@TheBirdintheCave amazing news! What a relief I bet. Enjoy the feeling while it lasts!

@FfayeN thanks lovely, it's so hard keeping track of everyone! I have my 12 week scan next week...
Haven't had a scan since 8 weeks so no idea what is going on in there. To be honest I'm still trying my best not to think about it. Watching all the cheesy Netflix Christmas films is my current distraction.
Hope you are getting okay as can be? x

FfayeN · 07/12/2022 12:39

@theblueflowers I thought it must have been soon! I'm doing ok thank you ☺️. Just keen to start the next steps as such. Whatever that may be!
Good for you, there's a new series of Firefly Lane and the first one of those was quite good x

@TheBirdintheCave @Indianna2006 amazing news ladies 🥰 xx

mummatara · 07/12/2022 14:15

@MrsCristianoX yasssss for peak! Get the seduction on 💪🏼

MrsCristianoX · 07/12/2022 14:31

@mummatara I'm so happy!! It'll likely lead to nothing but I thought I was broken 😅

TheBirdintheCave · 07/12/2022 14:53

@MrsCristianoX Woohoo for peak! 😥

Thanks for the well wishes guys :D It's funny how much of a variation there is in sizes compared to my son's scan at the same gestation and yet they were both considered 6 weeks. But then, the sonographer only measured this baby once and my son was measured three times before the average was taken.

This one looks exactly like the typical little diamond ring. Son was more of a large blob 😂

TheBirdintheCave · 07/12/2022 14:54

@MrsCristianoX Not sure why that posted the sad face it was meant to be 😬 < this one

mummatara · 07/12/2022 15:29

@MrsCristianoX I remember when I had 8 days of flashing smileys and I thought I was broken and it was never going to happen 🙈 I'm glad your not broken though

bunnykins123 · 07/12/2022 16:25

@MrsCristianoX same as @mummatara, I've had 8 days of flashies before and it drove me nuts! How can anyone keep up with that!

mummatara · 07/12/2022 16:33

@bunnykins123 😂 it was bloody tiring but it did result in this pregnancy albeit a bad pregnancy but still I won't complain 🙈

I can't stop thinking about how I'm 9dpo even though Im not sure i believe it. I'm getting my hopes up what is wrong with me 🤦🏼‍♀️🙄 I'm sitting here like don't do it to yourself but I'm glutton for punishment 😩

TheBirdintheCave · 07/12/2022 18:20

Augh another instance of the brown tinged CM 😭 Why can't it just have been that one time? Right back to panicking now. There was literally nothing for over 24 hours, not even after she poked the wand up there for five minutes but then I go for a walk to collect my son and it comes back 😢

calimc83 · 07/12/2022 19:41

@TheBirdintheCave I've found the anxiety after loss never goes, even after scans 😫 did she offer u progesterone? X

FfayeN · 07/12/2022 22:59

@TheBirdintheCave they should have offered progesterone. It could also be the scan has just irritated the cervix a little causing a minor bit of spotting. Please try not to panic. I'd give them a call tomorrow and ask for progesterone if you've not got it already. Thinking of you 😘 xx

TheBirdintheCave · 07/12/2022 23:21

@FfayeN @calimc83 I wasn't offered any unfortunately BUT I do have two weeks supply left over from the miscarriage so I'll be using that up until the eight week scan (if I get that far).

I do have a rather large 1.5cm corpus luteum cyst which doesn't surprise me as my ovaries are prone to cysts. No idea if that could cause bleeding.

FfayeN · 08/12/2022 07:52

@MrsCristianoX so turns out I'm pretty rubbish at reminding you to temp! Did you temp to confirm ovulation?

OP posts:
FfayeN · 08/12/2022 07:53

@TheBirdintheCave I'm not sure on whether that would cause a bleed, but it's good you have some up to your next scan and then you can ask them to extend it xx

MrsCristianoX · 08/12/2022 08:22

@FfayeN I knocked a bottle of water off my bedside table first thing and ended up losing my engagement ring.. I was in a mini meltdown until I found it. So I think it's too late now coz im up and a little stressed.
Yesterday's was 34.34? That seems like an odd (are you alive?) reading,,,might update the thermometer for next month

MrsCristianoX · 08/12/2022 08:26

@TheBirdintheCave I hope the spotting has settled. It's so stressful. Any miscarriage I had the spotting was mixed with pretty sore cramps. So if you don't have them🙏

TheBirdintheCave · 08/12/2022 08:37

@MrsCristianoX Oh I hate it when I knock water off the bedside table 🙄 It's so annoying! Glad you found your ring though :)

No other instances after the 6pm brown cm last night but I don't think I'll feel out of the woods until I haven't had any for a week. I just want that to be the end of it and have an uneventful pregnancy 😭🙏

FfayeN · 08/12/2022 09:16

@MrsCristianoX haha I had to discount one at the beginning of the week because I thought it was so low...covered to 35.9c but it think you're right, a new thermometer sounds like a good idea 🤣. My normal below line temps are about 36.2-36.3c x

OP posts:
mummatara · 08/12/2022 10:44

@MrsCristianoX that def seems like a very cold reading so I think a new thermometer sounds like a good idea 🙊

monsteramunch · 08/12/2022 11:05

14DPO, AF due in two days and another negative. I'm really not in a good headspace. Struggling hugely. And panic attack setting in I think. I hate this.

mummatara · 08/12/2022 11:46

@monsteramunch ahh lovely that sucks ☹️ so sorry. It's extra hard when you're emotions really get you too big hugs ❤️

MrsCristianoX · 08/12/2022 12:37

@monsteramunch 😢 I hope you're ok. It's soo hard xx

monsteramunch · 08/12/2022 13:30

Thank you both xx

It's so awful every month because obviously when AF is due, our hormones are already being cruel to us mood wise.

Just so low. Bit worried about how I'll cope if we have bad news back from my blood tests and / or his semen analysis this month.

I'm not even sure what the next steps would be. Is Clomid usually what they want to try you with first?

Doctor is lovely but a bit 'let's cross that bridge when we come to it' which makes me feel anxious as I like to have a plan!
