Ok second thread for those of us that are still TTC an April baby.

I am CD12 so still got a bit of a wait yet...Not even at the TWW yet.

Fingers crossed this is a lucky thread for us all ✨

@RugbyGirl1 10dpo on Sunday.. I figure something should show by then omg I know once you start it's hard to stop!! I have a short lp and my v faint positive in May pre miscarriage was at 10 dpo. (I had been testing since 7dpo) Early days lovely xx 🤞🤞

@RugbyGirl1 I’m not exactly sure, I have only been tracking this month, I ovulated CD15 and my cycles on average are around 30 days, give or take 2-3 days either side, so my LP is around 15 days?

Ladies I'm back!! Thought AF was arriving (due today) so took a test and THINK this is positive? Is this normal to be quite faint on day AF is due?? Xx

@Charl881 that was me last month, DTD every other day the run up to expected ovulation, then lost stamina by the time it came around at CD19. 10 bloody days of flashing smilies!!

@RugbyGirl1 don't even talk to me about cheapies obsession. I bought 100 off Amazon for about £9 and last cycle was literally doing 3 a day from about 8dpo 🤣🤦🏼‍♀️

@MrsCristiano I have a shortish LP too! I'll test again tomorrow, and Friday, and Saturday.... Then no doubt AF will show her face!

@Tropicana1 at least they're cheap hey 😂 I am only managing once a day though, I didn't know multiple times a day was a thing! Is FMU not always best?

@NiceToChat88 ahhhh they are definitely positive!!! Congratulations!!! I wouldn't say they're faint - what dpo are you?

@RugbyGirl1 I'm not 100% sure as I had two positive OPKs, I think I'm roughly 14DPO. I tested this morning before I left for work and was negative then grabbed a couple of cheapie 99p tests on the way home and positive!!

Just been referred to fertility clinic too, so shocked. I know it's early days but at least I know I can get pregnant now!

No idea what’s happened with me but guess I’ve just not ovulated this cycle.

My strip tests are getting even lighter and clear blue still flashing smiley. The reason that I don’t think I’ve ovulated rather than just that I missed my peak is that I’ve had none of my usual ovulation signs. Usually my body is like clockwork. So bloody frustrating and I’ve wasted so many clear blue digitals. Will stick to the cheapy OPKs next cycle.

@Charl881 what CD are you on? I did not like those clear blue flashy tests. The fist box I got the reader didn't work then the next box it flashed for days. I'm cramping a fair bit now 😩 ffs

@MrsCristiano 17. I usually ovulate by 18 at the absolute latest so would be expecting higher readings on the strip tests by now. Will persevere with the clear blue for a couple of days just to check then give in. It’s bad but it’s completely killing my motivation to DTD.

Oh no, when is AF due?

@Charl881 that is late for you. You've had a few early ovulations too? AF due next Friday 🤷‍♀️ I've been super stressed at work as well.

Yeah ovulated early each time after my chemicals. That’s why I thought I’d try the clear blue OPKs this time, thought it would give me a more accurate idea but obviously not. Had a low reading on Thursday then has been flashing since Friday (CD12).

Sorry to hear you’ve been stressed at work. Although at least work takes the mind of the TWW a bit!

@Charl881 its not unusual to have an anovulatory cycle every now and again so don't lose all hope! It's just annoying when it happens...I personally love the CB ovulation sticks - takes the guess work out of it all

@Charl881 I mean 100% work does take my mind off the TWW ! My next day off is Sunday and I'll be defo testing if AF doesn't make a super early appearance. Hopefully static for you tomorrow 🙏

@RugbyGirl1 to be honest if I don’t ovulate this cycle it’s not the worst timing, I’ve just got a new job and on holiday at the end of this month so better this cycle than the next one!

Hi everyone! TTC cycle 2 here and hoping for an April baby. Currently 12 days DPO, couldn't resist testing this morning and got a BFN. We're in our late thirties but naively thought we'd get pregnant on our first go 🙄Not gonna lie, I was massively disappointed when AF arrived last time so went out and got all the tests I could: FSH levels, OPKs and PDGs. FSH levels are too high which suggest low egg count but that is to be expected due to age. PDG levels were elevated by 10 days DPO which is a good sign and I have felt some nausea and heartburn which is unusual for me. DH has gone in for a sperm analysis and it's all within the normal ranges. We agreed to retest together in a week's time but I still have a cheap HCG dip test that I am itching to retest tomorrow, @ 13DPO. Too early?

@NiceToChat88 wow congrats! They are lovely clear lines! I wouldn’t worry about darkness they look pretty good to me!! What day DPO was this?
