Finally realised that our previous thread was full 🤣 I hope no one minds me starting up a new one! Can you believe it's been almost a year since this was all started up?!

@helly013 yeah that's probably what's happened did your epu offer you any extra scans could you go in a couple of weeks for one and get a better idea of your dates?

I'm doing OK thanks just keen to try again but anxious at the same time. I had a scan on Wednesday I had only been having some spotting and was told I had had a mmc so I had an mva yesterday and they rescan there and then to check they have got everything

No my scan was clear when I went so there was no need to see me again. I'll see how things progress with the tests, maybe book myself an early scan if I get past 7 weeks.

They always say you're really fertile after you give birth, I've no idea if that's true for a miscarriage as well 🤷🏼‍♀️

@helly013 yes the midwife said to me your more fertile after a miscarriage aswell so fingers crossed

@helly013 they definitely look positive and you are really fertile after a MC too! It definitely could have pushed your cycle out and made your ovulation slightly later than normal, meaning you'd be earlier than would be expected. I hope it's a sticky baby for you 😘

I’ve had a private scan today, all looking good with a strong heartbeat and measuring at 7+2! 🥰

For those that are struggling at the moment, the wait and heartache is worth it when you see that little bean flickering around on the screen!

1dpo today, feeling pretty down and bummed, hubby had to start testosterone injections for 10 weeks which really tanks sperm production, our plan was to use hCG to keep the production up but he did one injection (when I was CD9) and didn’t get on with it, hoping since I ovulated CD15 maybe the hCG injection did enough to get us some sperm for that time?
in my head I’m kinda thinking it’s very very unlikely until he comes off these injections in April, and I guess if I get pregnant then it’ll be a lovely suprise
besides we only dtd CD 12,14 and 15 so who even knows
just feeling super bummed about it, this is cycle 6 for us now

After all that he’s decided he’s going to come off it because it’s not worth the effect it could have on our fertility journey, so maybe we would still have a chance, who knows

So I've done another early test today, 2 days after the last one and it's now negative 😔 so I've no idea what's going on. Maybe a chemical? I'll do another test in a few more days and see, but not holding out much hope.

Looks like AF has arrived so I must of had a chemical 😔

@helly013 so sorry to hear this. I've been doing some research after my mc and I've started taking vitamin b6. it's meant to increase progesterone to help reduce miscarriage. I've no idea if it will work but there is some research and positive stories on mn might be worth looking into

Oh that's interesting, I've not heard that before, thank you, I'll make sure to pick some up when I'm next out. I just wish we knew why, I hate the unknown, I need answers/facts. I just end up blaming myself, thinking I must have done something wrong.

@LucyLoopyLu I'm doing OK thank you still feel gutted about it all but I am trying to focus on how lucky I already am with my ds rather than what I've lost. I'm back at work aswell so that's taking my mind off things a bit. we need to wait 2 weeks before dtd so I'm going to try and enjoy this time before the hell of ttc again.

hopefully taking some time off will be good for you aswell it definitely becomes all consuming and takes over your life

I feel so thrown! I swear I’ve been getting EWCM since CD 11 (today is CD13) but it has been a bit on and off! I just did an OPK test out of intrigue as I am usually going off my EWCM and it’s sooo low! Really unlike me at CD13 😫 now I’m gonna have to test until I peak or I’ll worry I’m not peaking anymore!

@krissy12 I know what you mean, I spent all last year not enjoying my actual life because I kept thinking, don't plan this because might be pregnant by the time it comes around, etc. I'm so sorry for your loss and that you have to go back into TTC. It's so unfair. And yeah it's good to take comfort from the DC you have but you have just as much right as anyone else to be upset.

I'm really going to try to be more resilient when we get started trying again. I am feeling better since I unfollowed a lot of "mum" influencers off social media.

@Bananatoast123 that's weird, maybe it's just a bit of a slow cycle and you're going to get a really good egg 🥚 try not to worry

@LucyLoopyLu i hope so! It’s so off putting when it’s outside your norm! I’ll test again tomorrow morning! Trying to see the bright side in that we started dtd on CD11 so hopefully we cover it more than normal if O is a bit later 🤗! Did work out if we conceive not this cycle but next cycle my due date would be my OH’s birthday haha

All okay here and trying not to read to much into things…only 6dpo but just feel different. Had twinges in my stomach for a few days now and constant sick feeling. I know it’s way too early though! Maybe it’s just anxiety or something? 🤷🏻‍♀️

5dpo and felt nothing which is new for me I’ve always picked up on something by now 😅 doing my first progesterone test tomorrow but unsure when to do it, I’m on nights tonight, it says first morning urine so do I do it when I get home or once I wake up after a sleep?

How is everyone feeling? Are you all doing okay?

My little babies will be 11 weeks old on Saturday! Last time they were weighed they were 8lb and 8lb 4oz at 8 weeks. They're still so diddy and and in first size clothes. My girl twin is still too small for first size clothes 🤣.

My period finally returned this week.. I forgot how grumpy they make me!!
