Hoping for BFP in May

CD1 here, starting a new thread for those who are hoping to get a BFP in May for a January/February baby 🥰

This is my cycle 3 trying for #2. I've got an 18mo old son.

Which tests do you all recommend? I just done 2 one step IC this morning and then I did a frer and I do see lines! I’ve heard of so many people getting indents on frers and dodgy lines on the IC though and they’re so faint! Just trying not to get my hopes up, but it’s hard after 17 months ttc!!

The three together, one of them is water to see if I had similar lines with water! The IC on its own is tonight and the others including frer were all done this morning!

I have never had an indent on a frer, if I am not pregnant or it’s too early it’s just white.

I got a faint bfp today at 9dpo ❤️ Just waiting to see if it sticks now 🤞

@Cherrymarket ahh congratulations wishing you the best of luck! Thank you..I’ve heard so many bad things about tests I don’t know what to think! Eagerly waiting for the morning to test again!

@thebloodycatwontstopmeowing i think I see part of a line! The photo qualities are rubbish though my own photos don’t look great!
it’s a touch journey isn’t it! Hope your line develops! I’ll be testing each morning for the next few days!

AF just arrived 😭 My test was a false positive, I can’t believe it! Trying to keep it together but very devastated….

@MattyM5 so sorry ! My limes the same as yours so I’m sure I’ll be in the same position! It’s such a hard journey isn’t it!

@Peonies94 I can see a line! I’ve never used those tests before, can you even get indents on those?!

@MattyM5 I’ve never had an indent on a FRER until last month. I trusted them so much. I had a line when I was pregnant back in February and it was lighter than the indent I got last month. I’m so sorry this has happened to you x

@thebloodycatwontstopmeowing I can’t see it on that photo but I know they can look a lot more obvious in real life, how many DPO are you?

7 DPO so appreciate it may be too early and I need to be patient (!)

hard to see in pic but there’s something there in person. Nothing on a cheapie and wondering if it’s an indent.

@3rdtimelucky2022 I can see a whisper of a line but from what others are saying, frers are notorious for indents at the moment. 🤞 for you

Nothing to report here, premom suggests 5dpo 🤷‍♀️ feeling rather detached from it all at the moment

I can see it but it looks like the indent i had last month, I'm 6DPO today are we cycle twins? My AF is due 22nd but all apps now pushing that back!

Still no AF, so now 2 days late (going by normal cycle length) not even a hint of a line this morning. Looks like just a late start for AF!!! So disappointing!!

Cd9 today and OPKs are still very faint, not getting any darker. Ill keep testing for a few days.

@thebloodycatwontstopmeowing im sorry I can’t see anything on there but implantation may not have even happened yet at 10DPO!!

I remember with my first I was about 5 weeks pregnant and started bleeding. Went for an early scan and they said bleeding was implantation. So maybe it can be late too.

@MissBlue93 I think we are cycle twins! I ovulated last Thursday so think 7dpo?

thanks for the comment about the FRER. Desperately trying not to get my hopes up….especially as I’ve had 4 miscarriages including 3 chemicals :(

I do have some symptoms though so keeping fingers crossed and will retest and update again tomorrow!
