Ok second thread for those of us that are still TTC an April baby.

I am CD12 so still got a bit of a wait yet...Not even at the TWW yet.

Fingers crossed this is a lucky thread for us all ✨

@Babydust99 oh no that’s rubbish! I have heard good things about the Superdrug ones but never tried them, i only used the easy@home and first response

@@LauraA31 I reckon its twins! I've only just got my 3+ and dye stealer frer now at 5+2

@Tropicana1 I might ring the GP tomorrow and ask them to run some bloods for me, referred to the midwife but it could take weeks before they ring back which is absolutely understandable.
i wouldn’t mind twins at all, but if im only 4 weeks and getting strong results might need to know 😂
I have bad lower back ache too, and the sorest boobs… how are you feeling at 5 weeks? X

@LauraA31 I'm pretty sure to get the 3+ on the digital your HCG needs to be over 2753miu/ml which is pretty high for 4 weeks considering it doubles every 48hrs and is first picked up at around 10miu/ml on highly sensitive pregnancy tests - there's been a lot of chat about it on the April baby board because a lot of ladies were stressing that they hadn't got the 3+ at bang on 5 weeks but someone posted a really helpful link showing sometimes you wouldn't get a 3+ until 6 weeks depending on your levels - you should join the thread!

Not feeling too bad thanks, just tired all the time & lightheaded, and the nausea is just staring to hit a bit I think! Can't remember when I started getting sick with my first just remember how bad it was haha

@LauraA31 wow I’m 4+2 and still on 1-2 weeks, that’s an incredible dye stealer for so early on.

@Tropicana1 how far along are you now? I am the same as you in that I don’t have a clue when the sickness started with my DS so just absolutely dreading it this time. I’m hoping it’s not as bad as I remember. Feeling pretty exhausted today though.

I remember with my wee girl the nausea started around 7/8 weeks but mines was always throughout the day and in the evenings !!!

@Charl881 thank you! It’s nice to know somebody on the same day as me! Yeah it was a surprise this morning, twins run super strong on mums side; grandma had two sets and great great grandma had three! 😬 i know it doesn’t mean anything but boyfriend was joking the other day about us ending up with two haha!

@Tropicana1 that’s interesting, but does seem super high for 4 weeks! I might have a chat with the doctor just to see where im at haha! Got my private scan booked on the 8th sept so don’t have long to wait and see 😂
I might join on the thread, feel im tempting fate joining too early haha!

I am dreading the sickness, im not good with sick and it makes me feel terrible if im ever sick..

@Charl881 I'm 5+3 now - definitely with you on the exhaustion, and some mild nausea is creeping in a bit yesterday and today.

@LauraA31 they do say twins run on the mum’s side and it’s the dad’s side that has nothing to do with it so you never know!!

Hi, is there a may TTC thread now? I'm on cycle 3 and today is looking to be ovulating day. Last time ovulation was cd11, this time cd15. It's a bit all over the place so I'm just DtD every day 😆

@herestohoping1 hello! Congratulations on your BPF! I have booked my early scan for 11th September where i should be 7+2.. when are you thinking of booking yours?

Kind of you to check in @LauraA31 unfortunately things aren't going well. My tests continued to be the same and my HCG results show that they are decreasing which means my third early loss in 6 months is imminent. I'm being referred to the recurrent miscarriage team now which is the only positive thing. We've decided to take a break from trying for a few months and let ourselves heal from everything. Wishing you and everyone else a very healthy pregnancy. X

@LauraA31 I think I'll book one for in around 2 weeks where I'll be around 7/8 weeks I think
