TWW starting 31.07.22 - Company Needed

Hey all!

I'm on several other threads that I'm keeping up with but some of them are a tad long now, so I thought I'd start a new one for people to join.

Ovulation day for me today (30.07.22) so TWW starts officially tomorrow. AF due on the 12th. I have tests in the house, but my goal this month is to keep my mind busy and avoid symptom spotting! I don't plan on testing if I can help it. Want to avoid the disappointment if I can.

We are TTC #1 and we are in cycle 4 now. I had a chemical mid June when we weren't officially TTC but when it happened we realised now was the time to actively try. We wanted it so badly.

So that's a little about me and I would love some company in a slightly smaller thread.

@xttcbabyno1x thanks, I keep going back to them during the day and sitting there checking trying to decide if its darker or not. I've got another 8 tests I think so this time next week and I won't be able to put myself through this torment anymore haha. Yep roll on Christmas. Our first anniversary is 22nd December so we will be staying at the hotel we got married in which will be nice. Won't be toooooo big at the point hopefully haha xxx

@xttcbabyno1x aww congrats ❤️ oooh bloody ages haha. We've been together since 2012, engaged since 2018 and had the wedding postponed 3 times lol xxx

@xttcbabyno1x yeah, bloody covid. Original date was 26th July 2020, then April 25th 2021 final date 22nd December 2021 🤦🏼‍♀️ so much for my summer wedding I wanted 😂 it was a great Christmas party at least lol xxx

@TheCakeIsALie18 ah bless you covid was a crazy time and I'm so glad it's all pretty much over !! I bet Christmas made it white magical??

@xttcbabyno1x it was quite magical with the Christmas trees and lights everywhere. I added fairylights to all our bouquets and some of the photos were incredible ❤️❤️ wouldn't change it for the world.

Omg yay!!! I'm so happy for you!! I'm still apprehensive about doing my final digital but I did my final FRER and if you squint hard enough you can see the control line 😂😂 yesterday I was worried because the easy@home hadn't darkened but today the line difference is insane!!!!!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️ so thay has made my day too xxx

Oh my gosh that's ammmazzzing wohoo congrats! Looks like mine, I think you would have 3+ on your digital too!! So weird how it changes in a day, right? Said 2-3 yesterday!! Xx

@xttcbabyno1x eeek I'm feeling a rollercoaster of emotions this morning after that! I will still hold off for a few days to do the digital I think. Will wait till I'm 6 weeks just in case, as it's my last one. It should be my last day of testing too in total, I think my cheapies will run out then too.

@xttcbabyno1x yeah I'm 2 days behind you at 5+3

I've told my best friend because she insisted on having a toilet photo of a positive test lol. Other than that, no one. We are telling my mum and partner tonight as they're coming over for dinner. We will tell his family after the early scan in a couple weeks and then we are going to visit my dad for a weekend after my first MW appointment and will take the scan pics with us xxx

@eleveneleven11 my period came yesterday, so my app says ovulating around the 2nd of Sept. I started taking bbt today so will keep doing that each morning and start Opks end of aug. How you doing?

@Shleepymummy thanks yeah, it's nice. Still testing and keeping fingers crossed for now though! I'm glad AF has finally started your next cycle ❤️ I've got good feelings for you. How is your OH feeling now AF has arrived? Xxx

@Shleepymummy hey you! glad to hear you can get on with a fresh cycle. how are you? especially after your sick bug?
my ovulation is predicted around the 3rd sept! we're in sync :) i've sacked off bbt for this month but gonna get on the opks end of august too.
im still feeling a bit crappy, think im having a particularly hormonal period and struggling to pick myself up a bit. got a fun month coming up though so plenty of distractions x

Hi @eleveneleven11 and @Shleepymummy - I'm also due to ovulate around 2nd Sept if I'm on schedule again this time. Nice to have some people in the same tww again! I'm away for the first two weekends in September so hopefully this next tww will have less time to worry about it 😊

After crazy charts and strange test I had the heaviest period I've had since I've come off the pill almost a year go...then was in hospital for some test (non ttc related) andd now I'm back cycle 2 of PTC (preparing to conceive ;) ). Trying to make some positive changes and ease stress

I've gor everything crossed for you for this cycle ❤️ even if everything goes well with this pregnancy I'll still be here looking forward to hearing all of yours and everyone else's updates. Hi again @Nypie ! Are you putting more prep into ttc this month then, or are you having a month out before ttc in another cycle?

@TheCakeIsALie18 goood morning ☺️ I am okay thank you some symptoms really starting to show appearances now! Was at the supermarket just feeling like I could be sick, like a really bad hangover with the nausea! As well as my nipples feeling like they're being rubbed against sandpaper! But I am not complaining 💙💕 !!

Yesss 6 weeks tomorrow! ☺️ can't believe it's 2 weeks today I had a super faint line on an easy@home !! How are you doing today? Xx

@xttcbabyno1x I'm alright thank you. Feeling alright today, tiny bit of nausea this morning but not much else. Except my nipples 😂 constantly hard and soooo itchy today! Really sore if I rub against them lol. I'm hoping I get more symptoms over the next few days, I think that will make me feel less anxious haha.

I know crazy to think 11 days ago today i had my first faint line!!! Xxx

@TheCakeIsALie18 oh mine are the same!! Especially when I'm cold it makes me have to pull my top away 😂😂

I know right so lovely just can't wait to get to 12 weeks xx half way xx
