@Purple29 I only heard about the fertility cups recently, pretty sure it was here on MN. After I read a bit about them I thought the concept made sense, holding everything in place = giving more time for the sperm to get where it needs to go. We only used it for one cycle and it worked for us, of course, no way of knowing if it was that or if it was just our month. I don’t think there is any difference between pre-seed and conceive plus, just different makes. It’s a lovely age, isn’t it? I don’t know about yours but mine is very energetic! He never stops! 
Good luck with pre-seed and the cup! Let me know if you have any questions about the cup, it can be a bit tricky at first.
@mightbeyesmightbeno They will be 2,5 years apart, which I agree seems like a great gap! We always wanted two close together, so hopefully, it works out for us! Good luck this month, hope you get your bfp too! 
@aesgriff My spotting was mostly when wiping, there was a bit on my pants one day but not enough to justify a liner. Also, it was ‘heavier’ (still light) after I had a bowel movement. It started out brown, then turned pink then went away. I was convinced it was AF as well as I always spot on the days leading up to it, so fingers crossed it’s IB for you as well!
