@Roxybabe read what you wrote thank you so much for sharing such positive stories for the 30’s it’s really hard as you approach mid 30’s to be hopeful but thank you so much 💕

@Tophy124 so I searched online and they can do scans of like your uterus, they check the thickness of your lining, fallopian tubes, ovaries and follicles.
I don’t know exactly if the NHS does this but I’ll see what the doctor says and if nothing probably book it on my own 🤞

@ChloeN got a tel consult on Wednesday - so will see what they say, I’m dreading that the doctor tells me I need to wait more time to do anything 😅

@NSx yes the Nhs can do those scans I have a fertility scan on the 28th of November I pushed to be referred for one and I also have a fertility consultant appointment before Christmas. Before my second baby I also asked for fertility /IVF treatment through the NHS all I had to provide was how long we had been trying

At my fertility scan however I found out I was pregnant and they said we can’t do anything about it as I was pregnant there was no need for one. Mind you no bloods had been taken prior to this!

this time around if not pregnant they will check ovaries, the uterus and more!

@LMM91x I was worried I wouldn’t like it as well but luckily it’s quite nice! I’m sat here with 2 pairs of socks on and a blanket as well to keep warm 😂 might get the hot water bottle out next!

@Daisy155 what did they tell u time wise that you had to be trying?
we’ve been trying since December 2021, I did fall pregnant in feb but that ended in May as there were complications.
So I don’t really know if I qualify - although I’m 35 and my partner is 36 with no children. ?
what’s the diff between the fertility scan/consult?

I had a scan a few months back, referred by Gp. Looked at tubes, ovaries and uterine lining and compared to cycle day to see if it was normal, which mine was . She mentioned a large follicle but said nothing else.

I’ve been very quiet since AF came this cycle, just haven’t been able to face it all and get so obsessed with symptoms spotting, testing etc. I’m CD10, have done three CB digi last three days and all empty circle. Bought easy@home OPKs but won’t be delivered until tomorrow when I’m at work. Haven’t taken vitamins religiously at all either. Equally haven’t had sex 😂😂 I have EWCM the last two days, so expect to be ovulating in the next few days, usually CD13.. if I ovulate. Just fed up with it all, bloody cycle 16.

Got my peak (static smiley) this morning and dtd last night so hoping that was good timing! Going to try tonight again if we can. Definitely not getting 3 nights in a row 😬

@Daisy155 your welcome! I think everyone in their 30s panics abit (including me) so I like to try and keep positive and remind myself of ppl I know who have had healthy babies in their 30s!

3dpo and my nipples are burning ?!!!!!! Obv a symptom spotter over here (or maybe its all the pomegranite juice🤣🤣🤣)

@LMM91x lol maybe your hormones are going crazy 🤣🤣 I’m pretty sure I felt implantation cramps at 6dpo this time which is much earlier than expected so I wrote them off as nothing

@Mummyme87 that info is really useful, I’ll use it when speaking to my GP, all I want to know is that for certain everything is fine - and it hasn’t happened yet just because it’s not time yet 💖

I know how hard TTC can be, especially when you’ve been at it for a while. Be kind to yourself.

this cycle there I had 2 days of O on my cb digi then I had a static - no flashing at all 😅😂 which is very abnormal for me.

@ChloeN yes! I was so shocked as I only had one day of ewcm and no proper ovulation pain but the pain came in full force throughout the day 😂 we dtd tonight again so fingers crossed that's enough

Hi all. Sorry I've been quiet, I have been following everything but have been trying to chill out about it all this month, easier said than done as we all know.
Congratulations @ChloeN such great news.
I'm waiting for AF to arrive, and I hate this bit, being almost convinced she's coming but holding onto any glimmer of hope re symptoms. Time seems to go so slowly!
Each month of mine is different. Sometimes I get loads of symptoms, sometimes hardly any, but yet here I am still reading into the nausea and lower back pain, even though I've had these before.
Test yesterday was negative. Af due Saturday.
I've had bloods back from GP which were all fine, so I think not conceiving is probably stress related, so I'm trying very hard to look after myself, relax, and not obsess...ha!
Sorry to those who are in similar boats, this is one painful long journey, sending lots of hugs x

6dpo today and so far felt nothing at all, trying not to symptoms spot especially now because I know I shouldn’t really get anything until implantation, but this is the first month I’ve not had something to spot before 6dpo haha

@LMM91x you never know. My breasts became really sore after ovulation, I thought it's my body getting ready for period 😬Did you have this symptom before?

CD12 and started doing easy@home opk last night after work. Have done three and they are getting darker, just don’t one and looks more or less positive. So I would expect to ovulate tomorrow if I’m going to at all which is great as that’s a good few months on the trot where my cycle has stabilised. Lots of pelvic pain and discomfort yesterday and this morning, particularly on left side

@BethSuz27 I’m 6DPO too and also have no symptoms. Although last month I focussed on every little thing so I’m trying not to be so obsessive this month (it’s so hard not to be though!)

Out again this month - less anxious about it this time as I didnt test early etc but was still symptom spotting and ovelry analysing every bodily sensation. I want to do this less but also worry that will be a sign that I am less hopeful

@crumbs123 oh bless you! Same here… well AF due Sunday but I can already sense it’s early arrival. You have to do what you have to do - I think I’m going to be more like that too and just wait until the time (hopefully) AF doesn’t turn up. I’ll still do ovulation tests because up until now we’ve not been doing it at the right time. Fingers crossed for the next cycle x
