@anotherscroller any chance you missed the surge? I nearly did this cycle had i not been using the cb opk plus the strips
I know you dont temp, but thats really the only other suggestion i have outside of blood work but with that you will only know for that one cycle
I bought the pdg strips but read so many bad reviews that i feel they are a waste of money. In fact, i did them this cycle and got a negative result today meaning i may not have ovulated, but my bbt tells me otherwise 🙄 so thats another one i dont recommend

@Astar21 I don't know. I have some first response tests coming today but they are so expensive I can't really use loads of them. It's my second cycle. Last one I just waited for AF so I don't know which day to test. Have you decided?

Hiya ladies! Could I have some advice please? My chart is showing I've ovulated (I know it's predicted) but these are my LH tests so far... I have 27 day cycles so maybe I ovulate later? Really confused. Our last BD was 29th so we'd better get another in x

Yes me! I’m not sure on DPO - I’m between 4 and 6 I think.
Had EWCM on CD 14 but no peak OPK. I was then away so didn’t test until I got back on CD18 and the line was on the way down. I generally stay up at my peak so think it’s most likely I had my peak on CD 15 or 16 which would make me 5 or 6 DPO but I don’t know if that’s just wishful thinking as only DTD CD 9, 12 and 14 as DH as away separately to me on CD15-18.

Just need to get through four more days 😩

@Glawen none of them look positive really, but seeing they are becoming fainter id say somewhere around CD13 is where youve peaked
May not be a bad idea to continue testing just in case?

@Orangesaretheonly yeah, 10dpo here and feeling the urge to test. time is indeed dragging, really wishing the next few days away

No symptoms here by the way, not even of AF so.... not hopeful!

Thank you @NatGee I'm so confused honestly! I'm like clockwork with my cycles so it's not adding up but I'll keep testing and see what happens. It's all so much to wrap your head around when you have just a small fertile window 🥴😩

@Glawen I'm imagining you don't bbt?

@NatGee no I don't but maybe I should next month. So frustrating.. I never know if what we are doing is right/best and tracking ovulation with the OPKs is tricky xx

@Glawen if all you're going to use are the strips then id trust my eyes more. The app is a nightmare. It still gave me a low reading when I could see the line was darker.
If you can bbt then do, that way you can be sure that you've ovulated.

I found the clear blue digital OPKs really helpful in learning my ovulation pattern.

I found the strips too difficult to differentiate between as I never got an especially dark line.

Turns out I ovulate CD19 or so.

Got everything crossed this is the month for me. And everyone else TTC and in the TWW!

8DPO today. Doing better then last month as I think I started testing by 6dpo or something silly 😂 just trying to keep busy until Sunday.

@wellhelloitsme I use the CB OPKs too and find them really useful. I use the 4 or more fertile days one. Sending baby dust to you!

Thank you all, I'll try that. Was hoping to really try and pin point where ovulation is but maybe next month I'll be able to do that better with theCB/BBT. Will give anything a try by this point!!!! 😬😬😬

Yep the four fertile days ones are really handy and hopefully it helps.

Yup, I use the CB digital opk with the strips. Feel like the first two cycles were wasted really because i had no idea about them and was likely BDing far too late... oh well, one lives and learns

@EdinburghGirl1 AF is due tomorrow but my cycle length can fluctuate between 25 and 28 days. Think I'm 10 DPO. So far only BFN. Maybe I'm testing too early, but my gut tells me I'm out. Ah well! Maybe time to start temperature tracking 😊

@glawen keep on testing, you might find you ovulate later than the app predicts, mine is often a few days out! I was predicted to ovulate CD16 but ovulated CD19. I would also says BBTing is good to confirm you have ovulated.

How’s everyone doing? I have been cramping since Sunday and I’m 9DPO today so decided to test early and a BFN so now I feel rubbish, it’s just so odd for me to cramp this much and nothing. Hmm 🤔 it kept me awake last night aswel because the cramping was quite strong.

@@CRLan I think I'm roughly 10 DPO and also a BFN. It's rubbish isn't it. And the mood I'm in I think AF will show up tomorrow.

Hopefully your cramping turns out to be implantation!! Fingers crossed for you!

@NatGee i don’t think I missed my peak because none of them are really strong…
maybe on cd17?
cd12 is also strong ish but that’s really unlikely.
looks like it’s rising again now so I will just keep testing until af

@Plantymcplant FRERs are definitely the best for early testing though painfully pricey when it's a BFN! When I conceived in April I got a strong BFP at 12DPO. I also had a small implantation bleed at 8DPO (I thought it was AF appearing at the time). So will see what happens over the next few days 😬 I think I'll test at 11DPO?!
