Just trying to catch up, we've all been so ill with a cough/cold bug, I still might die but at least I can look at my phone screen today!
@mum2b29 so sorry for your loss 🤍 I've also always tried straight away, counted the miscarriage as a period and tracked from there. I've bled for 2-3 weeks and heavily, and ovulated a few days after the bleeding stopped. Period 5-6 weeks after the miscarriage. Mine were 16 week losses though, think HGC starts to drop after 12 weeks so how high your level is will depend on how long it takes to drop and then ovulate.
@Shannonmcc sorry for the negative there, but does look like you've now ovulated - fingers crossed
@Bubblesandballoons those tests were shocking! I got a positive for a few days on a frer a couple of days the other week before my period started and counted it as a CP (not that it makes any difference I guess!) but wonder if tests are just bad for false positives these days. Perhaps especially after a miscarriage when there's hcg floating around.
@emhope fingers crossed. My first sign is always bone weary tiredness hitting me about 4pm and a blocked nose at night - I always think it's covid though 😂
@Babydustmamma @MrsCristianoX 2 of the months I've caught pregnant I've not even believed I'd ovulated so deffo not a bad sign for me either!
Had a call from the specialist nurse at the EPU the other day to say that the cord result is back and she's going to book the debrief with my consultant. She wouldn't give the result to me over the phone as she said she's not trained, but last time (it was a bereavement midwife though, perhaps trained?) she gave me the result over the phone that they didn't find anything. I think they've found something this time, I can't stop wondering now. Not heard a thing since, so no idea when the debrief will be but presume after Christmas. Why do they do this to you? I guess I kind of hope they have found a reason, it's hard not knowing why. Perhaps as hard as it would be knowing why
