Hi! Marking my spot, AF started today so I'll be testing around the 20th of Jan 🤞🏼🤞🏼

I'm here again!

AF arrived today. I was getting my hopes up but not testing, 2 days late. It would have been a planned-not-planned this month anyway as we've been less and less careful recently with a view to TTC after Christmas, but not officially trying. I was obvs hoping it might have happened in this more relaxed approach, but it was not to be!

Cycle: 1 (properly!)

I can't believe this is actually happening, like for real! We've chatted about it today and just made sure we are both still on the same page with regards to timelines, and that this month is the month we start giving it a real go. Now the time is here, I'm so excited.

CD1 today so it's going to be a long month, but we have a night away planned on Jan 5th, which is 2 days before ovulation so... fingers crossed.

Hi everybody, back again for round two - had a chemical/v. early miscarriage last cycle and now have to wait till mid-jan (Need to qualify for maternity leave in new job) before we try again! Its going to be a loooooooong month.

I'm TTC number 2. DD is 12 months old and this is my first cycle trying. I'm using a clear blue ovulation predictor. I've had my third flashy smiley today and DTD yesterday and will again tomorrow (hoping for a static smiley tomorrow or Christmas day - that'll be a nice Christmas present)

My period is due on the 7th January, so will be testing around then. Will be great to have someone to talk to during the TWW

Sending everyone baby dust and luck! I was on a thread when TTC DD and every single person on the thread got pregnant that month, except me who took another 2 months, but in the grand scheme of things, that's nothing!

Hey everyone, waiting for af to clear off then me and OH will be getting back to business. Due to ovulate 2nd of January but got some clearblue ovulation tests for the first time as usually go off bbt and cheap lh tests from amazon. That method worked back in September when we conceived on first month trying, sadly we lost the baby at 8 weeks. Started trying this month but I have a feeling it was probably too soon as my body wasn't quite back to it's usual self. I was really hoping for a Christmas BFP to take the edge off the heartache and Channel my grief into love and something positive. Fingers crossed for January 🙏🏼 good luck everyone and hopefully we will see lots of new year BFPs ❤️

CD2 - O should be around the 5th Jan and test on 19th Jan.

Been trying since Jan 2022.

MC in Oct 2022.

LP has become short to around 10 days since MC. AF has also been really heavy.

Hoping things will go back to 'normal' soon.

I'd love to join again! Cycle 3 and AF due 5th January. Baby vibes for us all!

im so nervous! Is it just me?! I love my toddler so much but I did not cope well with the newborn stage 🤣

@DashDotCom I loved the newborn phase, but I think I struck gold with DD as she's such a chilled out baby and has slept through the night from 8 weeks. Even as a newborn she fed at 11pm, 3am then 6-6.30am so even then I got pretty good sleep. I have a feeling DC2 may be a shock to the system for me!

Day 4 of a flashy smiley for me. Going to DTD when DD has her afternoon nap and hope that ovulation happens tomorrow. By what happened last month, I ovulate on day 16/17 which is today or tomorrow for me

So also will be testing around January 20th.
Reviewing my dates from the last month I think I was slightly out with my ovulation guesstimate. Hoping to track better with BBT and LH sticks. Being 36 I'm starting to feel panicky and like I'm running out of time ... it's such an emotional journey!

Can I join you guys too.. ttc #1, have really irregular cycles but have been trying to track for a year and on the 2nd cycle of ttc.

Think I'm due to ovulate around 1 Jan, but who really knows?! Trying to use clear blue ovulation tests this time round, but not really sure when to start testing from and what time is best to test. It's all very confusing!

@Lc23 if you have irregular cycles, it may be worth starting to test earlier, around day 5 of your cycle so that you don't miss any fertile days. Good luck!

Hi can I join? I just got AF, been ttc number 2 since October 2021. Had an ectopic in Dec last year.
Feeling so so deflated so I thought I might try and join this to talk to people that might understand!!! I really hoped I would be pregnant at least by the end of this year!!!
I'm also 40 and getting tested for polyps so I'm starting to wonder if it will ever happen for me!!!

@DashDotCom I have to agree with you. I love the toddler stage but struggled bit with the baby stage!

@sb86 I'm so sorry you went through that. I was very early with a loss and it hurt so can only imagine the feeling at 8 weeks. Hope you're doing okay x x

Joining in this thread from the last, got AF yesterday and on we got to cycle 4! Had a CP in cycle 1, hopefully Jan is the month!

I got yet another flashy smiley today. 5 days in a row! I'm wondering if I missed my LH surge... Going to carry on testing but if the test is accurate I'm either going to ovulate late this cycle and have a longer cycle length or I'm going to have a pretty short luteal phase. I want to start my 2WW already!!!
