TWW testing first week of August

This is my third cycle trying, I’m currently 5dpo and definitely symptom spotting already 🙃 thought it would be nice to have some company in the TWW, meant to have AF on the 5th august but hoping I won’t 🤞🏻

@mummatara I will probably do a cheapie. Save my Frers and digi for tomorrow onwards! Fully expecting a BFN on a cheapie though! What about you?

@Londonlady22 I'm only 8dpo so will test on Saturday I have a couple of frers and some cheap strips might waste a cheap strip tomorrow because why not 😆

@mummatara think I’m just doing it for fun at this point 😂🙈 FRERs are arriving in the post today, ideally I’d wait until tomorrow of Saturday to test but I know I can’t be trusted!

@Londonlady22 my FRER arrive tomorrow and I am making DP hide them until I test on Saturday 😅

@Aimee1995 that’s a good idea, I just caved and did a FRER… BFN, now i’m in a bad mood even though I know it is still too early. What DPO is Saturday for you?

Guys.. whats more accurate? Testing at a certain point DPO or following FRER guidelines? So I’m due AF on Tuesday, FRER says can test 5 days early (which is today… BFN 😟) but I am only 10DPO today which is obviously still early?

@Londonlady22 I am 10dpo today so will be 12dpo when I test on Saturday. Not due till Monday. DP and I have agreed to wait till Saturday to avoid disappointment from a BFN due to it being roo early to test.
I think you can test from 5 days before with them, however it will not always give a BFP at that point so don't count yourself out just yet, hold off another few days and test again

@Aimee1995 we are the same then, will be 12DPO Saturday also. I have zero self control!! If AF comes next cycle I’m going to make sure I have none in the house because it’s almost like self sabotage testing early.

anybody else driving themselves mad at the moment? I certainly am!! I’m finding this TWW so tough, I know you shouldn’t symptom spot as could be PMS etc etc but I was CONVINCED I am pregnant, silly of me really. I’m 10DPO today and a BFN on a FRER this morning which has put me in a horrible mood and left me wondering if I am going insane? Since D7DPO I have felt a on/off nausea all day long and a really sore lower back… I never get nausea or a bad back with AF symptoms, today i’m having cramps and ‘lightening’ crotch… but I’m thinking is this AF coming now??(i’m due Tuesday), I dont usually get AF cramps until the day of or maybe the day before but maybe it’s coming early?? Or could this be implantation?
but I also don’t want to get my hopes up… its mainly the nausea that is convincing me… maybe the pregnacare is making me feel sick? i’m so up and down right now! Hats off to the ladies who have been at this a while! Its tough!
