Well here we are again, day 1 of new cycle. It’s been over a year now (I’d ducked out of these threads for ages). Finally going to start with some private investigations. But not for a few weeks.

Anyone got any fun ideas for this month?

Hi been lurking and reading but not commented on this thread yet. Had such an odd cycle in Jan - started my AF about 6 days early but it was on and off in its starting so had no idea when I was due to ovulate. ANYWAY... we DTD every other day from end of AF until Sat evening just gone. However due to pain I had on Sunday morning I think that was the day I ovulated. Couldn't DTD that day as DH was on night shift.
Had very weird symptoms this past week but I'm definitely symptom spotting 🤣- had bouts of nausea, back ache, tummy cramps, night Sweats, really vivid dreams etc. But now feel AF is due to arrive as sore boobs have come and getting little tummy niggles.
If I'm right on O date I'm 6dpo today so would be due AF next Fri and could test Sat - DH bday!

Would say I'm out though with how I'm feeling but there's always that crumb of hope.
I'm 44 on Sunday and DD will be 10 on Sunday too, so I'm aware I could have left it too late!

I'm 8dpo today and have had sore boobs and fatigue all week. Woke up feeling nauseous this morning and even though I had told myself I wouldn't test until at least Sunday, I did a cheapie test. Both DH and I thought we could see a vvfl so did a frer and the line looks a bit clearer (though still vf). I can see it much better in real life than in photos.
Trying not to get too hopeful yet, I'll test again for the next few mornings 🤞

@chezvic glad I'm not the only one symptom spotting like crazy! I think it's early to rule yourself out if you're only 6dpo, long way to go yet :)

@Hankthehonk ooh that's sounding promising, I've got my fingers well and truly crossed.

I'm trying not to get my hopes up and look on the negative side so I'm not too disappointed - but it's easier said than done.

I thought I had positive symptoms last month and drove myself mad spotting 🤣

@Hankthehonk I cracked and tested today at 9dpo! After I made a big thing about not wanting to test early!
BFN at the moment, but I'm still having symptoms. I'm still really bloated, so much so that I am struggling to sleep at night because it's really uncomfortable. Then still very fatigued but don't know if that's because I'm not sleeping! I feel like I'm either coming down with something or am pregnant, or it's really prolonged and severe PMS. Or maybe I'm just going slightly crazy!

@Hankthehonk @JD90 @Jealousofchiliheeler hope I've tagged all the right people, I'm 8 dpo too and scaling the walls desperate to pee on something 😂 I'm the same every month it's ridiculous. When are you each testing/testing again?

@Natty83 I cracked already and tested today at 8dpo because I felt nauseous when I woke up!! Both DH and I think there's a vvfl on a cheapie then a FRER but trying not to be too hopeful yet. Will test for next few mornings and hope it gets clearer! Can just about see it today in real life but it's not really showing in photos, I'd be embarrassed to share it here!
So much for me not testing until 10dpo!

@Jealousofchiliheeler I think we're all more than slightly crazy at this point in the tww, sounds like your symptoms are a good reason to be hopeful and keep testing 🤞
I'm meant to be doing park run with a friend tomorrow and think it'll be awful running again with these heavy sore boobs but going to try. I want to keep busy as normal 😕

So 9dpo today, exhausted, absolutely freaking starving (I'd eaten my lunch, breakfast and snacks at work by 11.30... usually I'd not want anything at all until around then), feeling like I've been smashed in the boobs with a bloody baseball bat! Trying to convince myself I'm not going to test until Tuesday... so probably tomorrow morning 🤣🤦🏻‍♀️

12dpo today and still testing negative so fairly certain I'm out. If my some miracle af doesn't arrive on Monday I'll test again

@Natty83 OK thank you, I think I'm 5 or 6dpo, 6 according to app, 5 going but the opks. Had a few sharp pains in the lower left side earlier today, so clearly I'm overly paying attention to my body 🤣

I had a cry at work today as another (we've now got 3 members of staff pregnant) of my colleagues is pregnant, I don't begrudge her at all, but I am jealous. I was all happy and smiley in her class, and held it together, because I am genuinely happy for her, but as soon as I walked into my class I broke down.
It sucks and it hurts and if one more person tells me to stop stressing about it I will punch them (figuratively) because I know how long it takes, it took 3 years to get my dc, I didn't want it to take 3 years again 🤦‍♀️

I'm actually sick of examining my cheapies and seeing lines but then not seeing them a min later. Gonna try and be revolutionary and not test until Tuesday when AF is due. If I get a solid-ish line then I'll buy a digital and surprise DH, I think he's sick of me shoving cheapies in his face when he can't see my imaginary lines. 🙈 Anyone with me? No more daily cheapie testing? 😂

After getting a vvv faint line, I had to squint & hold it at a certain light to see, at 8 dpo. I've done another FRER today at 11 dpo & there's no denying it 🥰

Just can't believe it. My youngest is 6 next Sunday & I'm praying to God that this pregnancy is different, as hers was horrendous 😖

I wish each & everyone of you all the best for the future & hope you get your BFP's soon 🤞🏼 hopefully I'll see you in the due Oct 23 group.

Think I'm out for October - period type cramps all day and just had some spotting. Way early again by about 5-7 days, last two months have been all over the place - typical when I'm TTC as normally I'm very regular!
Anyway bday on Sunday and All Inc holiday the week after so at least I can enjoy a wine or two 🍷

OK I'm going to get over my embarrassment sharing such a faint line because I'm keen to know if anyone else can see this line - my DH and I can. It looks more obvious to my naked eye than in photos. Making myself dizzy squinting at it.

@ukMummyof1 Thank you!! Yes, I'll definitely do another frer first thing tomorrow...only got one left so I'll probably buy more tomorrow to keep checking each day for line progression. I've also had sore boobs, fatigue and some nausea in the morning today all of which were the same symptoms in my first pregnancy
