I have had trigger shot yesterday for first time

So it's day 2 most of today I'm getting a weird feeling in my left ovary hard to explain like it's going to pop , could this mean I have ovulated today ,iv already had intercourse today so going to wait untill tomorrow untill hubby builds up again just to try for the best chance I have only one mature 20mm folicle does any one have any experience, I'd really love to hear your stories xxxxxx

My line this morning is so faint barely there 😭 new just my luck xxxxxx

Devastatfrom Thursday onwards positive test this morning is under last night's completely faded away :( xxxx

From this to the one above from Thursday it's now Sunday I can't believe it utterly devastated

ive finished my meds tonight got some dull aching on left side already but scan isn’t till Friday and my ov tests are negative so not sure what’s going on there might try get a private scan in before then cause I don’t want to miss ovulation xxx

@Melpainter how many days did you take it for? From what I remember the one time it worked letrozole made me ovulate on day 18. What cycle day are they scanning you? They always wanted to see me between day 10-12 then every few days until it either happened or definitely wasn’t going to xxx

Taking it for 5 days alongside clomid too scan will be on Friday, day 10 then again Monday
I told my work they were really supportive which was a relief don’t feel stressed about making up excuses as to why I’m late xx

Ah that’s good, Friday they should know if it’s working and no risk of missing it? Aww that’s great they were so supportive!! Will it make it easier for appointments? Good to have one less stress as well!xxx

Cause I’m taking clomid as an extra I’ve booked a private scan for tomorrow to see what the follicle sizes are, if there is none over 11mm I’ll up my meds so hopefully by Friday scan I’ll have a dominant one to trigger
had to sell jewllery and handbags this month to pay for this cycle 😪 I’m running out of things to sell 😪😪 hope it works this time

@Melpainter you shouldnt need a trigger for letrozole or clomid? If the dominant one is growing it should ovulate itself? I’ll find out Monday 16th as they had to pause me for 2 weeks which was annoying!! I think they are going to increase it as they had to increase part way through the last cycle. Awww no hope it works for you and you don’t need to sell things!! Are there any financing options or something instead?xxx

Awh melpainter don't be selling your belongings I don't no why there not helping you have you tried nhs ? This is alot of money I can't believe these clinics all hy want is money , I don mea to sound hasty but there is people out there having children they don't even care fore and the lik of us trying everything selling belongings getin into severe dept to hav a child that we are goin to love and care for because wev tried everything it breaks my heart ,there should b an easier way the clinics should allow free medication for it fertility its so unfair sorry I'm rantingxxxxxx

Iv run out of one steps preg test strips IV gave up the bigger tests arnt going positive I bought one and didn't use it properly and it flooded so I grabbed 4 wee test strips from Tesco called freedom anyone heard of them I done one but I don't even no if I'm going crazy or wot I see a line but then I don't I think I have line eyes I think I'm just about to give up tbh this journey is very mentally frustrating IV attached a photo I think it says 20 IMU I don even no my period is due today or tomorrow, my cameras bloody crap aswell , and im not even telling my partner I got these for he's being a pain in the arse at the minute

Strong on 10imu and these 25imu so faint look I'd say if these are real I'd be 3 half-4 weeks going by my last period

@Alexis7890 i normally get to like 17mm and the follicle turns into a cyst so they have added the trigger to the protocol in the event i don’t do it alone, I did once on clomid ovulate naturally first time I used it like two days after I finished and never happened again. Unfortunately financing isn’t an option for us and we not applicable for NHS I think the fertility companies are a disgrace for the amounts they charge!
hopefully the higher dose will kick into gear in the first week? And try dtd every other day. Speaking to OH tonight and I think it’s best to start trying from tomorrow he doesn’t have slow swimmers just a low amount less than half so maybe it’s best we try a good 5 days before suspected ovulation

Yes will I ordered first response tests there should be here tomorrow I think , post services are a bit crazy with the strikes , the first onves I showed was the 10imu ones these are 25imu but I don't ever used freedom preg test strips haven't read very much good reviews clinic actually called me today and IV convinced myself I'm not because don't wanna be let down again so I told her I will call her back when or if my period arrives xxxxx

@Alexis7890 can i ask what your follicle sizes were on letrazole if they scanned you? I got a Pvt scan yesterday and technically day 8 of cycle and I had one follicle on right side that was 13.8 and 2 more around 10mm the rest were all under. Would you say a follicle that size on day 8 is ok and on route to growth or should it be bigger? Would love to know if either of you had scans on this day on letrazole and what your follicle sizes were xxx

@Melpainter it did only work for me once and ovulation that time was day 18. I can’t remember what the size was though, it was a slow grower. I generally got a few to around 10mm then they would just stop growing or shrink. I was never scanned that early, usually between day 10 and 12. They say follicles grow 1-2mm a day so 13.8 sounds quite big and like it has potential to get to big enough soon?xxx

Hi all look a freedom preg strip yesterday faint line just haven't been well really bad chest infection so still waiting on my first response to arrive I have been so unwell and kinda just gave up untill I get better , xxxx hope you are all keeping well xxxxxxx

I'm 2 days late also but I'm wondering if my infection has something to do with that xxxxxxxxx

Sorry you are not well im not sure if being poorly affects cycles let us know how you get on with first response ..fingers crossed xxx
another question, they say sperm travels up to tubes and waits for egg and can wait 5 days.. but what if the cervix isn’t soften yet can it still get up there? Cause apparently it’s closed quite tight? So will having sex now just be pointless? x
