Wow that last bus was an amazing bumper BFP filled bus where we were all crying and screaming for joy as lots of our lovely passengers got their BFPs…🙌🏻we are having an ADVENT CALENDAR of a BFP each day! 🥰❤️

There’s still some ppl lingering on this bus so that’s it, I’m calling time, all the rest of you are due off this bus with your 2 lines please 🤞🏻

This is the bus where we’ve got lots of things going on, bumps, rainbows 🌈, ivf, and now lots more miracle BFPs before ivf! Maybe we should issue passengers with an ivf referral on your way in too to help spur those eggs & sperm into action!

Whether you are TTC “normally”, IUI/ivf or anything we are a crew that cling together to the bitter end & always ready to help a sister out. We’ve had multiples, some losses so know two lines can be just as terrifying as none, and we’ve got ladies where those two lines are more illusive than a white Christmas 🎅🏻

It costs an embarrassing story for your ticket, doesn’t have to be TTC related as we know laughing when TTC is needed.

@franklydear I remember them cocking up the bloods but did the GP ever finish running all of their investigations? I wouldnt say you're out till they say so, tho I know mentally the toll that continually trying takes, I declared it over so many times as I couldn't keep going on. Let DH worry about the ttc part and you just enjoy all the (unprotected)

I find it hard enough keeping up with one bus the rate the chat goes let alone two 😂 But I also agree you don't want anyone to feel they have to censor themselves so it's probably best keeping the 2 buses for that respect, however I like the idea of a link to both buses so that you can pop by and chat on either (but with maybe removing the list of bumps from this bus do as not to depress or put new people off joining). I'm still so invested in so many stories on this bus from ladies who've been waiting far too long and can't wait to celebrate their long awaited bfps when they arrive so even if I don't comment much I still like to have a quick read through from time to time to catch up. But likewise if anyone from the ttc bus doesn't feel it would be too much for them hearing some pregnancy chat and finding out what they're in for in the future, feel free to stop by on the bumps bus from time to time and comment there if you want, especially if you are on having a peek at scans and things don't feel you have to stay hidden!

@DKDK123 nobody is got back to me yet, I am waiting to get Xmas out of the way, I am aware it’s a challenging time for them and on top they have some staff shortages, I know I could get pregnant at 46-47, but would I really want to? I feel like I am pushing it as it is, and yes to the let dh worry about the cycle, for now
I found it challenging to follow both buses when they were separated by month, so at some points we would have both December bus and January bus, for example, so that’s why it came the can we not all stay on this one for ever and look, bus 51 since

@Minster2012 I'm also happy to take a turn driving the bus I know I've not been a passenger for long though so if someone else wants to do it first/permanently then that's fine but I'm happy to give it a go

@Manifestingbaby I never used to go and look at the sidecar, as I felt i shouldn't be there. 🤣 But what I did realise when someone had a baby (think it was @Justanothercyster) that i was eagerly awaiting news that never came over here. I did in the end look over there and found an update. I am on Instagram so I do see things people put on there, which is good. But sometimes that's updated later than the sidecar. Obviously when you've just had a baby it's having time to post any update at all, and I can well imagine that it's a right whirlwind. So I'm not criticising. But it's easy to feel a bit left out over here. I think maybe if there are any important baby updates over there (that's isn't replicated here) then one of us should maybe come on here and say? So that if people want to- they can go over and have a read? I get that overload with happy pregnancy chat can be too much to sift through constantly (and when ttc, I honestly wouldn't have wanted to do that) so I do think it's best its kept separate. So that ttc struggles don't make people think they need to take time out from chatting on the safety of this bus.

Personally I don't post any scan photos etc on here but I do write when I've been and say they are in my Instagram if people want to see. So then its their choice. Where as i would blindly post them on the sidecar thread. I get @Minster2012 wanting to take a step back and I think other drivers are a good idea. It doesn't have to be as well managed as before. I also agree about the (now huge) bumps and babies list (many of those i haven't seen in ages either) putting new ttcers off joining.
@Franklydear I have been making an effort to use both buses as I have in the past felt like people didn't bother coming here as much, once they moved over. So I didn't want it to seem like I'd done that as well!

Does anyone know how you can change your surname for hospital appointments, I changed it at my doctors ages ago and my prescriptions are all up to date, but still get hospital appointments in my maiden name!

Gets really confusing, like at my blood test today, I booked it in my married name and they didn't have any record but found the reason for the blood test in my maiden name 🤦🏻‍♀️

@MrsBiddy Just call the admin office of whatever department you're under at the hospital and ask them to change it. As long as it's already been changed at your GP's then they should be able to change it for you without creating any data quality issues. Hospital and GP systems are not linked so you need to do them separately (this is kind of my job, I don't just study hospital admin processes for fun in my spare time!) 😂

I use my maiden name at work @MrsBiddy so sometimes get confused about what name to use, I had a MC before DS and left a couple of messages for the EPU with the wrong name, thankfully they worked it out and rang me back!

Stumbled across a 'tips for conceiving' thread. Those who fell pregnant in no time sharing their tips, mostly about not obsessing. I could scream!!!

Whoops our friend bought 2x fireworks (his criteria was "the loudest you have please) & biggest. For just before the kids went to bed...Friends tried to warn the neighbours either side but they aren't in...the bangers went off so quickly none of us were ready & collapsed into fits of laughter...then we hear someone shouting in a very high pitch squeal "Oscar, Oscar come here boy" whoops...5 mins pass as the men can't work out the rocket 🚀 they set that off & then comes a huge loud "WHAT THE F WAS THAT YOU *"😂🥳happy new year

I actually managed to stay awake until gone midnight and darling DD rewarded me by waking super early 🙃😂

I had a 36 week scan yesterday and little lady is still breech so I am currently awaiting an eviction date for her, I will let you all know when I do!!

We have very little arranged, but apparently it's bad luck to do washing on NYD sooo none of that!! Maybe some hospital bag packing and a walk or trip to the park!
I am very ready for DD to go back to childcare, we had a huge meltdown this morning over a chocolate Santa lolly which I gave in and let her have 😂

Definitely should never wash on new years day (clothes that is) but I've no idea why. I can't remember. 🤔🤣 We stayed over at friends and I somehow managed to stay awake. Just having breakfast. Nothing much planned for today really.

I've broken the no washing rule already, DH has blessed us with a positive LFT this morning 🤦🏼‍♀️ so removing all trace of him. Me and DD negative so far
