Currently TTC #1 and on my first cycle.

Have been tracking using OPKs and mobile-apps, and by estimation should have ovulated today / yesterday!

I loved following these threads as we prepared to start trying, if anyone would like to join.

@ginandgiggles our timelines are literally identical. We've been trying around 6 months and have had two early MC in that time...so sorry you've been though that too. Also going to be testing on Saturday. Keeping my fingers crossed this is our month it sticks 💓

@Maxime34 snapsies! so sorry for your losses also, here's hoping this one is ours. If i hear about one more pregnancy in my friends group i think i might implode haha

@ginandgiggles god I know, it's so hard isn't it. Especially the ones that line up with one of your losses which a few of my friends pregnancies do. Trying to stay positive. On massive countdown to testing day though.... This week is going to drag!

Hey all, mind if I join?

I'm 11dpo, TTC 2nd baby. I've forgotten most of the lingo here so sorry if I get it wrong! This is cycle 1 for us and gosh I forgot how hard the tww is. I'm symptom spotting like nothing else! Ive had tingly nips the last few days and nausea and cramps today. I gave in and tested today but not with fmu and it was negative on a frer. I know I'm not out yet but it's still disheartening and I'm annoyed/ embarrassed why I tested when I did. I think I thought at least it's worth feeling sick for if it comes back positive 🤣

Basically paid £3.40 to be disappointed

So I'm patiently (lol!) Waiting until Saturday when af is due to poas again.

Well I think I'm out. AF due tomorrow and tests are negative. Now to wait for af to arrive so we can start the process again 🥰

You're not out yet @Whydotheyallhaverubbishwheels @NatalieSF keeping my fingers crossed for you guys. Keep us posted. I'm 8dpo and literally can't stop thinking about testing already which I know is so silly. Going to try and hold out until Saturday but at this rate that feels unlikely!

I've been testing since about then i couldn't help it 🤣 have absolutely no will power when it comes to holding off testing lol

@Maxime34 think of all the money you save if you hold off (I'm such a hypocrite 🤣)

Ah it's so hard isn't it because you do hear some success stories from 8dpo but I googled it and it says it's super rare and only 0.5% women get a bfp that early. I'm assuming it would just be disappointed if I tested now. I have lots of cheapies so if I get too impatient later in the week I can always try one of those! @NatalieSF @Whydotheyallhaverubbishwheels

I need to resist until Saturday as I only have one frer left. Still feeling so sick 🙈

How’s everyone getting on today? Any more symptoms? I’m 8dpo and absolutely nothing yet. Testing Friday morning before the wedding at 10dpo and if it’s stark white I will definitely be having a few drinkies!

@Jod30 I'm 9dpo and not really feeling much either but I didn't feel pregnant at all when I got a bfp with my first so it doesn't mean anything. Couldn't resist a cheapie test this morning and bfn... AF is due Sunday/Monday.

7DPO here and not feeling anything out of the ordinary here either.

Had two glasses of gin last night which I'm mildly regretting, though I'm in NI which has a bank holiday at the moment so was hard to resist. 🙄

AF is due this day next week so trying to hold off until then - I'm not expecting much with this being my first cycle after the implant, so likely things are still up the left a bit.

@Maxime34 how many dpo did you get a positive with your first? Still plenty of time to get that BFP, when will you test again?
@yellowmoon487 don’t regret those gins, they definitely won’t have had a negative impact on anything as far too early. Hopefully you’re implanting right about now. I’ve heard fertility surges as soon as you come off contraception so it will be interesting to see if that’s the case for you! I wish I tried straight away

@Jod30 I don't really remember exactly as I wasn't a test addict at that point (we were very lucky with our first) but I do remember thinking it was one or two days before AF was due as I wasn't expecting a positive at all and only took it because we were going on holiday the next day. So if I am this cycle then a test this weekend should tell me for definite either way. Just got to hang on and wait. I think I could use a drink tbh!

@Maxime34 I know the feeling! Gets to the point when you just want to know either way. Silly me has done a cheapie this morning at 9dpo and it’s stark white. Not feeing hopeful for the FRER in the morning and still have no symptoms. No signs of PMS symptoms yet either. Last month with my chemical I had really sore boobs from 10dpo

@Jod30 bfn for me too but it's still so early for both of us so trying to not lose hope. I might wait a few days now or I'll run out of tests when I need one!

@Maxime34 yes same, after tomorrow morning I will try not to test and wait for AF to show (or preferably not show) 😄

@NatalieSF not out until you're out! How are you doing? has AF arrived?

I'm now 11dpo and still spotting which is v out of ordinary. I thought implantation bleeding was supposed to be a few days? last night it went slightly redder and not quite clots just a freckling of "bits" (sorry TMI!) but then today nothing apart from a v wateay / creamy spot on one wipe.

I started spotting on 6dpo and around 9dpo started feeling faint and nauseous (not uncommon for me, though am anemic). I took a test this morning fully expecting a BFN due to last nights red and bits saga, and yes it was a BFN. However really out of the blue I have suddenly over lunch absolutely hated the lunch I am eating, which I eat often and is one of my favourite lunches. Am sure I am not doing the classic silly symptom spotting, why do we do this to ourselves? AF due sat I am going to wait until Monday to test again. Honestly, TTC is the most expensive let down!

@ginandgiggles thank you. Totally shocked tbh. First month trying and wasn't expecting it. Trying not to get too carried away as I've had an early mc in the past but also eeeek.

@Jod30 I did, I tested at 11dpo and got a bfn! Just goes to show.
