Hi all, checking in! Trying for our first, and cycle 3.

I had an early miscarriage in May, just started my dreaded period, I'm on CD3. I think the early miscarriage caused my cycle to go a bit funky, I have been using OPKs over tge last few weeks, which went dark but never actually reached peak and then my period came 5 days early! So I dont actually think I ovulated? Does anyone know if this is common?

Both me and DP also had covid last week so feeling a little down worrying that his sperm will now be affected for 3 months 😖😖😖 throwing the vitamins down us trying to 1) regulate my cycle and 2) get some strong swimmers!

Don't feeling hopeful this cycle 😔

Sorry to hear it @Tropicana1 but hope this month is your month.

@Mummyme87 keep doing the OPKs once or even twice a day, they can go from negative to positive very quickly. And make sure you're not doing them too early in the day and have fairly concentrated wee for the best results :)

@cavebaby yes my OPKs ramp up quite quickly, usually get a bit of an increase then it’s suddenly positive.

I'm pretty much the same as you, CD3!

I dont usually ovulate until around CD17 so quite a wait for me yet 🕒 time goes so slowly... 🕛

@Summerbreeze111 hi I'm CD6 so not far apart and should be in tww similar time. Only been off the pill for a month but in the past had 27ish day cycles and the last time I was ttc I ovulated around day 14/15 so hoping it will be similar this month but who knows

@LauraA31 I've got sore boobs, a headache, feel like I'm getting a uti and really tired. Could all be a coincidence though. Will see what the next few days bring I suppose

@calipoppy yep but I hate seeing that bfn, that's the only thing that's stopping me from testing early

Ovulated today, dtd last night and tonight, fingers crossed it works this time!

I'm on CD8, usually ovulate around CD 17 so similar to some of you guys! I'm so glad I'm not hitting fertile week during the heatwave, don't know how you cope!!

hope you don’t mind me jumping on here, this is my 2nd cycle ttc - currently 9DPO and caved and took a cheap boots test…. I think it’s positive but I’ve seen a lot about evap lines so wondered if you could give me your opinions? Thank you x

@AGirlsNameIsAryaStark Looks like an early positive to me! Isn't the key that evap lines don't have colour? That line looks pink and fingers crossed it becomes darker and clearer over the coming days :)

Gahh CD9 and I’ve bloody got covid. Meh. OH won’t want to DTD now

@cavebaby thank you, I literally had never even heard of evap lines until I read a few threads on here! It doesn’t photograph great but it’s definitely a faint pink line rather than a colourless one. Will try and hold out until Wednesday when AF would be due to do a digital one 🤞🏼🤞🏼
