8 DOP - the waiting!

Hey. I'm not sure of the point of this thread really but I suppose I just need to talk. I'm bang in the middle of the two week wait and I'm driving myself crazy! I don't know if I'm seeing symptoms that are all in my head, honestly this waiting is making me obsessed. Tell me I'm not alone! I can't really talk to anyone as no one knows we're trying, and my partner is the most laid back and patient person I know (total opposite of me!)
How are you guys in limbo doing?

@cheeseandbiscuitsplz congrats!! That is some positive line. How many DPO are you? You have probably said but I struggle to keep up!

I’ve managed to be out all day and keep my mind off everything currently 8/9DPO. Then got home and had a little bit of pink bleeding just a couple spots and now I can’t keep my mind off it. AF not due until Thursday so that’s annoying me if the witch has decided to come only this month but didn’t look like AF spotting 👀

Morning guys. If you're like me and testing every morning (I'd love to tell you not to because it's so stressful but I know you'll do it anyway ;) ) look at the difference in the cheap tests!
There's the faintest of faint lines on it but it's a squinter! If I was just using them I'd be gutted this morning.
I caved as did a digital today and it's there in writing so I'm gonna lay back a little now and enjoy this part xx

Well I thought based on my usual cycle I was 10DPO... I think I have actually ovulated around the 31st dec.. a week earlier than I anticipated. The test was so strong, I feel like it couldn't be like that, so soon and I started with more definitive symptoms that I recognised from my previous pregnancies.

I bought some ovulation sticks and started taking them and on day 3, it said I was at peak ovulation which I found weird, so we DTD the day after and thought nothing more of it, I was disheartened that we could have missed it but felt like it wouldn't have been earlier than it usually is. I'm now guessing I did ovulate then, after all?! xx

@ERachD what a good pic for comparison! I always go for cheapies first usually too! Can't argue with the digital 😃

@ERachD wow - you can literally see nothing on the cheapie. Really good to post this because I think it's what most use as a 'first' test. Fingers crossed for a lovely sticky bean for you x

Thank you! I'm now on 14dpo, I'm due on today and only just seeing a result that I don't have to squint at. The FR one is still quite faint so don't be disheartened if you're testing any DPO before 14 xx

Thanks @ERachD your post is giving me some motivation to wait that little bit longer to test! I'm 6/7DPO today (depending on the app) so hope I can hold out for another week.

I think it’s AF that’s arrived 5 days early 🙈😭 it’s god from pink spots to quiet Red and more now sooo… I’m out! The shortest cycle I’ve had in years 25 days very odd.
However feeling positive was only cycle one although it’s always gutting! Onto Cycle 2 hoping your ladies BFPs give me good luck 🤞🏻

Ah no so sorry! On to cycle 2 💪❤ I know what you mean, I've had short cycles when we've been ttc, it's like mother nature knows and is just teasing us xxx
