I have had trigger shot yesterday for first time

So it's day 2 most of today I'm getting a weird feeling in my left ovary hard to explain like it's going to pop , could this mean I have ovulated today ,iv already had intercourse today so going to wait untill tomorrow untill hubby builds up again just to try for the best chance I have only one mature 20mm folicle does any one have any experience, I'd really love to hear your stories xxxxxx

Oooh that’s so exciting I will be keeping everything crossed for you xx will you be doing any home ovulation testing and testing the trigger shot out? I’m a poas addict I’ve been finishing off the cheap Amazon ones to make sure the line doesn’t fade 😬 so worried about something happening xxx

Got bloods done there scan showed nothing wrong everything looks fine my lining is the slitest bit thick than last January scan there is a folicial on left ovary nurse said I can't see nothing at all here she took lots of pictures she's giving the bloods to doctor tomorrow results to doctor tomorrow along with the pictures xxxxxxx

@Dachshund1 will they help that follicle grow and let you trigger? xx

Hey ladies, had my monitoring today…got to carry on at 75 for a few more days. Lots of follicles trying to grow and around 8-10mm but nothing big yet. Going back Friday morning to see if anything has grown, not lost hope yet!xxx

Ooh these next few days one will take dominance hopefully, took me two weeks on 75iu to get a good few to grow x
im going for early scan tomorrow almost too early I fear hope to be able to see something xxx

Alexis once your folicle reaches 10mm they should grow 2mm everyday that sounds good I'm actually over on Friday as day 2 of my bleed today and no medication to induce so scan Friday aswell and might be allowed to start my gonal f injections again , I think your folicle size sounds good another few days wot size so they let you trigger at ??? Some clinics or different I think mine is 19-20mm xxxxxxx

Hey girls would it b rude for me to ask for an iui this time with gonal or would that need to be planned ? Xxxxxx

IV never had an iui just trigger full year hasn't worked so was wondering if iui would be a better way to get sperm to meet my egg if hopefully I have any folicials this month's think starting gonal tomorrow so nervous as took few month off the injections xxxxxx

@Dachshund1 are you nhs or private? Private should do it if you ask them to nhs might not but either one you probably need to speak to them about it soon if it is what you want. I have been tempted as well but nhs won’t do it for me yet xxx

IV used my NHS help , so I'm now paying per ttc per month but it was would it be to short of notice to ask today because my appointment is tomorrow for iui my partner told me he will pay anything for to try the iui just for a try as the gonal and trigger doesn't seem to be working xxxxxx

My partner was even talking about going straight to ivf but I'd rather try the iui just to see my plan was for gonal f tomorrow and if can trigger , but we have kind of changed our minds and would like to ask the doctor if we could try iui just it's so short of notice , my partner said he will dipp Into the IVF money but I'm not sure how much extra it would cost either xxxxxxxx

@Dachshund1 no I’ve never had it. I suppose the timing all depends on when you would trigger and how long they have. They might say yes they might say next cycle so they have more time to explain everything and make sure everything is ready. Does the clinic you are with having pricing on their website? Did you have ivf on the nhs at all? Or just the gonal f and trigger?xxx

No I haven't had IVF on the NHS as the waiting list is like 2/3 year so I'm kinda continuing on the gonal if that makes scene my clinic does private and NHS but if u continue the meds they can't put u on that list and it's my age I'm worried about as been trying so long my partner had told me last night ask for iui even see wot they say , maybe there is protacal and I don't think my partner wants to see wait for the IVF in 3/3 years as he's saved for one session already will nearly there we just don't no wor to do it is a bit of a pickle we just would love a wee baby that's going to be loved and I really think it's my body that's not holding you no

Don't do it anymore so IL have to move clinics :( so I'm Gona do one or 2 more rounds of gonal then if if wer not blessed gona have to put my name down for IVF ,if they allow me all a waiting game ! Can u go on the NHS IVF waiting list and also go private somewer else and pay for IVF in the meantime ?? I no it's a long journeyxxxxx

Aw no that’s awful the wait is so long in your area! I asked our doctor about it and he said there is no delay here to start ivf once the ccg approves the funding for it. I have no idea if you can have it done privately while waiting on the nhs xxx

Never Gona believe this girls I got my script IV just injected doctors giving me free couple more cycles and he's putting my name on waiting list for IVF Gona take time but hopes I get preg in mean time I can't even believe this one free IVF only tho but can be 2 years but can continue my treatment and if I want during the IVF I can freeze my eggs if they have any extra omgod xxxxxxxxxx

I now officially have hope I kinda lost it there for a while ! Xxxxxx how are you both xxxxxxxx

had another scan this morning, not much growth yet still only one at 12 and one at 11mm so going back Monday. I don’t get why they said to reduce the dose over the weekend though?! I thought increase it as they aren’t growing!!xxx

Reduce the dose ? Are you sure there isn't more folicials that they have seen and not told you about they only usually reduce a dose I think if they don't want any more catching up so I think maybe the 2 folicles u have they could be thinking they are gona grow the 2mm per day over the weekend ?? Or 3 mm how much dose are you on I'm on 37.5 untill wed it's alot for me but the nurse let me choose between 25 or 37.5 xxxxxxxxxx

I have been on 75 for 10 days. I saw the scan myself as she did it and there is definitely only 2 follicles around 12mm so reduce to 50 and go back Monday xxx

Well you know me I never followed their protocol I didn’t trust them so if it was me I’d double the dose abs have sex over the weekend just in case you ovulate but that’s just me x

@Melpainter i have enough in the pen to stay at 75 until Monday but not higher. I did wonder about taking some letrozole as well as I have some pills left. It just doesn’t make sense to me that since Tuesday they have grown 2mm…..and now they want to reduce it?! How are you getting on?xxx
