environment wise or genetically.

hope your not gonna feel too rough with it. Fingers crossed you’ve had it few times before it might be mild. And that those lines continue to get stronger and the covid ones piss off.

TheBirdintheCave · 11/02/2023 22:08

I really hope I'm not slowly bleeding to death 😂 I've gone through eight pads today. My max is usually three 🤔 How can there still be so much blood?

ScrantonDunderMifflin · 11/02/2023 22:28

@Indianna2006 I second what you said. I remember someone's midwife saying (maybe even on this thread?) that healthy embryos are tough little things💪
