Oh @Bubblesandballoons that's frustrating. Hopefully it's just late ov because of the miscarriages.

So we did DTD today and then I checked on OPK after getting what I thought was peak yesterday but the line is even darker. What does that mean?! Also the app is messed up I'm actually CD 15 not 14.

Should we just DTD again tomorrow

LH peak CD14... BD CD 13 and CD 14 (ovulation day?!)

BBT not corresponding but trying to not worry too much!

Not going to HCG test until AF is late, due 25th Feb I believe!

Question for OPK experts. I had a negative reading on an easy@home and a flashing smiley this morning. Tonight I’ve had a high easy@home reading and a static smiley on my Clear Blue.

Would you count today as peak day or tomorrow?

Should I keep testing tomorrow?

I DTD tonight anyway and will do tomorrow so it’s a moot point, just interested as it’s the first month I’ve tested of an evening as well as a morning!

@Charl881 I’d test again with an easy@home in the morning and see if it’s darker or lighter. If darker count tomorrow as peak, if lighter count tonight.
I also finally got a high opk reading tonight after 10 days of flashing smileys. Typically I threw sample away and didn’t think to check with clear blue. Gonna try and hold till bedtime and do it then and see if that shows peak finally.

@Bubblesandballoons so far I’ve found Clear Blue seem to be pretty sensitive regardless of hold! So fingers crossed you’ll still get an curate result.

Thanks that’s good advice! Never had close to a high on a easy@home before, assuming now this might be because I peak in the evening.

Well ladies… peak has finally arrived 🎉.

@Charl881, I was a bit worried as only a two hour hold, but it worked. Will do another cheapy in the morning too, see if it’s any darker.
@Coastaldreamer thanks, thought it would never come, and typically as I was thinking it wasn’t likely and only had 3 cheap opks left I ordered 40 more this afternoon that are coming tomorrow 🤦🏼‍♀️😂.

@Bubblesandballoons yay glad you finally got it! My cheap OPKs aren’t positive this morning so last night was definitely peak and I assume today / early tomorrow is ovulation day. When are you planning on DTD until?

I DTD Friday and Saturday, will try again today and not sure whether to do tomorrow just in case. Was meant to be doing SMEP for the first time this month but it’s a lot of DTD!

Just been given the all clear to try again and we are hoping to jump straight back in ♥️🙏🏼
Bleeding has now stopped and calendar is predicting ovulation in 2 weeks so 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼 for a Nov Baby !

@Charl881 I got a stronger peak today, so will dtd tonight too and see how we feel about tomorrow.

@Charl881 we did SMEP too so did fri, sat and this morning. Totally worn out! Got the strongest peak yesterday so hopefully we have done enough. May do tomorrow just in case but already done 5 days in this one week so that's overkill right?!

Do you know what day you did it on? Only takes one go! :) I understand the feeling though. I’ve sort of known it hadn’t worked the last two cycles (and it hadn’t!) 1dpo here and not letting myself think anything yet. Only DTD twice and two days in a row but I think we did them on my peak days (I hope!) whereas last few months we DTD much more but earlier on in fertile week.

I also have a funny feeling about December being my month. Fingers crossed that we’ll both have a baby this year

I'd love to join this, first cycle trying for number 2. I have a 16 month old son currently. Would love a little November baby!

I'm hoping to ovulate sometime around 18th Feb, although I'm controversially going to DTD a few days before peak in the hope of getting a girl!

If no luck this cycle or next, I'll probably go back to just getting jiggy throughout the whole fertile period!

So when I was TTC DS 2 years ago, I was tracking religiously - I was taking temperature readings every morning and had been for at least 2 years before that because I was using it as a method of birth control. Tbh since I've had DS I've been really bad with tracking but I did do my temps last month and been keeping track of how long my cycles are, just not exactly pinpointing ovulation. We'll see how it goes!

What about you?

I do like to track my cycles (can't use hormonal birth control) but I'm hopeless with remembering BBT. I can nearly pin point ovulation now. This cycle was a bit of a disaster though OH wasn't well and we DTD once on ovulation day 🤦‍♀️
