so my dizzy feeling is an ear infection 😩 I feel drunk, the room spins, I get popping and squelch feeling in my ear. I’ve yet to see a gp because I feel that’s a waste of an appointment. So I’m suffering in one ear silence 😒 will go to the pharmacy tomorrow.
anyway cd 6 and month 3 since MMC….

@Everythingzrosie if someone came into my pharmacy with a loss of hearing and feeling dizzy I'd be recommending a doctor apt..sorry lovely 😕 that's not a waste of a doctors time and you've been feeling dizzy for a good few days now. Have you pain? Xx (sorry I wish I could switch my brain off on a Sunday, ignore me if you want 😅)

@MrsCristianoX Ah thank you x it’s not painful, more annoying and itching, feels ‘full’ and I feel like I’m hearing echos rather than sound. The dizzy feeling is off and on. Are you a pharmacist? X

@Everythingzrosie yep. I've been looking into peoples throats with my iTorch on too many occasions. Give us the tools government 😂 I want an otoscope for ears!!

@MrsCristianoX ah well thank you for the advice it’s helpful, so I may as well ask to speak to the gp so they can look into my ear then 😂 if you don’t have the equipment (damn you penny pinching government) I don’t know if it’s a middle or inner ear infection. I’ve had it 7 days now and that’s enough for me to see if it’s going to heal on its own. It’s not so time to ask for help x

@Everythingzrosie I'm in NI though and our government has just stopped 🤷‍♀️ maybe pharmacies in England are better equipped. CD4 here but still can't ttc until December, C'mon bloods to your thing

Would anyone mind sharing a bit of info ♥️ Nothing crazy in-depth but just if you have the time! Currently CD 9 and praying for some fertile CM 😂😅 xxx

Anyone else temping? I’m confused about what to do with the hour change 😂 I woke up an hour later than usual (thanks to a disturbed night with the two year old) so it’s probably higher than it would have been if taken at my usual time… although Fertility Friend thinks it was taken at my usual time. If that makes sense?!

@Babydustmamma I think it can have an affect sperm. I don't know enough about it but have read some articles. It scares me a lot

@pangolin84 can’t be much help as only starting temping about a week ago but omg it’s hard work 😂 can’t get the hang of it at all…I usually wake in night for toilet (sometime between 2am and 5am) and it’s made it so hard to know when to take temp. My chart is now all over the place…up and down! I hadn’t even considered the hour change this morning 🤯

I think I’m around 11dpo and definitely feel off tonight but I know it can mean nothing as had months like this before when I’ve been convinced and it’s been BFN. Only have cheap test strips in the house…very very tempted 🤔 but also told myself no OPK’s or early testing this month!

@emhope you’ve done so well to hold off till 11dpo, go you🥳🤣

@pangolin84 I thought my temps were all over the place, but when you track it all it does create a pattern. (I've put mine below).
@lizziecat1 are you using the OPKs with an app? I found the best one was premom, you basically want the test line to be as least as dark if not darker for a true peak, but it looks MEGA close, if it goes away again it could be that you miss your peak if it's a quick one. GREAT NEWS and if you haven't get DTD!!!

@emhope well done for holding out! Do you want to share your temps with us? I wouldn't worry about the time being exactly right, so long as you're temping after a reasonably decent rest and roughly the same time you'll be good! xx

For those who temp I sometimes use www.whenmybaby.com/basalbodytemperature.php
if I slept in late or had to get up earlier etc to make them more in-line. Not sure if it’s an exact since but the triangles on FF really annoyed me 😂

Natural cycle info says as long as you get at least 4 hours sleep your temp should be fine. I never take mine same time I just make sure there's been a good chunk of sleep and it rarely fluctuates very much.

@Babydustmamma someone might correct me if I'm wrong but I think covid has an effect in terms of a fever kills sperm. But then I'm convinced covid is the cause of all my MC problems so god know what else it does to the poor swimmers 🙄

Thanks for all the temping replies. Fertility Friend tells me off for having a Rocky Mountain shape to my chart but I always take my temperature as soon as I wake up. It is a bit annoying to be honest! Although this cycle my luteal temps have been more consistent than I’ve ever had before 🤷‍♀️

@TheBirdintheCave i thought it was only if they got a high fever. But I haven’t researched it properly. It’s hard when you are struggling anyway and then these things happen. It feels the world it against you. Hope you are looking after yourself 💕

Just had my scan sac is still there so will now have to go for surgery 🙄 I'm frustrated as we're 4 weeks on and could have had surgery from the get go but there is no way to have known that and it was worth a shot at natural management

@mummatara What! How on earth is it still there when your numbers are so low? So sorry you've got to have surgery now :(

@Bubblesandballoons It's something to do with the DNA fragmentation that the virus causes and not a temperature like the flu.

@MrsCristianoX so at the last scan on 27th sept it was 21mm and this time it was 16.6mm. Annoying isn't it 🙄
