Hey ladies, I've started charting my BBT a while ago and while AF always comes every 30 or 31 days, I'm not sure I'm ovulating.
The apps I use set my ovulation date based on temperature but I don't really have CM all the time.

I also use cheap ovulation tests and the digital Clearblue ones starting from cycle day 9 and they match the predicted ovulation day showing high peaks.

This is my chart now, during the fertile window we've only tried 2 days before said ovulation day because I wasn't feeling really well and I have zero symptoms.
Was nauseous and with a bit of ovary cramping this morning but it might have been because of a late and spicy dinner.

Are thriphasic charts a thing? Is anything a thing? I'm lost, I want to avoid another testing disappointment so I'll ways until the 1st (when AF should come. Hopefully my net AF is next autumn)
If I get lucky this month - feeling lucky - baby is due in August, yay!

@Yolo23 oh that’s so lovely - there really are some supportive men out there! ❤️ people are very narrow minded sometimes and that ex just sounds like an all round arse so well rid!!!

i’m sat here now waiting for any sort of twinge and i’ve got nadaaaaaaa gonna be a longggg weekend - AF due Tues so all will soon be revealed !!

I am all for telling early too tbh, I don’t know how people keep it quiet!!!!

ChloeN · 25/11/2022 15:31

@LMM91x my goal is to not tell people until 20 weeks😳 I bet that won’t last 5 mins I struggle to keep it in😫🤣

LMM91x · 25/11/2022 15:35

@ChloeN OMG !!! the will power I will be so impressed🤣🤣👏🏻👏🏻. I am a self declared over sharer in all aspects of my life I have no chance 🤣🤣🤣🤣

ChloeN · 25/11/2022 15:41

@LMM91x I feel alright at the minute I think after Christmas I’ll struggle, I’ll try my best lol🤣🤣

Mummyme87 · 25/11/2022 15:42

@alexalexalex18 that looks a very very good chart!

alexalexalex18 · 25/11/2022 16:09

@Mummyme87
You think? 😮
I'm feeling off today, had a bit of creamy CM as well, very little though.
Would a day before AF is due be too early to test?
I have the bad habit of peeing super often, even at night :(
Is not having symptoms ok?
Is my temperature supposed to raise more?

I read somewhere that you're not pregnant if it's not over 37.00 Celsius

ChloeN · 25/11/2022 16:18

@alexalexalex18 if you have any early tests they should show up today, the line could be faint though if you go to the toilet lots! 🥰

alexalexalex18 · 25/11/2022 16:27

@ChloeN I didn't buy any tests because I always cave and use them too early :))
If I'm still feeling off tomorrow I'll test.
Definitely feeling weird today if I think about it. AF is due on the 1st and I never get symptoms so early...
Is feeling as if you're about to be on your period a pregnancy symptom? 😅

ChloeN · 25/11/2022 16:39

@alexalexalex18 100% I’ve felt like my period is coming in both pregnancies!!

alexalexalex18 · 25/11/2022 16:47

@ChloeN This gives me hope, thank you! 💃
What other symptoms did you have?

ChloeN · 25/11/2022 16:51

@alexalexalex18 sore boobs, increased creamy cm, I had a few twingey cramps at 6dpo ish as well! Other than that not loads, I only really tested early because my LH and progesterone started going higher!

alexalexalex18 · 25/11/2022 16:59

@ChloeN I do have LH tests :))
I'll do one now haha
So when pregnant LH is high? I'm day 10 post ovulation

ChloeN · 25/11/2022 17:04

@alexalexalex18 in my case it was!! I think it can sometimes rise before your period also though! At 10dpo mine was around 0.4 but that was with fmu, my LH normally is only around 0.1 xx

alexalexalex18 · 25/11/2022 17:13

@ChloeN
Wait, what do you use to test progesterone? And how come you know how much LH?

I just use digital clearblue to test ovulation, used one now and my LH is so low I can barely see the line.
Does that mean I’m not pregnant? 🥲
Also pee was almost transparent 😂 Cause last time I went was like an hour ago and drank 500 ml of water since.

ChloeN · 25/11/2022 17:38

@alexalexalex18 i will attach the link for the progesterone tests! You do a baseline during your period then test from days 7-10dpo and it will confirm if it’s risen enough for ovulation to have happened! proovtest.com/products/proov-test-strips

If your wee was that diluted it probably wouldn’t show! I use the easy@home LH strips and the Premom app, they give you an actual value for the darkness of the line so it’s a more precise rise! I use the clearblue sticks like you as well though and they are good also!

alexalexalex18 · 25/11/2022 17:43

@ChloeN Wow I had no idea progesterone strips exist! If I'm not getting a BFP then I'll deff try them next cycle.
But let's hope LH being low doesn't mean I'm out. Because that's how it should be :)) It rises for some when oestrogen spikes again before AF comes so maybe it's a good sign for me that it's low.

Yolo23 · 27/11/2022 14:12

Hi everyone, quick update.. had a blob or so in the loo this morning after bleeding off and on yesterday, still not on proper AF but my digital now says not pregnant so I guess that’s the end of that! 😩
One thing I will never do again is test even the slightest bit early (wasted so much money on tests this month and had 5/6 BFPs) just sharing some advice. Feeling ok but just want the bleeding to start now so it can be over with and we can enjoy our holiday to Dominican on Saturday. If anyone has any advice around how long it takes to start, and how long generally it may last, I’d really appreciate it 😥🥺this is my first chemica/loss I don’t really know what it was exactly but has BFP from 11 DPO until day of AF xx

ChloeN · 27/11/2022 14:18

@Yolo23 i had one (I think anyway) in September and my period was slightly longer and heavier than normal and I ovulated a bit later than normal the next cycle, other than that it was okay! Hope you’re okay 😔

Yolo23 · 27/11/2022 14:33

@ChloeN thank you, sorry to hear you also think you had one 😖 really helpful xx

ChloeN · 27/11/2022 14:42

@Yolo23 i never had positive digital like you did but I tested on 11/12 dpo and had faint lines but it never progressed any further! I think I started spotting 14dpo and then properly bleeding the day after xx

Yolo23 · 27/11/2022 14:44

@ChloeN it’s such a confusing time isn’t it! To get past one hurdle and onto another 🤣 I wasn’t really expecting that after all the previous problems but I think we’re happy it got to ‘stage 2’ - the only good thing we can take away from all this lol. Wishing you luck for the next cycles xx

ChloeN · 27/11/2022 14:54

@Yolo23 yes do you feel in a weird way slightly reassured that you did get pregnant? I did because that was the first proper cycle since mmc so at least I ovulated! Then got my bfp this month so I’m pleased it didn’t take too long, hope it’s the same for you xx

Yolo23 · 27/11/2022 16:11

@ChloeN yeah definitely! We’re pleased it got to that stage at the least because I’ve never had that before. Also we were slightly worried about partners sperm - so this hopefully confirms we’re ok.
ahh of course! Amazing news 🥰 I find it hard to remember who I’m taking to on here most of the time. That’s really reassuring ✨😊 I also know that tracking via digital ovulation must have helped and worked so I’m feeling more on the right path now. The fact 1 in 8 pregnancies at early stages end like this, means it was always a possibility so yeah we are definitely trying to hold onto the positives you’ve mentioned 🥰 thank you xx

Judethepud · 27/11/2022 17:08

@Yolo23 so sorry to hear that.
