@Bananatoast123 wait until you've done a full cycle or 2 before worrying. I didn't drop until AF but would have days of dips. You can't really tell much until you know your body's pattern

I got my bfp. I think i'm in a bit of shock

@lj2022 okay I won’t! I’ve had a few good signs with cramps etc but trying to manage my expectations! 🤦🏼‍♀️

@Bananatoast123 this was my bbt graph from my last cycle where I got my bfp.

@EmmRach thank you this is helpful! It shows 2 days dropping I shouldn’t be worried yet! I’m hoping it rising again tbh 🤞🏼

I want to be hopeful but also been here before where I thought this was the month and it wasn’t 🤣

I'm coming up to 15 weeks and had a sickness bug this week that has knocked me for six! Have had nub guesses on my 13 week scan and have had lots of boy guesses (attached), which has made me question whether to find out now! But I also want a surprise... I was so convinced this will be another girl and now I'm thinking boy, but don't want to get my hopes up after 2 girls? I know I will love another girl and I in reality don't actually mind either way but worry if I think boy and then it's a girl I might open myself up for disappointment? Completely crazy thoughts when all that matters is a healthy baby, which I'm massively grateful to have!

@Dreamingof3 thank you!! It shows how everyone’s so different and how it doesn’t actually tell you a lot! Also encouraging to see you dipped a bit too! Fingers crossed 🤞🏼 had a bit of an achey burning twinge in my left side the last few days. I have no idea if this is a good thing or not, I can’t quite describe it! It could just be wind 🤣

@Bananatoast123 wind was one of my first symptoms. Soooo windy 🤣🤣

@EmmRach Ive been like that but I’ve also upped my protein recently so could also be there 🤣 I’ve had a persistent sore throat though without it feeling like a cold! My pain is lower left but sometimes feels like my hips, it’s weird! 8dpo so I will test in two days 🤞🏼

Waiting for 3rd temp to confirm but looks like I may have ovulated CD18 which is the earliest it's ever happened for me, so very pleased if that's the case - just praying my LP lengthens.

@LucyLoopyLu I get what you mean, but it is great news they can't see anything obviously wrong - just a matter of time I guess. Fingers crossed it happens for you soon.

@Theawkwardblonde oh no sorry about the HG, hope you're ok. I can't remember if you said you found out what you're having or is it a surprise?

@Bananatoast123 as others have said, BBT can definitely have dips in post ovulation, and doesn't mean you're out. Fingers crossed for you.

@WingingIt09 sorry you've been poorly, hope you're ok now. I have always thought it would be nice to have a surprise, but I think with everyone throwing guesses around I would be tempted to find out! I'm rubbish at the nub theory, but what a lovely scan picture.

I feel insane but I did a test this morning 8dpo and I know it’s far too early. I forgot about it and it’s probably because I knew it wouldn’t show this early. Gone back tonight and when I pop my finger behind it/ turn it in the light I feel like I can see a shadow of a pinky line! Now I can’t unsee it!

This is probably an evap as it’s a cheapy but I needed to air how crazy I’ve gone on here before I blab off my mouth to my OH and he looks and tells me nothing is there!! I will test again tomorrow though 🤣

@Bananatoast123 eeek that’s exciting, I think we’ve all done some crazy testing 🤣 I’ve ordered some cheapies which are due to arrive Saturday and I’ll more than likely be doing a test over the weekend!! I should have ovulated last weekend but I’ve been having the same symptoms I got before my BFP so am kind of questioning whether I could have ovulated early after my chemical!
Fingers crossed yours is not an evap and you get another line tomorrow!!

We found out the gender this time mostly to let our girls get used to the idea if it was a boy 😂

Been playing with baby things today and have put together a little coming home/photo announcement/first day at home (🤷‍♀️) set 🥺

I did a test on 9DPO about 5am, didn't look, went off to work and then straight to running club and got home about 9pm. Saw it when I was brushing my teeth for bed. Initially thought, BFN, but like you, when I tilted it I could see a really faint line. I told myself it was an indent / evap whatever. But I held a bit of hope and tested again the next morning and got a faint but definite line!! They've been getting darker every morning since (yes I am still obsessively testing, now at 17DPO)

@Houseelf90 yeah I think we have 🤣 I did another on a diluted wee tonight and after a while (outside the testing time) it’s showing something again… slightly less visible! What are the chances of two evaps?! It’s hard as they are cheapies so! This is either going to be the happiest thing or the worst heartbreak!

@Houseelf90 I know!! When I went back to the second test and saw it I was like ok maybe I can be hopeful! They’re both have tinges of pink but the shadows are showing waaaay past 5 mins so could be evap or could be because it’s 8dpo!

I think I’ll test tomorrow so that I can manage my expectations! And then will keep going until 11dpo incase it needs a bit of time!
