I took a month off ttc when I had covid, it’s shit isn’t it ☹️

Hope it's OK if I join this page. I am technically cycle 2 TTC #1. Came off my pill in May and had my first bleed 26 days later. Tried after that, DTD when I thought it would be right but didn't catch last month and AF arrived on 10th July. Now into cycle 2 and have started tracking my BBT to try and get a better understanding of ovulation dates. Wishing everyone the best of luck this month! X

Anyone else only just starting their cycle? CD1 for me so I feel very far behind everyone on this thread. Just done a vitamin order. Trying to decide what OPKs to waste my money on this month 🙈

@Charl881 I'm on CD8 so a bit ahead. I've just started using the CB digital ones today. I much prefer these since it shows you the result rather than judging yourself. I used them the cycle I fell pregnant with my daughter 6 years ago so hoping it works this month too. I managed to get them on the prime day deal so at least they were a bit cheaper than normal

Hey guys! In the same boat as some of you. I'm onn CD16 and just got the static smiley on CB OK. Last cycle was our first try but we followed my app. This time we started using the Clearblue and clearly I'm ovulating around CD17/18 so later than expected even though my cycles are usually 27-29. So hopefully this works this time.

@HeartNutella aww good luck this month! I'm trying to pinpoint ovulation too. I have a 28 day cycle so presumed it would be day 14 but that didn't work for us last month so just want to be sure. Interesting that your cycle length is similar to mine and you are CD17 for OV!

Thank you!! I know right it's so easy to just assume it shoulld be day 14. I only used the Flo app for the first time this month but I inputted 6 months of my period data from my other app to givev it some infor. The Flo App said I should have ovulated on the 16th of July, my old period app said 17th july. And now I justed tested with Cb and just got the peak smiley for first timee. insane isn't it.

Also, my old period diary I've been using since 2014 lol, so I literally have my data since then. Can't remember why I started then but I have kept it up until even now. It's a basic app but it helped just keep a diary. I never gave the fertile and ovulation tab a second thought until two/three months ago lol. Literally didn't even think much about it but kinda glad I have that data. I was only 21 then and no where near even having babies at that stage lol. but crazy to think despite all that it wasn't hundred percent accurate.

@CDD1992 Sorry pressed post before finishing, but it's crazy to think we have such a similiar cycle. I feel exactly the reason why we didn't get pregnant last month because we folloowed the app and then stopped. Good luck to you this month.

@HeartNutella it must be so useful to have that data, even if it just helps a little! I was on the pill for years so I'm grateful I've got back to my 28 day cycle after 2 months so I'm hoping thats a good sign! Luckily my partner has no complaints with all the practicing required 😂

So I've officially done all I can do this month and am now entering the two week wait! Bring on the symptom spotting 😂😂

That's good you've got back to your cycle. Ahaha I love that. Mine is the same, though I havev been like get up now in the morning lets do it twice. This heat is a killer

@HeartNutella we have almost identical cycles - mine are 27 days long and always get a positive CB ovulation test on Cd17, with a temp rise on CD18 so can usually confirm ovulation happened the day of the peak smiley.

@Charl881 this is the first month I've been taking pregnacare conception and evening primrose oil and starflower oil. And having sex every day rather than every other day. Hope it works as to be honest I'm fed up looking at penises and never want to see one again 😂😂

@CinderellaFant haha! Hope it all works! How many days did you end up having sex in a row? Sounds exhausting tbh 😂

@RugbyGirl1 im going to try and persuade OH to DTD tonight and tomorrow night. I’m not wasting a month.

I’ve definitely noticed more EWCM this cycle, first cycle with starflower oil
