@DiscipleMama still no AF. I'm going to give myself a week late if I stay being late to test again. I had a long cycle a few months ago, was 6 days late 😩xx

@My2boysaremyworld and, of course, each day brings the hope and fear combo which is so draining. I didn't want to say that myself, but yeah, probably trying to fix your eyes on expecting AF at the latest date likely would be a good idea. I keep trying to do that, easier said than done, I know.

Just to make it harder, I had a vivid dream that I got a super quick, strong BFP not long before waking for the day! But we are pretty strapped for cash this week which might be what stops me from caving earlier.

I’m cd10 today. Got my flashing smiley face on CB digi. Feeling urgh today, not well at all and had a shit show at work, however must have sex this evening!!!

@DiscipleMama I waited a week when I was pregnant with both my boys. I just feel I'm out already though 😩xx

@My2boysaremyworld yeah, so just hoping AF actually comes right? But knowing that there is still a chance. You got any fave TV series you could binge watch?! I'm only half-joking. Something to absorb your mind away from all of this?

@DiscipleMama it's just crap this not knowing but I think I know deep down I'm out. Can't do another month of negative! Life is unfair at times isn't it xx

@Shiny88 I took a break too. Didn't really TTC at all. Only DTD twice ages away from ovulation. I wonder if I ovulated later than normal. It's weird I have little symptoms. I do feel a bit off and having tummy twinges a bit. Hoping it sticks x

Hey everyone, I have also been trying for the first time this month to conceive our second child. For our first, we fell pregnant first cycle so I think I'm very hopeful of that being the case this time but I know we were very lucky last time and it may not be as easy this time as it was last time. I'm 28 and my first is nearly 18 months.

Every so often I have a mild panic about the idea of BEING pregnant, due to my physical issues -of which they are many and varied, plus my older age (nearly 38). But I still want it. I tried to explain to hubby that it's 'easy' for him (just the 2ww bit not even the rest) because it's not his body, he's not experiencing all the things that make you go...could it be? And it's not even to just be fanatical about TTC, but realising once we're past ov then I need to not drink, and avoid certain food or whatever (or like yesterday, we went to the spa pool at the swimming pool and I was paranoid I shouldn't be in for too long, not my stomach anyway as I wasn't sure of the temp, so spent time with mostly just my legs in). All these considerations I think legitimately add to the weight women carry even before any extra literal weight!

@Aixenprov we were the same with our 1st. 2nd child it was the 2nd cycle. This is our 3rd time TTC, but I am 10 years older than I was with the first! So I am nervous about many possibilities. But just try and take one day at a time (TRY being the operative word). Hopefully you'll have a similarly easy run this time.

@My2boysaremyworld yep I hear you. So aware that things may not be as 'simple' as they were, conception wise, this time around and that the ticker seems like it's ticking. But I have to believe that what is meant to be will be, even if it's not easy. xx

@DiscipleMama yes there's nothing I can do just pray it happens and if not carry on with life. Iv got 2 DS but my partner has none of his own and I just feel it would complete our family xx

@DiscipleMama no definitely didn't come across like that. Oh well life has to carry on if AF turns up. Was really hoping I would get my BFP before start of November as that was our due date for our baby we lost in April xx

@My2boysaremyworld I am sorry to hear about your baby as well, I hope AF is not coming for you, sometimes I think it takes a while for it to show up, like you said it is unfair sometimes I hope you get a BFP and I am really hopeful for you!

@ChickenT2b Hope you feel ok soon and get your baby too! It’s really good to put yourself first and cancel if you have to, and it’s ok not to feel ok sometimes.

@ElleBelleLou that sounds promising especially if they feel really sensitive and they hurt, if you don’t feel like that before AF that’s definitely an early sign of pregnancy 🥰 fingers crossed for you x

I'm due my period next weekend so time will tell! I'm unsure about testing early as I tested 5 days early last time and got a negative but she's now sleeping upstairs lol. I feel like I'm analysing every potential symptom - even when last time I didn't feel any ahead of my bfp!

@ElleBelleLou I think I see a shadow on there but I'd test with FMU xx

@BellaTheDarkOverlord hi I'm ok kept needing a wee in the night. Still no AF and cramps have eased off. Still not feeling positive. Will only test on Friday now if she doesn't show up cuz I was 6 days late a few cycles ago and obviously not a good outcome.

I'm 40 in 2 months as well. AF is due today or tomorrow, so far nothing. Will hold off testing till Tues
