Hi ladies, please could I join you? 😊 First cycle TTC #1! I have very long cycles after coming off HBC (45 days) and it seems my ovulation this cycle may be extra delayed after recently having Covid. I'm due to ovulate this weekend but no EWCM or pains yet. Keeping my🤞 that I do soon, so that I might be able to test in January, and don't run anovulatory on our first go! 🙈

Well the spotting stopped by the end of yesterday... still got some mild cramping so half expecting there to be more today or maybe even early AF.
I was so up for a completely chill cycle this month and not symptom spot, why does my body do this?😅
I'm going to keep telling myself it's a weird messed up cycle and that I'm writing it off, that way if AF doesn't arrive by the time she is supposed to next week then I might get a nice surprise. (Best laid plans eh... in reality... knicker checking every 5 mins and googling whether you can have implantation as early as 5dpo whilst waiting to see how early I can poas)

Hi hoping I may please join. CD 3 of cycle #6.

I’ve been a bit down over Christmas as I was so sure we’d finish the year knowing I was pregnant and unfortunately it didn’t happen. Have had a shitty year with work too and needed some good news overall so not great. Hoping 2022 is my year!

@AprilMayAnne welcome! I'm in the same boat as you, first cycle TTC and second since coming off HBC. My last was 40 days and I'm currently waiting for my ovulation again too. Trying to be patient but it's hard!

As for me, DH has just gone off to work with no BD this morning and I'm away for 2 nights now (he will join me tomorrow) but we won't have sex now until probably evening of 1st. So MASSIVELY hoping O doesn't happen early like last month holds off until 2nd / 3rd Jan. Only DTD yesterday morning just incase of early O today or something so 🤞🤞🤞

Aargh ladies I'm going crazy here took a FRER today with FMU it's a little darker than yesterday but still faint I'm either 9/10 dpo so till early I know. I'll post the three test next yesterday see if you can notice any different in the colours of the tests in person it is a little darker. Just to say also they're from different batches so surely I couldn't have three indents? So confusing.

Bugger, flashing smiley this morning, hoping it flashes for a few days! How long do most people's flash for? Haven't had flashing before - normally straight from empty to solid!

@arianasky I can't see lines on all of them. Remember hormones doh for every 24 ish hours so there is sometimes very little difference between days - try to skip a day testing now 🤞🤞🤞

@arianasky your 10 is definitely a little darker than the 8....can you do another test tomorrow with the same batch to compare with your 10? X

@claremc1983 thank you thought I wasn't imagining it well hoped haha! yes I have some more here I'll do no more now until tomorrow morning and just hope there's some progression 🤞🏻

@mightbeyesmightbeno I had a circle, 8 days of flashing then solid smiley on the 10th day! It was a drag. But if you don't usually get them then I would guess yours will turn solid a lot quicker than that!

@AprilMayAnne I'm in the same boat as you TTC #1 cycle 1! But I've been off the pill for about 18 months now. Fingers crossed you ovulate this weekend 🤞🏼 are you using any OPK's? Flo predicted my ovulation day 3 days early so I was glad I used them in the end! Xx

I'm so done with this year now 😭
My plans to keep my mind busy over the weekend with having stuff to do have now been dashed by DH testing positive for covid-19, he is triple jabbed too!
Here's hoping I don't manage to get it again that's not the positive test I want lol 😅

I'm 16DPO. Thought I was out for December. But AF is nowhere to be found. I'm waiting until Saturday to test, just in case I ovulated a bit late but I had the static smiley on the 13th December and assumed I ovulated by the 14th or 15th latest.

Symptoms include:
White discharge (TMI!)
Fatigue
Sore boobs
Bloating
Sneezing
Backache
Mild nausea/indigestion/heartburn
I can't eat much at once and I had a drink of Prosecco and felt a bit nauseous.
I had cramping and spotting about a week ago.

I feel like AF is coming but it isn't. I'm waiting until Saturday!

Hi :) Joining the January thread now. We’re trying to conceive number 2 with male factor fertility issues and were surprised to get pregnant on the first try. We got a faint positive on Christmas Eve morning but I started bleeding on Christmas day so we’re guessing it’s a chemical. I took another test this morning just to make sure everything was back to normal as my period was weirdly short but the line is definitely gone so on to the next cycle. Due to ovulate around the 14th so I’ll check back after that. Fingers crossed we hit the jackpot again and get a sticky bean this time :)

@DeviousImp17 wow you have serious patience! Any tips on how to resist testing early on? All those symptoms sound good to me! Everything crossed for you for Saturday ✨✨

Been a bit quiet as I really try my HARDEST not to obsess this month. The more research I do the more I learn how many things need to work just right to conceive so I’m not trying to get my hopes up as only DTD once in fertile window again - but we did it as close to ovulation as we possibly could (the night before)🤞

Nothing to report really, I’m only 5 DPO. Maybe just less CM, but I stopped taking primrose oil right at the beginning of my fertile window - I think it’s giving me early cramps in luteal phase which can’t be good for embryo that’s trying to implant.

whenever I take lateral flow test at work all I can think of is pregnancy tests haha
