Hi all

Currently TTC #1 and on my first cycle.

Have been tracking using OPKs and mobile-apps, and by estimation should have ovulated today / yesterday!

I loved following these threads as we prepared to start trying, if anyone would like to join.

I’m you but a week ahead… not going to lie, my first TWW is not fun 😂 going to test this weekend as feel I may burst if not 😁

How have you been getting on @Heretochill , have you been having any symptoms as of yet?

I keep telling myself that I'm going to wait to see if my period begins before testing, but I highly doubt that will be the case!

Hey 👋 ttc#4 cycle #1 after mirena removal 🥰 currently 9dpo according to ovia and flo. Tested today and I think I see a line but its early days so not getting my hopes up yet 🤣

Hi, I’m TTC #1 as well and should have ovulated yesterday based on my positive OPKs. Waiting to confirm it by BBT testing over the next couple days as I only had a very slight rise today. We can all do this TWW together!

@NatalieSF that sounds very promising on your end, how exciting! Are you going to test again soon?

@Jod30 you and I sound exactly at the same point! I've found the OPKs very useful - if I had relied just on the apps I would have missed ovulation entirely! Very interested in the BBT tracking as well, is it relatively easy to do?

@yellowmoon487 yes we are cycle buddies! Same - when I stopped the pill my cycle seemed to increase by 1 day each month and I also caught Covid in March so my apps have never been correct. Finally caught my peak on OPKs this month so feeling hopeful. It’s only my 2nd cycle tracking BBT and I have found it easy to do. As soon as I wake up I reach straight for the thermometer

The apps put me as ovulating CD17, when in actuality it is today CD13! To be honest I would have started DTD a bit more earlier if I knew but I guess I am still learning my cycle at the moment.

How long have you been trying if you don't mind me asking?
I came off the implant at the start of May and AF didn't arrive until 7 weeks later - since then I've read some accounts of how it took over a year to conceive so have been feeling a bit a bit deflated about it, but trying to just remind myself that everyone is different and there is no real rush for now.

@yellowmoon487 so I stopped taking the pill in October last year and took 6 weeks to have a period. I’ve been seeing how it goes since January but not really tracking anything until last month. So this is only my 2nd cycle of trying properly. Good luck and hopefully it happens quickly for us both!

Joining in on the tww here, although I'm not sure exactly where I am in it. AF has been a bit irregular since coming off the pill 6 months back but I got married last month so I'm really hoping for a honeymoon baby

Hoping to wait a few days but I'm very impatient. Bulk bought tests though so I have plenty ready for the addiction testing haha

I am currently 5dpo and trying hard to stay away from testing until Sunday.

Congratulations on getting married! Fingers crossed for a honey moon baby for you! We are getting married in September but decided to get a bit of a head start. 🙈 have you been tracking ovulation or anything?

I had tried tracking bbt and using ovulation tests before but with the wedding upcoming I stopped due to stress. I think my app isn't terribly far off based on my other symptoms so I'll either find out quite soon when af arrives (or doesn't!) Congrats when September comes around! Hope its the best day for you both!

@Aardbeien congratulations i got married in May. Removed coil after honeymoon as I didn't want AF

@yellowmoon487 Bit of back ache and cramps but not sure if I'm coming down with stomach is killing me today 🙈 11dpo so not long left to wait AF due Thursday

This is the worst bit isn't it @Jod30 any symptoms so far? When do you think you'll start testing? I'm going to try and wait for 12dpo if I can resist!

@Maxime34 nothing yet no but I guess implantation wouldn’t happen for a couple anyway. Ideally I would like to wait until then but 10dpo I have a wedding to go to so I will be tempted to test that morning

I tested this morning, BFN :( but I am only 8dpo, so will wait a few more days

Can I join guys? 8 dpo, some v slight spotting starting yesterday. small tugging / cramping and a sudden onset cold and flu like symptoms this afternoon. 6th cycle with 2 mc inbetween so hopefully something positive! will try to hold off testing until AF due, which is next sat. How's everyone feeling?

Another tww and hoping this is finally my month.

Welcome all who have joined- hope everyone is also doing well this weekend and managing the heat!

I'm 4DPO so still very early days for me. I have had this really odd feeling of pressure in my stomach last night / today, though can't really say I feel nauseous or cramping. I just feel I'm a bit more aware of what's happening with my body this month given the circumstances - it's probably something I wouldn't have noticed otherwise!

@hallodarknessmyoldfriend I definitely wouldn't write this month off yet, for sure give it a couple more days and test again.

@ginandgiggles very sorry to hear of your past losses. Sounds like things are happening so have everything crossed that this is your month!
