Hoping for a BFP October/November

Hi all just creating a new thread since the other one is almost full!!! Really really hoping this is our month, but not hopeful, DH is away with work for most of my FW and only comes home the day before I think I will ov. I've also injured my back!!!

On the plus side of AF turning up early it means she should be done with next cycle before me and OH go away for 2 nights for our joint 40th birthdays xx

As I thought AF has just turned up. Didn't have my usual cramps but was feeling really hot which is normal for me before AF. So CD1, we go again!!! This is my last chance to concieve before I'm 40!!!

@My2boysaremyworld @Purple29 so sorry to hear about your BFN and arrival of AF - it never gets easier but happy that your OHs are so supportive.

@Bluelightbaby that sounds so tough!! Although I’m not in that position, I don’t really talk to my DH about fertile days etc, sometimes I might about ovulation day but rarely in our 9 months of TTC and I find it really helps with the performance pressure. He doesn’t have low sex drive but he does struggle with stress and anxiety which plays a big role aswell. He cycles ashwaganda and maca root to help with this - natural and multiple benefits for body. Would your OH be willing to try something like this?

im now 11 DPO and still BFN on fmu with internet cheapies. I’m considering an FRER tomorrow but don’t know if there’s any point. Feeling extremely tired these last few days. And tmi but wiped a bit of browny bloody dry discharge today. Coincidently my FLO app told me (without me even logging the discharge) that I could experience implantation bleeding today?? Trying not to pin everything on it but feeling so deflated already and loosing hope for the long run if this month we don’t catch

@Purple29 me too. Are you 40 in December then? I turn 40 1st December and my OH turns 40 30th November xx

@My2boysaremyworld sorry AF has come but new cycle fresh start. I get a few days of spotting prior to AF sometimes, I think those are months where I don’t ovulate.

ovulation day today for me and I’m feeling it for the first time in ages. Hoping this is a positive sign that it’s actually happening for me this cycle and it’s not an annovulatory cycle!!

@UserL95 hope you get your BFP. I was spotting brown/pink from Tuesday and hoped it was implantation cuz AF wasn't due until Monday. Was just my body tricking me as AF came full force in the middle of the night xx

@My2boysaremyworld yes 5th December for my, my OH is 6 months behind me!! Going to go back to trying the method my Dr told me when we conceived DS. Might also try cocieve plus.

@Purple29 ah another December baby like me. What method did you use before then? Xx

I was always a 28 day cycle, so the dr said to dtd on cd 7, 11,13 and 15.
You just adjust the days depending on your cycle so if your 30 days than would be cd9, 13, 15 and 17.

It worked after 2 years of nothing, was pregnant after 2 months with DS and then we fell after 2 months with the one we lost. Its harder now cause I vary from 26-29 days.

Sorry AF has arrived for a few of you, I thought there had been lots of good news on here this week 😔 I think the first few days of AF are the worst. I’m just out the other side of it but every time in the first few days I just think there’s nothing you can do apart from waiting til it passes, it’s so frustrating! I ended up doing loads of research and ordering way more vitamins than necessary 🤣

I dont feel as gutted this time because I kinda knew we had missed it. Still holding it hope of getting a positive in 2022!!!!

Hi, I joined this thread when it started but then never contributed anything since because I was trying to put it to the back of my mind. This worked fine until I had a massive dip on my BBT chart at 5DPO and now I’m back to being obsessed. I’m 7 dpo now and would be due AF next Friday. I can’t spend a week driving my boyfriend nuts with this so I wondered if I could check back in here ??

No symptoms at all for me really apart from what I’ll call cramps yesterday. Tbf it was more of like a achey/ heavy uterus feeling that lasted maybe half a day

@My2boysaremyworld my boobs have been killing me for the last week and some twinges in my lower abdomen but nothing really other than that xx

@Saribon welcome!! Glad to have anyone TWW'ing :) I also had this heavy/achey feeling you described, at around 7DPO
I think 5DPO is really too early to have any noticeable standing-out symptoms, it's just about the wait now

@kizzy97 do you not normally get that when AF is due then? Xx

@Olegia thank you 😊 and yeah I agree with symptoms at 5DPO but I’ve been reading that occasionally you can get a significant dip in temperature in your BBT chart when a pregnancy implants? I know I implanted early last time I got pregnant so that’s had my mind working overtime. I don’t think implantation dips are particularly reliable though and i have been a bit flaky with the time I take my temp so who knows ….I’ll see next Friday I expect

@Saribon I got that feeling with my son that I could only really describe as a heavy uterus, it was like I could feel light pressure on my cervix!
