@CDD1992 3dpo, BBT confirmed ovulation. I'm just bumbling along, counting down the days of course and promising myself I wont symptom spot.
Off to Lisbon this bank holiday weekend so that will be a welcome distraction
Will still keep an eye on this thread as some of you will be testing this weekend :D

Can I join in? New here and hoping to share this journey with others as it's driving me mad.
I'm ttc no. 2, my son is 6 years old. We've been trying for over a year now, although not 'on it' every month.
I'm getting so frustrated with my body; I get so many pregnancy symptoms, but it changes each month, sometimes nothing, sometimes loads. This month, I've been really nauseous for days, sore boobs, dizzy, hot sweats, really strong sense of smell, but then started spotting (which is normal for me pre period) and cramping yesterday. I'm 12dpo. So now waiting for period to arrive 😥and trying hard not to test.
Each month I try not to get my hopes up and each month I come crashing back to reality.
Hoping to find some people who understand 😊

I'm CD15 here, pretty sure I'm 2dpo although could be 1dpo. We have been DTD every other day so not sure whether to go for another last one tonight or not. I think it's probably too late as my sex drive has completely disappeared but thinking it might be worth doing just in case giving up too early is why we haven't been successful yet (on cycle 5).

I am due AF around 7th September so I will provably do a cheapie test on 5th or 6th. I've been quite good at waiting until 13/14dpo to test so far as I don't want to be squinting at lines and driving myself mad, but it is hard especially when symptom spotting.

Hello @TTCn2 and welcome - absolutely, we are here sharing our sorrows and joys day in day out. symptom watching is a real pain, as much we try not to do it, we find ourselves going down that same rabbit hole. I sincerely hope this cycle will be the one where you get your bfp.

Hello @LucyLoopyLu we're very close in our cycle, i should be testing at the same time as you. your egg could still be alive if you're 1dpo so id probably try and squeeze a dtd sesh just in case

@TTCn2 welcome. Sorry you're feeling so frustrated. Ttc is indeed very frustrating at times and is an emotional roller coaster. Our bodies keep us constantly guessing. It's nice to have a group of others in similar situations and can get how you might be feeling.

@TTCn2 I think there are a few of us trying for no.2 here. DS was a year. This is our 3rd cycle for no.2 .It's hard when nothing is happening. I was symptom spotting like crazy last month but ended up just being a slightly longer cycle and AF finally arrived. Hopefully coming cycle is better.

Thanks for the tag and the new post @EdinburghGirl1 cd13 and o date supposed cd15 but my test are still looking pretty light and dp is in a stroop banging around in the kitchen...so attractive. So I think there will be no dtd tonight. How on earth do some of you ladies push through when you just want to throttle your partner

Well done to those of you who are putting off testing.
I’m the opposite. I’m convinced af is on her way early but I really want a chance to test before it does. Even though I fully expect to see a BFN, I just want to pee on a stick! Maybe it’s my way of taking control? Plus I personally, find a BFN less disheartening than af arriving- at least there’s a glimmer of hope (or at least I can tell myself there is) that maybe I’m just too early/dodgy test/any other excuse I can think of!
My tests arrived tonight so think I’ll test in the morning (11dpo) if af hasn’t arrived by then.

Morning all! Not got covid yay! Sore throat has settled so no idea what yesterday was about and my temp is up again this morning. 8DPO so slowly entering test territory x

@Nichelette I was symptom spotting lots last month too and was nothing.

@Nypie yeah I get what you mean it's hard when it's the right time but you're annoyed with them. Did you end up DTD last night?

@2bm I'm like you and in a way prefer getting a bfn rather than be in limbo then I can just deal with it and move on and wait for AF.

@CDD1992 yay that's great you don't have Covid.

10dpo today and didn't test this morning so I'll be able to hold out until tomorrow as I'm off today and will be out most of the day

@NatGee Tbh I can't remember what the bbt chart was supposed to do anymore but I do remember it did it 😂I was also wearing a smart watch at the time and my resting heart rate climbed and stayed high. I've looked through my phone but can't find the chart anywhere.

The clear blue calculator says I can't test till Sunday but counting the 5-6 days early would be today so I'll just keep going with the cheapies daily till I get somewhere. I get what you mean about control with testing @2bm I know it makes zero difference in the long run and the early weeks then feel like forever but I can't not test. I'd love to be one of those people who find out at 7 or 8 weeks. Would shorten the waiting for scans etc.

@CDD1992 pleased for you it's not covid.

I couldnt hold off. Self control lasted about 2 seconds. But I've got a second line 🥺going to try and get a photo, it's so faint so just praying it doesn't turn out to be an indent.

@calipoppy 8DPO today according to FF app. I didn't get any signs of ovulation this month though, no pain, no EWCM, no clear temp drop but I just went by my peak OPK. X

@CDD1992 I'm sorry I don't see anything but then I'm crap at the early days spots! Get a FR one and see what that one is like?
I have these easy@home tests and caved and done one myself this morning too at 9DPO and can't see anything on mine either 😔 but hoping it's just because it's too early! Xxx
