@monsteramunch so sorry xx

Bella1997 · 10/10/2022 12:33

Has anybody every experience cramping 3dpo? This isn’t something I’ve experienced before so just wondering if it could be some sort of early symptom

Lollywhite · 10/10/2022 17:17

Hi everyone sorry I’ve been quiet trying my hardest to distance myself from TTC mentally as was really getting me down..

going by my CB OPK I am now 14 DPO, and my boobs have literally ballooned! Was really expecting a really strong line on test today as AF still hasn’t arrived!

when holiding up to light I feel like I can see a VVV faint line but not sure if I have lines eyes after staring for too long!

what is everyone else’s thoughts? Should it really be darker at 14 DPO or has anyone had the BFP later than this?

@Lollywhite sorry to hear you have been feeling down. I think unfortunately with the FRER when you hold them up to the light it always looks like a second line due to the plastic design on the back of the test

monsteramunch · 10/10/2022 18:59

@Lollywhite

Sorry to hear you're down, AF came here today and I know how gutting it us every month.

IME even negative tests always tend to have those lines when held up to a light I'm afraid, but fingers crossed you're not out for the month, of course Flowers

TryTheNight · 10/10/2022 21:11

Fingers crossed that I get some alone time with the boyfriend later this week. I'm supposed to ovulate the end of this week, but we'll be out of town at a wedding Thursday-Saturday. I turned down babysitting my niece (who is my absolute favorite) in order to have to most alone time with the boyfriend to DTD. If things don't work out this month, I will be making an appointment to explore more invasive solutions to getting pregnant.

booksandtea9 · 10/10/2022 23:37

Hope it's okay to jump on! I'm DPO1 today. We have two boys and are just starting to try for our third!

kizzy97 · 11/10/2022 05:59

Woke up feeling deflated out of nowhere today 😓 if this isn't my cycle again this month I'll speak to DP about maybe making an appointment

TryTheNight · 11/10/2022 06:05

@kizzy97 I'm in the same boat. It's.... really, really difficult to deal with. I'll be at a wedding later this week, so I'll be getting the "when are you guys going to have babies" thing. The last week I keep breaking down crying at any given time whenever all this TTC stuff pops into my head.

Mummyme87 · 11/10/2022 06:11

@booksandtea9 I also have two boys and ttc #3! Although I’m on cycle 13 🥴😵‍💫😞

7dpo today. I’m going to try and get my progesterone checked today as haven’t had it done in a while

Littleheart5 · 11/10/2022 09:28

Jumping back in after disappointment last month. In the middle of FW and hoping for the best. IVF appointment made for two weeks time if this doesn’t work. We’ve been trying for two years with two miscarriages (last one in March) and I’ve come to the end of the line with it

LucyLoopyLu · 11/10/2022 10:47

Hi all 🖐
Lots of us pretty down and finding it hard at the moment. Just wanted to say me too 😶 with Christmas coming up I am preparing myself for being around lots of pregnant people and happy families.

We've started looking at getting fertility testing privately as it hasn't been long enough for NHS but my OH is really keen to get an initial view of whether we have just been unlucky so far or there might be something up

LucyLoopyLu · 11/10/2022 10:48

I guess I should come off this thread as I know I'm not getting my BFP in October now (CD5 here now)

Westo2 · 11/10/2022 14:17

Maybe this is an unethical question and not relevant to my own circumstances as I'm on cycle 2 but ... People saying they haven't been trying long enough for the NHS to get involved? Is there anything to stop you lying and saying you've been trying the length of time necessary?

LucyLoopyLu · 11/10/2022 14:49

@Westo2 hi, probably not if you wanted to but they have on record taking my copper coil out earlier this year so I don't think it would work for me 😂
I think really they just want you to give it long enough. Apparently 80% will get pregnant within a year of trying so there's not much point testing everyone, unless you're a bit older then they say see your GP after 6 months.

ElleBelleLou · 11/10/2022 16:27

10 DPO today and not even a hint or a shadow of a BFP so I think I am out - roll on November!

DearieMeWhatsUp · 11/10/2022 16:58

Hello all, I'm joining if that's ok. About to start cycle 1 of TTC baby no 2, at 35, feel weirdly nervous about it all!

Same 😔 was being so positive about it all. Did an FRER thismorning and it was stark white!

DiscipleMama · 11/10/2022 19:16

@Lollywhite It's hard to say. My first test I assumed (or tried to) was a evap line but I kept it because I was so convinced my symptoms (breast pain/fullness esp) was an indication of pregnancy. 2 days later I got a strong line in the evening. But, I don't like to get hopes up just in case. But, is it possible you actually O'd later than you thought and are not 14 dpo? Or, you may have implanted later rather than earlier. Hope you get the result soon!

@Bella1997 I would try to wait a few days and see how things go. I have def had early-ish signs but when it's that early it's too soon for implantation to have occurred really and there are so many things that could cause it. Sanity stretching for sure! I hope that this is your month regardless! Have you definitely O'd? Not O cramps?

Sending lots of love to all who are feeling down or deflated or depressed. I wish I could literally sprinkle you with actual baby dust. 😘

Boys are so amazing <3 Are you hoping for another boy or a girl this time?

I hope it happens soon for you!

Mummyme87 · 12/10/2022 07:18

@booksandtea9 i would love a girl, I really would but if I was lucky enough to get pregnant again I would of course be happy with either. My colleague is pregnant with her 6th boy 😬

8dpo today. Nothing to report. Boobs still very tender which is standard for my TWW.
I’ve offered frer from Amazon, I think £7 for two which will arrive tomorrow ready for Friday when I’ll be 10dpo

Peasinapod1 · 13/10/2022 08:57

Hi everyone! Hope you’re all doing ok. Sending huge congrats to those with BFPs and hugs to those with disappointment this month or still waiting. I’m jumping back in again (I find I get a bit obsessed if I’m on here all the time!), now on cycle 3 CD 19 and AF due in 10 days. Here we go again! Will be following along with you all. FX for everyone also in the TWW. Love xxx

Purple29 · 13/10/2022 11:39
