CD23 but I have a 24 day cycle. Thank you, though. Awaiting AF now so that I can start TTCing a Nov baby.

Got my peak yesterday and temp drop today. Managed to dtd yesterday morning, night and this morning. Going for tonight too 😂.

@Chanel05 😂 my OH said we should try to DTD 4 times a day, we are both teachers, we have his kids full-time and the reality is we are just about managing every other day. Good luck!

It’s a struggle to bring myself to DTD every other day at the mo with a toddler who doesn’t sleep. Expecting my peak at the weekend at some point.

Part of the reason I’m using the ovulation sticks is so there’s only pressure to DTF for a couple of days, then back to our usual once a week 😂 it worked last time so fingers crossed it will again! I find timed sex to be quite stressful

Need some help! So I got my peak today at around 4pm when I tested on the cheapies but and we DTD this morning. Do you think we need to DTD again tonight or tomorrow morning would be enough?

@Coastaldreamer I’m on cd18 and day 10 of flashing smileys and low opk’s 😩. Guessing it was too much to ask that it would all be normal after two miscarriages in a row. Yay you got your peak yest. I’d also say go for tonight just to make sure you are covered.

I would definitely do it tomorrow. While pretty accurate, there’s nothing to say you won’t ovulate a bit later. That’s part of the premise of the SMeP. I usually stop DTD on second day of peak but this month going for a day or two after as well to make sure I’m covered.

On day 5 of flashing smileys though here 😩

We’ve only done it twice this month! But we did it on two smiley days so who knows.

Just spotted this thread - to give a little hope I've just got to the end of my TWW and a BFP and we only DTD twice in fertile window... and one of those times (TMI next) when DH withdrew, all liquid inside me came out onto the bed. So I am pretty sure that was a wasted try. But it was enough to work! Keep positive!

Definitely think I missed my LH peak with the OPKs. Started testing too late because I was trying to be chill about it all but then caved.

AF due on 23rd Feb, so I think TWW has begun. Will continue DTD every other day in case I ovulate later than I thought. Still empty circles for me. Fingers crossed for everyone else in the TWW!

TTC #4!

Initially we were set at 3 as we’ve also had 8 miscarriages and 2 losses at the 23 week mark but since finding out I’ll likely need a procedure on my cervix next year my GP pretty much said to go for number 4 now as it won’t be an option then, so had coil out yesterday on what should have been AF day but typically it’s a no show after two years of coming bang on time

TTC #4 ...can't quite believe I am writing that, totally thought we were done at DC 3 (well DC 2 actually but I guess the universe had other ideas 😂) but I have finally given in to the feeling that I am just not done yet.

I turned 40 this year so it feels like this is a bit of a last gasp - I already have DS (12) DD1 (9) and DD2 (3) with 2 miscarriages and 1 ectopic in the mix. Am I crazy?.....

I am on CD 5 of cycle 1.

Also, I feel your frustration after getting the coil removed - this happened to me a few years ago, it was almost like my body had to re-learn its normal cycle...

@Poppyjen hi! Mine are DD8, DS almost 3 & DS almost 2 DC3 was also a surprise from the universe, we only found out at 4 months and I’d been breastfeeding and had the depo, there’s 12 months between them!

I’ve started to bleed now but only lightly, so will probably count tomorrow as CD1
