Hi,
we have been trying for over a year now and I’ve never had a + test before.
However, AF is two days late according to Flo app, and my cycle 1 day longer than my longest cycle ever, so I’m confused.

Been taking ICs (one step 🙄) and all negatives, now CB went positive after 15 minutes. I know you’re only supposed to read them in the time frame, but has anyone else gotten a + result after over 10 minutes and it was still true? Line is definitely blue … but I’m not getting excited because it may still be an evap. 😩

I will try again with FMU tomorrow or in two days, as this one wasn’t…

What do you think? Am I still in or am I reaching? 😬😬

That’s what I’m thinking too. 😬🙈 It’s the worst, because it gives you a little bit of hope, and then nothing. I have a few FRER tests coming and another CB at home, so I’m covered in case AF doesn’t show in the next couple of days.

Blue line tests are devils for it. The like is thin, and it came up out of the time frame. Is he very surprised if it was positive, especially as you’re late as well.

I’m seeing so many posts about evap lines with these tests though. So I guess I can test it out myself and see if these are really evaps. I’m going to wait until tomorrow though to do it with FMU, just to be sure.

@Babydust112 I’ve never been late before. 😬 Always 27-29 day cycles with a couple 31/32 day cycles thrown in the mix. Now I’m on day 33!! 7 days though … I’d be going crazy!! This is so unfair, I either want to get a + or AF! 😩 Which tests are you using?

Throw tests away immediately after the time limit. Don't tease yourself.

Try again in a couple of days if still no period.

At 2 days late with a line like that at 15 minutes I’d be scampering to the shops on my lunch break for a FRER, Eunice be damned, and doing a sneaky work loos test, because I am wildly impatient.

I’ve had evaps on Clearblue but they’re always a skinny line, to the left, and only part of the line, and come up after an hour or two (don’t ask why I’m fishing tests out of bins two hours later Hmm). Never had an evap at 15 mins.

I'd say that's a positive, I've done lots of pregnancy tests & I've never had an evap line, so I don't know how common they are.
A clear blue digital will clear this right up for you I think!

I’ve taken quite a few tests and I haven’t had evaps until now. 😬 I’m going to be kind to myself and my heart and wait until Sunday. Just to give hcg a chance to double (in case I’m really pregnant). If no positive on Sunday, then I doubt I am …

I’ve had 3 pregnancies and with each the line came up within the time frame.

I have also had nasty blue evaps which had me thinking I was pregnant when I wasn’t. I would never use a blue test now.

Get a pink dye test, FRERs are much more reliable (and clear blue are the worst!).

That's an evap. Especially as it came up after 15 minutes. Evap lines and always slightly darker to the left of the middle line. Sorry Thanks

That’s an evap sorry - I had the exact same thing on three tests last cycle. Obviously you could still be pregnant as AF hasn’t arrived, I would definitely try other tests. Fingers crossed for you!
