TWW starts now.. Anyone testing 1st August?

I had a positive smiley yesterday on a clear blue digital, DTD today, yesterday, day before and every other day before that. I would do tomorrow but fiance goes away for 5 nights for work. I think / hope I've done enough 🤞

Is anyone testing 31st / 1st July? Here if anyone wants company! 🙂

My predicted ovulation is today, we dtd yesterday and today and now my boyfriend is away for almost two weeks 😩(hence is not putting pressure on anything as he’s away a lot.) still hopeful for chances? I never really understand how sperm can stay up there so long when it appears to just fall out 😂thoughts?

@Donutworryaboutit I reckon you've got a pretty good chance! We only DTD twice this month. Usually we try every day but I'm trying not to care so much this month 🤣 The sperm must just go on a leisurely swim for a few days 🏊‍♀️🤣

@Donutworryaboutit if you DTD yesterday and today and today is your ovulation day you've probably covered the most important days!!
Sperm swim fast so don't worry about it 'coming out after' 🤣

jumping on I am also in the tww, this is my first cycle after a missed miscarriage at 9 weeks last month and praying so hard for a bfp.

Dtd every other day after period then on peak LH 17July and day after so now trying to muster all the patience for the rest of the month!

Hope everyone is feeling ok and not overthinking too much.
I’m a lot calmer this 2WW than last time. Been working in a different office today though and catching up after holiday so not had much time to think. BUT I’m so so bloated today and not enjoyed any food/no appetite..I know it’s probably the weather and my stomach can be sensitive sometimes but I’m starting to get my hopes up that it’s a sign..trying my best to chill out, I’m only 6/7dpo..

@vitahelp I'm 4DPO at the mo so haven't really had many symptoms. I've had a bit of a break out on my skin so I was Googling that earlier 😆 although wouldn't have even implanted yet if this was my lucky month! Really hope the bloating is a good sign for you!!

Hi All, I am 2 DPO now, I find it hard not to symptom spot too! I don't think I've ever waited the 2 weeks to test 😂

Morning ladies, the bloating has gone today and my BBT has dropped a bit so I’m not feeling too hopeful right now. It is probably a bit early for the temp drop to be AF coming (7/8dpo today) but I think if I was pregnant it would be staying high..

Morning ladies I got a positive OPK this morning but a temp dip… not really sure what that means but hoping it’s a good thing! Will see temps tomorrow.

Hi everyone, I'm hoping I can join in. I had a positive OPK test yesterday morning so thinking I will ovulate today. Managed to DTD Sunday, Tuesday and last night. Will try again tonight hopefully and then the dreaded tww begins. It's my second month ttc#2. I have a 5 year old with my ex husband but this will be my partner's first. Feeling positive but also realistic. It took 4 cycles to conceive my daughter so have that in the back of my mind and know it can take a lot longer, especially as I'm now 37. Will be nice to have some company to keep me going during the wait

Sorry to hear @LittleDoveLove :( I keep reading you are more fertile after MC but not sure how true or why that is! I had a negative test quite soon after and My cycle seemed to come back pretty normal with ovulation (opk and EWCM I don’t temp) so hopefully back on track for trying again. Still so sad about though :(

hi @EdinburghGirl1 welcome! We are in similar situations I have an almost 4yo from previous marriage and took about 5/6 cycles to conceive. This is my new partners first. I am 32.

Now I am overthinking… my temp was super low this morning and no idea why. Is that normal before/during ovulation?

Does anyone else temp chart? I’m still learning and any insight would be good!

@Donutworryaboutit I think the temp dip can occur right before ovulation, usually the day before. If you get a sharp rise tomorrow it would suggest ovulation has happened.
I got a dip before ovulation last month (didn't happen this month but had covid so temps were all over the place. I also noticed a pre-ovulation dip when I was trying for my daughter 5 years ago.

@Donutworryaboutit Yes very similar. I don't temp, although I did the month I conceived my DD 6 years ago. As the other's have said, the dip is usually just before ovulation then it spikes. This happened for my when I conceived then it stayed elevated until my bfp

I’m jumping the gun a bit as I know others are testing beginning of August but this is the closest timing I have. My period is now 4 - 6 days late, 4 if we give it a little bit of room for error but it’s normally like clockwork with the app I use. My boobs kill and I feel very very sick although it’s probably too early for that to be pregnancy, but 3 negative tests (tested from day 1 of missed period). DTD on peak ovulation day and before that too (that was 2 weeks ago). Also afterwards. Any thoughts? Is it too early to test? Or just a delayed period taunting me! Thanks.

How is everyone doing? I am 6DPO today and getting very impatient! This TWW feels even longer than last month 😩

@Mum032019 that all sounds like it could be good signs! I have read comments from people other chats who have had negative tests before getting their positive so fingers crossed for you 🤞 keep us updated!

@Staceyhelen I'm 6dpo today too and being SO impatient. I'm feeling every single niggle and hoping and preying it means something but also trying not to get my hopes up! I purposely haven't ordered any tests yet so that I don't test too early!! When are you going to test?

@vitahelp I had a temp dip my last pregnancy around 7/8 days DPO and was an implantation dip so fingers crossed for you 🤞

@Donutworryaboutit I have done BBT for a while, it might be a slight dip just before but really you can't tell until after a few days after as it will dip slightly and then continue to rise, I have found it helpful in knowing I have in conjunction with the sticks and also to see if there is a pattern to which day I ovulate 😊

@LittleDoveLove I really hope it is an implantation dip, especially combined with the bloating and feeling sickly. But I’m really trying not to get my hopes up. I hope my temp goes up again tomorrow!

Morning ladies. So my temp shifted back up today and has now moved my ovulation date to Saturday 😑my partner is away now and we dtd Tuesday and Wednesday so thinking I may be out this month.
