@Bluelightbaby my OH has no idea about OPKs and when my FW is. I don’t tell him, which has its negatives as we don’t really discuss it all so keep it to myself. But I do discuss it with a friend who is TTC so not completely to myself.

Fibroids scan didn't show anything (having various tests for terribly heavy and clotty periods) which is sort of simultaneously good but also frustrating as still no closer to finding out why they're so awful.

AF due tomorrow. Fingers crossed it doesn't come as it's not only gutting every month, it means I'm in for another week of being in agony!

Did anyone have length of cycle changes after having covid?

I had covid early August for the first time, it seemed to bring on an early period at 21 days and then my next cycle was 35 days to the point that even though we weren't actively trying I bought a pregnancy test and took 2 as I was convinced of it. Makes it difficult to know when to test. I was convinced I was out on Tues/Wed this week when I tested 3/4 days before 28 day cycle AF due and got BFN. But now I feel I'm clinging on to hope that my cycle is longer after covid and I'll maybe get lucky with a bfp this month 🥴 unlikely but I'm so hopeful

@Aixenprov my cycles have been erratic this last year, caused by what I don’t know. Vaccines? Having covid? I’ve had my three vaccines and had covid 4 times, twice in the last year. Not to your extreme, my ovulation date just moves around between CD11-16 whereas it always used to be the same day. Last couple of cycles it has settled down to CD13.
Mira really irritating when ttc, I’m also not sure I’m ovulating as frequently.

Well I've just got my first vvvfl on a FRER and again on an easy@home strip 12DPO 😭

Can't get a good enough picture yet but will try when it's a bit lighter outside

I've had
Dull ache/twinges 6-7 DPO
nausea 8-12 DPO
Increase in urination 8-12
Heartburn 10DPO
Exhausted 9DPO
and my BBT has risen and remained high since 9DPO

Truly was believing I was making it all up 😅

Right everyone, call me a crazy lady but I am (I think 9DPO) today and took this cheapie test with FMU. In person I can see a shadow of something but it’s so hard to pick up on camera (and since i got my new iphone 14 I swear it makes close up pictures literally grainy - anyone else?!).

Basically I still have the pot of FMU and a FRER - would you use the FRER based on a shadow of a line or do I need to get a grip? I might have a major case of line eyes. As I’m uploading the pictures I think I might be realising I can’t see anything 😣

I can't see a line on those @ElleBelleLou but they're always clearer in real life and it's very early days for you so I've got my fingers crossed for you either way!

Hi ladies, hope it's OK if I join - currently TTC#1, cycle 1, in TWW so fingers tightly crossed (though obviously know it's unlikely to happen in the first cycle of trying). Lovely to have some company while going through this. Sending baby dust to you all!

@BellaTheDarkOverlord have you spoke to anyone about your spotting? I had spotting with my eldest. I'm sure it's just baby implanting. Oh no not toothache!! That will be baby too, I had a nightmare when pregnant with my eldest. Hope it eases off for you xx

@My2boysaremyworld I tried Epau and go but they don't want to know until 6 weeks. I had spotting with first too and she's fine so hoping it's all ok. Toothache hopefully is baby as I think I've run out of teeth to root canal 😂

@BellaTheDarkOverlord I had spotting with DS at 5-6 weeks, I rang and they gave me an early scan but they said that spotting is a lot more common in early pregnancy then most people realise! Hope you're doing okay ❤ xx

Trying not to think about it. I haven’t bought any tests yet, trying to hold out. I’ll be 10dpo on Friday so will probably test then, AF due a week today.

Those of you who track your cycles, do you find you get lots of EWCM when you are ovulating or do you ovulate once the EWCM has stopped?

I have had a lot of EWCM over the last three days but have not dtd 😬

@TulipVictory i tend to get EWCM for a few days before ovulation and stops around the day I expect to be ovulating.

Oh no, so sorry to read you’re feeling down :( They always say take it easy and don’t think about conception- easier said than done! I completely get why people get so upset about it. Sending you big hug x
