Hoping for BFP in May

CD1 here, starting a new thread for those who are hoping to get a BFP in May for a January/February baby 🥰

This is my cycle 3 trying for #2. I've got an 18mo old son.

Definitely something there!

@thebloodycatwontstopmeowing Theyr not very reliable unfortunately, I can see a half line but Theyr good at that for no reason try a different test

@thebloodycatwontstopmeowing I think I can see something but I hate those bloody tests, I was getting false positives from them. I really hope yours gets stronger 🙏🏼

So weird, we haven't tried around the right time this month, I don't think, last 2 months my cycles have been 23 days, before that I was always 27 days, I'm on Cd27 and so far nothing? We did dtd quite a bit, but thought it was too late in my cycle. Not tested yet, too scared to see a negative but now it's on my mind!!!

Well, I'm officially out for this month. AF arrived today a few days late (which isn't out of the ordinary for me). Although I'm upset that this wasn't my month, it was the first month I tracked BBT and spent time here in this forum and I feel like I learnt a lot about my cycle and all things TTC. I'm counting that as a positive which will hopefully help make it happen. Onto June and cycle 7 TTC #1.

Congrats to all the BFP's so far and good luck to everyone still waiting. I'll see some of you in the June chat, although hopefully not, I'd rather you get your BFP's. 😃

@thebloodycatwontstopmeowing I know exactly what you mean, I've thought I was pregnant every month for the last 7 months while TTC.
My sister conceived on the 1st cycle for both of her children so when I started trying I was hopeful the same luck would run in the family, I guess not 😂.

@Smcai my sister was the same, both of hers happened on the first try. I was 2 years to conceive my first. Still waiting for number 2, this is month 7 (kind of, had an ectopic in dec)

Cd7 and AF finally stopped today. OPKs from tomorrow so will see what they say. I'm on late's/nights for 4 days so it's going to be hard DTD.

I think it's all just so random isn't it. Some people get a bit of luck and it happens very quickly and others take a little...or a lot...longer. I'm trying to accept that it will happen when the time comes, next month or a year from now and not put too much pressure on myself for it to be right now. Although, saying that, I still really hope it's next month. 😂

I think it is just random sometimes - we conceived dd on cycle 2 then conceived next dc on cycle 5 but had a mmc in Jan.
Now on cycle 4. I’m 36, so age sometimes plays on my mind, I have prepared myself from the start it could take a while , just trying to keep positive. I’m 3dpo today eeeek.

Sore boobs and very mild cramping for me today, CD25 really praying it's not af getting ready and that it's implantation 😫🤞

CD28 for me, still no sign of AF, just did a test and BFN!!! Kinda knew I would be out but why is AF late?!

I see it @MattyM5! I wouldn’t like to say one way or another re: positive/indent/evap but there is definitely something there. Fingers crossed!!

Very worried that it’s just an evap though, might do a digital test to confirm. (although they are so bloody expensive, especially when you do this every month!!)
