Bit of a dilemma here. Husband and I agreed to try to dtd every other day for this cycle's fertile window so last night was day one. However today I have masses more EWCM and it's making me panic that if we don't dtd tonight then we might miss out on what could be a really fertile day. What if there isn't as much EWCM tomorrow? 🤔What should I do?

@TheBirdintheCave I wouldn't worry if you can't manage tonight because you did it yesterday. Did you use fertilily?

Maybe you were right and it was a troll, I think I came across a real troll now. Someone created a thread saying her DP has rotten black teeth because he refuses to brush them as there is no point in it - that can't be right 😂

I think we're going to just end up dtd every day until O 😂 I'm too worried about skipping a day.

My main concern is that we dtd every day for both pregnancies which led to miscarriage but for the one that gave us our son we dtd every other day :/ BUT we also got pregnant twice in a year that way and only once in 15 months when we dtd every other day.

DH got his sperm analysis results yesterday (even though we are ‘currently’ pregnant we wanted to pay for them anyway for future reference). I have to say I’m surprised by the results! He is only half a million above the minimum sperm count they want to see (but hey it’s the minimum for a reason, it must be ok for baby-making). His sperm quality is good though, just needs a bit more of it 😂
I said to DH, I was under the impression he had super sperm! Considering he’s managed to get me pregnant 5 times in less than 3.5 years 😅 two of those were on the first cycle, and two were cycle 3-4! I’d say that’s pretty good going.
But he is going to start looking after his health a bit more, and take vitamins specifically to help sperm count/quality. So that next time we need to try things might have improved by then.

How stupid would it be to become trained as a midwife when the whole profession is in such deep crisis? I can't tell you how bad things are in the field now and the only solution that could save it would be getting an influx of trained midwives from abroad (but how?). My current profession pays better + doesn't involve any night work.
I just want to help people (+be in the field) but can you really, when you're completely burnt out? And I'd have mental breakdowns after coming across people who think it's okay to substance abuse when pregnant🤷🤷 100%.
I have another option (which is better for me) but would be more difficult to execute from financial point of view. Only time will tell!
Strongly believe it's never too late to change professions.
I really want to take my hat off to all midwives, it's so bad, they're leaving in droves.

@LuckyMoonstone I'd say that's very good going too def doesn't hurt to take some extra vits and cleaning things up a bit though. What time is your scan on Monday?

@Happinessandrainbows what was your name before? It's never too late to change professions and if it's something you want to do 100% go for it. I think you def need to make a pros and cons list and apply it to your own situation to see how it would work for you.

I'm still getting bad cramps and a bit of bleeding but only in the evening it's so odd. That's 4 days of nothing in the day but cramping and bleeding in the evening 🤷🏼‍♀️ I don't know what it's going to do for ovulation timing but I'm still hoping it will be next weekend 🤞🏼cb opks are still flashing at me I have 8 left I just don't know whether to buy more or not 🙄 I kind of don't but I do at the same time 😂

@bringmearainbow half past 9 on Monday, going alone as I need DH to look after DS. But I don’t mind DH not being there this early on.
Hmm that is weird, I hope the bleeding isnt throwing your flashing CBs off (not sure if the hormones being produced would be the same). Do you do just 1 a day?

@LuckyMoonstone nice and early that's good. I only do one in the morning and follow it up with a cheapy in the evening I've been caught out before with 9 days of flashing smileys before a peak so I don't do another until I get something promising on the strip. Aiming just to dtd every other day atm but my god if it's not going to be for another 10 days I'm going to be 😴 was hoping we could get a couple of sessions in the week and then ideally I'd O next weekend when we can dtd every day and be done 😂

@bringmearainbow well you’ve got pretty much a whole week to see how the opks go so that’s good, maybe towards the end of the week you could start DTD if the opks are still flashing/light just in case it sneaks up on you over the weekend

Ladies something just fell out of me literally no cramps just felt something in my knickers and I just don't know what to think of it its a pretty gross pic so if no one wants me to post it let me know and I'll just make another thread it looks like a mass of tissue surely not the pregnancy I had a D&C for 🤔🤷🏼‍♀️

@bringmearainbow that definitely looks like m/c to me... It's got white bits and it's said that white and grey are pregnancy tissues. I'm not saying there's an intact sac inside it but it could be that some pregnancy tissues were left behind and what you're seeing is those tissues + your lining joined together?

@Happinessandrainbows yes could be a bit left behind that's joined with the lining didn't think of that. At least it kind of makes sense for the reason everything has taken so god damn long 🙄 I'm annoyed the doctor didn't scan me wish I had insisted. EPU are not answering suppose I'll keep trying them

When I had a missed m/c, I didn't have D&C but passed tissue spontaneously. It happened over two days and one of those days was very similar to what you posted x

@MrsJGrealish yes they should have done suppose that's what happens when they are so short staffed they just try and fob you off 🙄 at least hopefully I've got rid of everything 🤞🏼

I got through to the EPU they said do a test in the morning but she said sometimes your lining can look like tissue another fob off methinks good job I have you lovely lot ❤️
