Had cramps in the morning yesterday for a little while and then a couple hours in the evening, so hoping that was implantation!

cervix still super high, sense of smell seems higher but not sure, could smell a lot of things when I was sat in the theatre last night however my mum can’t smell since covid so didn’t know if she could also smell them! Boobs still achey, really craved rotisserie chicken for the second time this cycle and had a few waves of nausea, who knows, might be looking into it but 🤞🏻

10dpo today! How is everyone else getting on?

I don’t want to get my hopes up because I know you can get an LH surge before AF (usually the day before), but I am 10dpo, 3 days till my missed period and got an extremely positive OPK and I think it has got my hopes up! Still not going to test until Monday but maybe I can stop fretting for a few days now :/

@BethSuz27 that's exciting! I really hope you get your BFP on Monday!!

@BethSuz27 if definitely sounds like you’re in with a chance! When is AF due?
I tested last Friday and it was negative, not a hint of a line, then got what I thought was AF Saturday but was just spotting through to Monday, and got my BFP on Monday afternoon!

@Houseelf90 aww congratulations! I am due on Monday! My cervix is still super high which is why I’m not sure my LH surge is because my period is coming!

@LucyLoopyLu @Dreamingof3 thank you, I will keep testing. Its still very low today. With it being my first month of tracking I'm still learning the length of my cycle since coming off the pill. I imagine it is going to take me a few months to get the hang of everything.

How’s everyone getting on?

I’m CD4 today on cycle 9! I’ve just been to H&B and bought a load of vitamins / herbal supplements in hope it gives me a fertility boost! Whether it works or not, it’s given me a positive boost like in control of something! Also throwing some at the OH and telling him it’ll improve his quality and count 🤣 he seems on board though!

I stopped OPK testing as I was getting my surge each month when my EWCM came but tempted to restart too this month and I’m attempting to bbt but I keep forgetting as I wake up!!!

if anyone has anything else I could try let me know as 9 months in I’ll try anything 🤣🤣🤣

I’m not doing great, AF is due in 10 days and I’m getting symptoms that I usually do before AF starts so thinking maybe I’ll be a BFN again this month but we will see! Hopefully I’m wrong!

@Houseelf90 I caved and did another OPK, 11dpo today and still super positive! Cervix is still high and no signs of AF!

@BethSuz27 eeek!! Do you think you’ll manage to hold out till Monday to test?
I’ve just told my parents!! My dad was far more excited than I thought he’d be! He said it seemed like a good idea and the right thing to do so that has made me feel a lot better! They also think I should tell my siblings rather than waiting, I said I was worried in case something happened and they said they will then be there to support me! So I think we will tell my sister tomorrow when we see her and then my brothers will get phone calls in the week!

@BethSuz27 best of luck to you! Both of my pregnancies were picked up by super positive OPKs around 11-12 DPO.

@Houseelf90 yes I’m trying my hardest to hold our! Only one more day!
mum planning to just tell my mum at first and then if it’s this cycle tell my siblings at Christmas I think! But it’s whatever feels most comfortable for you, don’t let someone else pressure you when you’re not ready to tell 😘
@Theawkwardblonde oih thankyou! My positives have been 10 and 11dpo, trying not to test till Monday at 13dpo when my partner is at work so I can surprise him!

@Welshgal85 so sorry you’re feeling like this! It’s taken me 4 days to get my head around my last AF! It doesn’t get any easier does it! I could tell mine was coming too and it didn’t make it any easier! I hope you are wrong though and you get a BFP!!

@BethSuz27 tbh I think it’ll be easier than trying to keep it a secret, they’ve already said I won’t be able to go the whole afternoon/evening at my sisters without something slipping out so I might as well just tell her 🤣🤣

@Houseelf90 I don’t see my siblings very often so think I should be ok! Though my sister keeps asking if I’m pregnant!

@Houseelf90 it's definitely easier when people know. Both sets of parents have known since early on this time and it's very helpful for support when I feel rubbish. Haven't told my siblings yet but don't see them very often

@BethSuz27 oh no! Will you tell her next time she asks if you get your BFP on Monday?
My other half had someone shout down the corridor at work the other day “is she pregnant yet” he said he went red and laughed and walked off but there were quite a few people there 🤣🙈

@WingingIt09 I definitely think telling them has made it feel more real as this is a really weird in between period!! My mum asked when we found out and my dad wasn’t happy that we’d deprived them of the news for 5 days 🤣🤣

@Houseelf90 😂😂 I've had a few people (jokingly) ask if I'm pregnant I don't know how convincing my outright lies as I say no to the, have been. My husband has had a few comments about it being about time we have another, which is has just laughed off.

@WingingIt09 I’m useless at keeping a straight face so I am dreading anyone asking me!! Partly the reason I am going to tell my sister as I think she will guess!!

@WingingIt09 @Houseelf90 sometimes there is just no hiding it is there 🤣. I didn't tell my brother or sisters until about 11 weeks with DS as I wanted everyone together. It was Boxing Day 2018 actually!

With this pregnancy I told family sooner and then when I found out at 8 weeks I was having twins I told close family then but didn't announce it to friends etc until after 12 weeks.

I get now 'oo when are you due?' by random people now and sometimes I want to say 'what do you mean? Due what?' Just to see the look on their faces 😏.

@Bananatoast123 @WingingIt09 thankyou! I hope so too! My partner just told me he loved me and I cried, emotions seem to be all over the place too!

@Houseelf90 im hoping not! I’m hoping to wait and tell her on Christmas! I would be due a few weeks before her wedding in July 2023, so I’m hoping to tell her by sending the rsvp back and adding “and baby” to our names! But we will see if it comes out before then!

@PinkButtercups I specified to mum several times not to tell anyone and even named a couple of people she’s likely to tell saying “and you can’t tell XX or YY” but I know full well she won’t be able to keep it to herself 🤣 as long as she tells them to keep it to themselves I don’t mind too much.

@Houseelf90 @WingingIt09 12DPO, testing tomorrow, couldn’t help myself but do another LH, has been strongly positive the last 2 days, this is todays, I think still positive, I’m so hopeful for tomorrow but also so nervous and anxious!
